Matrassen moeten onmiddellijn worden vervangen door nieuwe. Je voelt de veren en baleinen. Absoluut versleten tot het bot (of balein zo u wilt)

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The hotel was old but very clean, air con was cool and shower was ok. We liked the location as it was walking distance to the main road and Lumpini MRT. Some good shopping malls in the area too.
No hairdryer, there's a kettle but no coffee or tea. No extras in the bathroom only shower gel. No balcony.

Nothing Only Chang beer in small bottle and not large bottle will be a good idea. Orange juice at breakfast is very sweet.

Dårlig service. Ingen kaffepulver eller thebreve på værelset. Troede det var en fejl. Receptionen svarede at jeg kunne købe det i 7Eleven. Har aldrig oplevet det før. Bestilte en taxa til lufthavnen dagen før min afrejse. Da jeg kom ned, var der ingen taxa. Reception bad mig vente 15 minutter. Jeg bad om at få mine penge tilbage. Gik ud på gaden uden hjælp med mine kufferter og fik en taxa efter 1 minut.

Wir wahren schon viele male im malaysia hotel und war immer gut. Aber dieses mal waren wir entäuscht. Wir hatten schon 3 monate im voraus reserviert, von booking und hotel bestätigt! Aber als wir ankahmen war keine reservierung vorhanden! Wir mussten dann viel mehr bezahlen und das zimmer war im schlechten zustand! Kein Warm wasser, nur ab und an etwas. Sehr hartes bett! Und ständig wurden mir mit dem taxi service vom hotel genervt fast ufgezwungen und beleidigt wenn wir abgelehnt haben.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026The location is fairly convenient with a busy 7-Eleven on the corner that makes the area feel safe even late at night. It’s also within reasonable distance to One Bangkok and Lumphini MRT station. The bed is comfortable, the AC works well, and the room has a small fridge which is very useful. Housekeeping was fast and kept the room clean.
Some staff members had an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. The pool didn’t get as much sun as expected and didn’t look as good as in the photos. The shower pressure was weak, amenities were low quality, and the lift was small and slow. The room felt renovated but still quite dated and moody. I also paid more than the price listed on the arrival day and my booking didn’t include breakfast.

Keine Seife (nur Duschmittel über der Badewanne). Wasserkocher und Tassen im Zimmer, jedoch weder Kaffeepulver oder Teebeutel. Kein Safe im Zimmer.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026What I really liked about the Malaysia Hotel was its prime location--about 10-15 minutes to Silom, Chula, Sathorn--and its so quiet. Although my room's view wasn't the best (facing an old building--too close in fact!), it was quiet, near the elevator. Also, since it's an old hotel, the room is spacious although the facilities might appear worn out but I liked it all here. The price was good less than 1,000 baht a night and I got a good parking space--probably it was at the end of the year. Next time I'll try the restaurant.
Practically nothing major at all. I loved everything at this old hotel and didn't mind it being "old" at all--because I got a spacious room and everything worked for me. :-)))
