Das Personal war total herzlich und hilfsbereit, man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Mein Zimmer war echt schön und das Bett super bequem, aber das absolute Highlight war der Pool – wunderschön angelegt und mit einem genialen Ausblick über die Stadt! Für ein paar Tage in Bangkok kann ich das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Air con thermostat control was not good as whatever temperature you maintained it was same cooling. Breakfast was average full of non veg options. No healthy or plant based options available. Room had hairs on the toilet area

Arrived to a room that smelled like very strong curry. Had to change rooms. Couldn't spend 5 minutes in that room.

God frokost. Likte også svømmebassenget og roof-top baren.

Savnet et treningsrom. Heisdørene åpnet veldig sent.

قريب من شارع العرب .. تقريبا 5 الى 7 دقايق مشي وقريب من محطة نانا بعد بنفس المدة و طاقم الفندق طيب و متعاونين وعندهم مسبح فوق السطح اطلالة حلوه على المدينة والفندق يوفر نقل مجاني للشارع العرب تقدر تطلبه من الاستقبال و فيه طريق ثاني تسلكه للشارع العرب اذا مب حاب تمر صوب البارات والحياة الليلية

تقريبا ما فيه شي يذكر باستثناء الطريق المؤدي للفندق فيه بارات وحياة ليلية ولكن تقدر تجنبها بالطريق الثاني للفندق

Great location lovely staff and the down stairs restaurant is very nice

Not allowed your own food round the pool and the pool menu is not that good :( and the pool area is small so not always subbed, and it shuts at 6pm

El alojamiento está muy bien, todo limpio y recogido. La terraza de la azotea tiene una vistas increíbles y la piscina aunque no la pude disfrutar estaba muy bien, el desayuno tiene de todo y el personal es muy atento. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Como punto negativo la piscina cierra a las 6 pm y eche en falta algunas máquinas de ejercicios en el gimnasio (solo había cintas de correr o bici y un solo banco con mancuernas).

The room is not very noise cancelling and you can hear sometimes during the night the toilet flush from the neighbour room

Man muss sehr aufpassen, dass man nicht abgezogen wird. Bei mir haben die 20x Minibarfood berechnet.. für ein Zimmer, was nicht meins war

Ruime kamer voor 2 personen. Een veilig hotel, ondanks dat die langs een drukke weg staat, merk je de drukte van buiten niet, veel bars. In de buurt van de bekende Sukhumvit road. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is exclusief, maar prima voor de prijs.

Het bed en kussens waren te zacht. Geen kast om kleding op te bergen. Omdat de locatie langs een drukke weg is, zit je altijd vast in het verkeer. De weg is in de avond een plek waar mannen en vrouwen zich aanbieden voor xxx. We hadden er helemaal geen last van. Iedereen zijn eigen ding.

Le service aux chambres était excellent. Le petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié. L’accueil a été très professionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Camere accoglienti e spaziose e ben isonorizzate. Pulizia delle camere molto buona. Posizione ottima per girare la zona e ben collegata con BTS raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti e Metro a 10 minuti.

The location is perfect as its nearby Nana BTS Station and its surrounding areas are so lively at night. During our stay, the staff even surprised my husband with a birthday cake without us telling them its his birthday. So thoughtful of them

Well located, nice staffs, family friendly and recognition for All member status was comendable. They have a nice breakfast and special mention to a staff at the reception and apple. I will definitively consider to stay next time. Forgot to mention that they have a nice pool at their top floor.

House keeping was excellent the young lady Kra -Tae was extremely helpful i needed to use a iron for some of my shirts and she had it at my door within minutes and her friendly smile was infectious , i would come back to my room after a long day out , and it was spotless and the bed made just as you would like it The Staff at the reception where also extremely helpful and could answer most of my questions The security Guard would always greet me with a smile and conversation that would last for a few minutes

The service was amazing. My airline lost my bag and the staff at the desk were extremely helpful in getting it back to me. The buffet breakfast and the rooftop pool were fantastic as well. The staff were also able to accommodate my request for a room on a high floor, which was an added perk. Would stay again! Thank you

Really nice hotel overall, had a great stay here. The rooftop pool is beautiful, and the view from up there is honestly amazing, one of the best parts of the whole trip. Only issue is it closes at 6pm, which felt a bit early, would've been great to have it open a little later in the evening. Elevators were also pretty slow, we ended up waiting around 5 minutes for them a few times, especially during busier hours, which got a bit annoying after a while. On the plus side, breakfast was really good, lots of variety so there's something for everyone. Overall a solid hotel, just those two small things could be improved. Would still recommend it and would consider staying again.

Easy access from Bangkok airport. We walked to hotel from Nana railway station. Walking distance to Nana Plaza, night life. Few stations to Siam from Nana station if you want to visit Sea Life Bangkok Ocean world.

Wannai she was amazing and helped me with everything I needed in breakfast very good service. I definitely recommend to come.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Overall, everything was good and I enjoyed my stay.

The only downside was the bed. It was too soft and lacked proper support, which caused back pain during my stay. A firmer and more supportive mattress would make the experience much better.

Rooms and staff was wery nice

Location is great for those who prefer this part of Sukhumvit with easy access to BTS. BTS fares can add up to quite a lot for a six days stay. One night I was woken up at 1.30 am by loud noises. I could hear people in the corridor or in their room talking and laughing loudly. Other than that the service is attentive and I liked that you could request for additional bottles of water and other amenities. Restaurant is a good concept and well located. The roof top pool was great to cool off. On the whole this hotel offers good value but I won't recommend it for families with young children.

Na přespání v pohodě, ale už by jsme se nevrátili. Bazén s pěkným výhledem ale pár lehátek, někdy si nemáte kde lehnout. Večer vymění lehátka za posezení a promění se v restauraci a nemůžete se koupat. Metro asi 10 min chuze.

Na rušné ulici, přes den ok ale večer až do rána to tam žije pánskou zábavou, vodí si je i do tohoto hotelu..

La zona no es muy bonita hay mucho bar y se ve muchas chicas de la vida alegre en la zona, e incluso que ingresan con extranjeros al hotel, así q si vas en familia no es muy acogedor

La piscine sur le toit est sympa.

Un accueil glacial pour ne pas dire désagréable. Chambre au 12eme étage j'avais quand même l'impression d'être au bord de la rue zéro insonorisation. Le service navette indiqué ne concerne pas les transferts hôtel aéroport mais une navette mise a disposition pour aller au BTS situé à 800 m.

Petit point negatif sur le petit dejeune que j'ai trouve en qualite inferieur par rapport au autre ibis pas loin un peu en dessous. Mais le reste est tres bien. Rien a dire

Amazing staff. They would always go beyond to facilitate. The restaurant Food Exchange is excellent in terms of taste, quality, service and definitely staff.

Pretty expensive for what you get. Elevators were not working well the days I was there.

Top Lage, man befindet sich direkt mitten im Nachtleben. Wir kommen bereits seit mehreren Jahren regelmäßig in dieses Hotel und fühlen uns dort grundsätzlich sehr wohl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen oben am Pool ist gut und sehr angenehm.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Unsere Ankunftszeit liegt meistens zwischen 9 und 12 Uhr. Früher war es möglich, das Zimmer bereits vor 14 Uhr zu beziehen, sofern es schon frei war. Mittlerweile wird jedoch strikt bis 14 Uhr gewartet, selbst wenn das Zimmer offenbar bereits verfügbar ist. Und das nach mehr als 20 Besuchen bisher. Nach einer rund 16-stündigen Reise möchte man sich eigentlich kurz frisch machen und ausruhen. Stattdessen fühlt man sich seit Neuestem eher hingehalten. Zusätzlich ist es inzwischen nicht mehr erlaubt, mittags oben auf der Dachterrasse hinter dem Pool zu rauchen. Dieser Bereich liegt sehr abgelegen und hat bisher niemanden gestört. Nun muss man nach dem Baden nass das komplette Gebäude verlassen.....
