The apartment is very good, the bed is super comfortable, the shower is good and has good water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped with a cleaning kit. Our apartment was right next to the pool, which was great. The whole resort area was very peaceful and quiet.

Niks! Misschien een keer een keuken renovatie, maar dat heeft ons verder niet gestoord.

Loved the location close walk to the marina and a nice quiet beach. Supermarket and a few bats and restaurants closeby and a nice atmosphere. Room was spacious and clean with a great feel to it. Plenty to do for kids and felt like a safe enclosed complex if they were to stray off as was fenced off really well.

Bedroom could have done with some air conditioning. I thought when i booked that breakfast was an option but didn't seem to be up and running when we were there.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est très agréable, propre et bien entretenu, avec un cadre vraiment reposant (piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport..). Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et disponible ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était confortable, propre et conforme à nos attentes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, idéal pour profiter des alentours tout en étant au calme. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour.

Le personnel est accueillant, poli, toujours le sourire. Les appartements sont spacieux et parfaitement équipés. Chaque appartement dispose d’un petit extérieur privé avec table et chaises, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé et celui-ci était présent dès notre arrivée. L’hôtel est calme. La wifi fonctionne parfaitement bien.

Même si l’ensemble est globalement très bien entretenu, le nettoyage et changement des serviettes tous les 4 jours est trop peu. Le sol pourrait être aspiré plutôt que nettoyé uniquement à la serpillère. Ce système de nettoyage n’est pas suffisamment efficace. Il est dommage que la piscine ne soit pas filtrée toute la journée au regard du nombre de personnes, celle-ci devient trouble dès le début de l’après-midi. Le débit de la douche est trop limité.

Unbeatable Location: The walking distance to everything was a massive highlight for us. You can easily walk down to the beach, Cala Egos, and the local marina. It's also just a 20-minute walk into main Cala d'Or town, or you can hop on the "Ting Ting" road train. Plus, there is a fun park right across the street! Spacious Accommodations: Our one-bedroom apartment was wonderfully spacious, with a separate kitchen, bedroom, lounge, and bathroom, as well as a large double balcony complete with a table, chairs, and drying line. Great Extras for Families: The giant chess set and ping pong table were brilliant additions that kept everyone entertained. A special highlight for the kids was feeding the friendly local resort cats. Easy Island Exploration: Having free parking made hiring a car and exploring the island's best beaches seamless. Attentive Service & Value: Overall pricing felt fair, with reasonable €5 beers at the pool bar. When we noticed our basic cooker was missing a baking tray, staff sorted it out right away.

Dated Spaces: The decor and kitchen could do with modernising (though all necessary appliances were provided, minus a dishwasher). The mini-golf is also quite dated and could be better used as a pool extension, lounge space, or jacuzzi. Pool & Health Note: The pool is a great size and depth, though the water had an odd taste. My son developed an ear infection and a stye (along with another child staying there), which felt like it might have been pool-related. Gym Potential: The basement gym has a solid multi-gym machine, but needs ~50kg more weight on the bench and a proper, unbroken set of dumbbells. Opening it before 10 AM would also let parents get a workout in while the family sleeps in. Untapped Potential: The interior bar area is a bit of a "nothing space" right now, but it would be amazing transformed into a morning coffee and bakery hub with music and cozy seating. Beach Gear: Charging to borrow umbrellas and beach toys feels a bit cheeky given most are left behind by past guests—a refundable deposit system would work much better. (Also note pool cocktails run a bit high at €10).

Great location. Big apartment. Clean sheets and comfy bed. AC working well. If you will spend most of your time outside, this is a good place to stay.

Wifi connection was very weak and slow. Although at first apartment was cleaned well, ants kept coming in even though we did not eat inside. The pool is small and mostly for children, but you should go swim in the sea anyways.

Wij verbleven 12 dagen met twee volwassenen en twee pubers in Ona Village Cala d'Or. Voor ons was het een ontzettend fijn en prettig verblijf en het heeft onze vakantie echt compleet gemaakt. Wij verbleven in appartement 104, een ruim tweekamerappartement dat direct aan het zwembad lag. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo beschikte het over een ruime keuken met vaatwasser, wasmachine en oven, een gezellige woonkamer met slaapbank, een toilet en een fijne tuin met zitjes. Op de tweede verdieping waren twee zeer ruime slaapkamers met voldoende kastruimte. Beide slaapkamers hadden bovendien een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Wat wij vooral erg prettig vonden, was dat zowel de woonkamer als beide slaapkamers waren voorzien van airconditioning. Met temperaturen van maar liefst 38 graden in het hoogseizoen was dat absoluut geen overbodige luxe! Ook buiten was het heerlijk vertoeven. Het zwembad beschikt over een peuterbadje en een dieper zwembad en zelfs over een stoeltjeslift. Ondanks dat wij er midden in het hoogseizoen verbleven, waren er altijd voldoende ligbedden en parasols beschikbaar. Daarnaast is er een gezellige bar met zitjes waar je lekker iets kunt drinken. De faciliteiten bij de receptie zijn mooi en ruim opgezet. Er is onder andere een sauna, bubbelbad en een gym met verschillende apparaten. Voor onze pubers was het leuk om af en toe even aan de spieren te werken. Daarnaast zijn er een midgetgolfbaan, een groot schaakspel en een pingpongtafel aanwezig. Er is dus genoeg te doen voor jong en oud. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het appartement twee keer schoongemaakt en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Op de tweede verdieping hadden we bovendien een ruim terras met zitjes, twee ligstoelen en een droogrek. Vooral dat laatste was erg praktisch. Ook de ligging vonden wij ideaal. Er is ruime parkeergelegenheid en op nog geen drie minuten lopen bevindt zich een supermarkt.

La atención del personal estupenda, lo mejor de todo, todo el personal de 10. Las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla, la ubicación de los apartamentos muy buena, muy cerca de algunas calas, restaurantes y supermercados, y las instalaciones bastante bien. Parking gratuito en las instalaciones, muy bien para tener el coche cerca y no directamente en la calle.

Nuestro apartamento en particular bien en general, pero necesita una buena reforma, el agua de la ducha se salía todo el rato, el agua llegaba hasta el pasillo, por lo que algunas puertas se mojaban por abajo y por eso están tan estropeadas, todo el rato con la fregona después de las duchas, cuando llegamos algunas bombillas no funcionaban, el mando a distancia de la TV tampoco, y nos faltaban toallas, cosas que solucionaron rápidamente, pero lo peor fue la cocina, que se nos llenó de hormigas cuando trajimos la comida, tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros con un bote mata hormigas que había allí mismo, lo comunicamos al hotel pero no hicieron nada más, la nevera tardó un día entero en enfriar, pero bueno esto puede ser hasta normal. Y luego no nos gustó el horario de piscina, para ser verano en temporada alta cerrar a las 19:30 es demasiado pronto, a esas horas solíamos volver de las playas y claro ya no podíamos disfrutar de la piscina, solo el primer día al llegar, que como todavía no podíamos entrar al apartamento, pudimos usar las instalaciones y estuvimos en la piscina. Perfectamente en verano la piscina podría estar abierta hasta las 20:30 o 21:00h.

De locatie! Het was een perfecte plek om allerlei verschillende baaien te bezoeken en savonds gezellig eten en drinken. Smiddags naar het zwembad met bar en lekkere verse broodjes. Altijd plek en geen handdoekje leggen. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk. Alles is schoon en goed onderhouden. Een supermarkt om de hoek en allerlei leuke winkels op loopafstand.Wij waren echt onder de indruk van zoveel goede punten op 1 accomodatie.

Als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen: op sommige dagen was het zwembadwater iets te warm. Maar dit is eigenlijk een te verwaarlozen punt, aangezien alles daar TOP was. En met 38 graden niet gek dat het water opwarmt :)

Établissement magnifique, les appartements sont spacieux et propres, la terrasse est immense, la cuisine super bien équipée, il y'a même une machine à laver c'est idéal pendant les vacances. Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité/prix! Top!

Eneste lille minus var myrer. Man skal ikke være myre forskrækket og bo der, det kan man ikke. Alt man og snacks skulle i køleskabet, for ellers var der myrer over alt.

A mi hija la gatita que "vive" allí. El colchón era muy cómodo, como estar en casa. Descansamos nuy bien.

It has loads of outdoor space, two terraces each with enough seats for all six of us. One upstairs and one downstairs. It was huge with three bathrooms. I’d love to return. It was right next door to a supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants, had the little ting ring to get around, nearest beach had amazing cliff jump. Lifeguard was a good laugh and pool was brilliant x

We really liked our stay at Ona Village Cala d’Or. The appartments are nice and spacious and have good beds and great AC. The pool area is nice and not too crowded and has a small pool-side bar. There are two nice beaches at walking distance from the complex and it is also within wlaking distance of the Marina, where ou will find nice restaurants. Also, there is a supermarket right next door.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ καλή δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και καταστήματα. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκεται και η παραλία calo des pou. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και κουζίνα και η τουαλετα ήταν σε ξεχωριστό δωματιάκι από το υπόλοιπο μπάνιο. Είχε πολύ μεγάλη βεράντα με ωραία θέα στην πισίνα και τους κήπους του ξενοδοχείου. Ενώ φτάσαμε πολύ αργά το βράδυ μας περίμενε φάκελος με το κλειδί του δωματίου κι επιστολή καλωσορίσματος καθώς η ρεσεψιόν κλείνει. Είχε παρκιγκ ακριβώς απέναντι δωρεάν!

Ενώ είμασταν 4 άτομα στο διαμέρισμα υπήρχε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι σε ξεχωριστό δωμάτιο κι ένας καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Για το ποσό που δώσαμε θα προτιμούσαμε να έχει άλλο ένα διπλό κρεβάτι ή δύο μονά παρά να έχει όλες αυτές τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Η πισίνα ήταν βρώμικη και είχε πολλές τρίχες μέσα. Στην τιμή θα μπορούσε να περιλαμβάνεται και πρωινό, παροχή η οποία δεν υπάρχει καθόλου στο ξενοδοχείο ενώ έχει χώρο και υποδομές!

Excellent staff, willing to go above and beyond. Held our bags on the last day for 8+ hours, let us use showers, jacuzzi, have towels and shampoo. Couldnt have been more helpful.

Maybe its slightly further from Cala Dor than I expected, but is well serviced with the bus.

Mis expectativas del aparartamento se han superado. Me ha encantado el apartamento duplex, parecía un pequeño chalecito. Las habitaciones muy amplias y con 3 baños, ideal para las 5 chicas que ibamos. La ubicación en una zona muy tranquila, con un supermercado y farmacia a pocos metros.

No me gustó que en los 4 dias/3 noches que duró nuestra estancia no pasó el servicio de limpieza ni una vez. Las toallas empapadas y sucias hasta el último día, las camas sin hacer y el apartamento lleno de arena de venir de la playa. Se necesita una limpieza más frecuente ya que es un apartahotel. Otro punto negativo fue el horario de la piscina. En pleno verano cierra a las 19.00. Muy pronto!

It was great! Near to lots of Cala’s, and there is a small center with shops and places to eat very close. Furthermore, the hotel has sun umbrella to rent for s very good price.

The pool schedule was not good, as it opens at 11am and close 7:30pm.

Había plaga de hormigas por todo el apartamento, no podíamos comprar alimentos porque venían y arrasaban con la comida. Por la noche en la cama tenía hasta hormigas, no podia dormir. Algo positivo es que el personal era muy simpático y agradable, en el último momento decidí poner una reclamación porque ni dormía pero nos ofrecieron quedarnos un par de horas más en el apartamento por las molestias ( tampoco fui a avisar en recepción ni al.personal por no molestar) quizá hubiesen puesto solución.

Acomodação incrível, com muito conforto e muitas atividades a sua disposição. O apartamento é grande e muito confortável. Tem um mercado ao lado que facilita muito para quem quer fazer as refeições no apartamento. A localização é muito boa, com lindas praias e um centro comercial, com vários restaurantes bem perto, não precisando de carro.

While actual accommodation, location and staff all great l, there are things I feel are important for people to know. The pool doesn’t open until 11, which is crazy considering it’s a place for families. You have to rent pool towels and inflatables. Plus even if your room is available before the pretty late 4pm check in, they’ll charge you. All thus feels super money grabbing and bad customer service. Half the inflatables would have been left and then they are asking for money to rent them? No staff after 9ish so if you have an issue (like we did where all the water turned off for the night) there’s no one to speak to and they don’t answer WhatsApp

El sitio es tranquilo, se duerme bien y hay donde aparcar cerca del hotel.

Esperábamos ver un mobiliario más decente. A la cocina le falta mantenimiento, la mesa del comedor no es muy estable, las sillas de la terraza tampoco están bien mantenidas, faltan mosquiteras (sin las cuales es imposible dejar abierto porque se llena la habitación de insectos).

Great location that is close to all the restaurants and beaches. There was also 2 free parking lots which was very handy.

During our 3 night stay there, our room flooded not once but TWICE. The first incident happened on the first day, where our shower drain couldn’t drain the water fast enough, so the technician ended up “fixing it” by turning the water pressure down to half of what it was originally. Then, on our third day, we returned home after dinner and found a leak behind the fridge which flooded our kitchen area. While trying to the reach reception staff, they let us know that this was happening to many rooms and multiple were experiencing this flood issue. They had come into the kitchen to clean it and turned the water off. We then waited an hour for them to turn the water back on, and by that time it was 10:30pm. We had a 5am start the next day, and when I thought things couldn’t go more wrong, at around 5:15am the next morning, there was a power outage and the emergency lamp turned on but none of the other outlets/lights worked. I wish I was lying, because even I can’t believe how ridiculous this situation is. I paid 473€ for my 3 night stay to experience a lack of basic needs. Clearly everything is dated and extremely old for all this to occur during my short stay. Words can’t describe how inconvenienced I am, and staff could only provide bandaid solutions. Absolutely awful.

Ruim en zeer schoon appartement op een geweldige locatie, op 5 minuten lopen van de zeer mooie haven met restaurantjes en skybars. Centrum met nog meer vertier is 20 minuten lopen. Goede bedden, twee badkamers en in totaal 3 toiletten in het 2 slaapkamer appartement.

Cuisine vieillissante ,porte de meuble bancale qui ne se fermait pas, odeur d humidité , mal ventilé, du coup carrelage glissant , aucune animation bar fermé en avril en tt cas , l espace spa grand mais peu de chose au final . Sauna fermé restait juste le petit jaccuzi là aussi vieillissant . C est dommage il y a du potentiel sur cet établissement il faudrait lui redonner un coup de neuf et de modernité .

Résidence à taille humaine, l'appartement était propre, confortable et bien équipé. Le service, discret et efficace. Très proche des commerces et accessible à pieds aux plages.

Nous avons séjourné en mai, les températures étaient un.peu fraîches et la piscine n'était pas chauffée. Nous étions hors saison donc la résidence n'était pas complète. Malgré tout la proximité des appartements favorise le bruit.

La proximité ++ du petit centre ville, l’ambiance du logement, et le personnel très gentil. Je recommande, logement grand et où on se sent bien

Peut être qu’une mise à jour un peu plus récente du logement serait un plus Les horaires de la piscine qui sont très frustrante, ferme à 19h quand on est en vacances et qu’on souhaite terminer notre journée dans l’eau, peut être que la haute saison n’est pas encore commencé et ce qui expliquerait les horaires

Shower head would not stay in holder..very old . Could be more kitchen utensils , cookware flying pan, things like that. Pool bar /snack bar doesn't open till 11am . Coffee ok but no pastries or breakfast options available..over priced snacks Locals seem to meet up with staff and stay around .no issue with that but quite loud and disrupts the relaxing time you hope to have on a badly needed break

Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, spazioso e letto molto comodo!

Odore di muffa proveniente dagli armadi.

Siisti ja mukava huoneisto isolla parvekkeella, jossa viihdyttiin hyvin 2 alle 5v lapsen kanssa. Kiva sisäpiha-alue jossa paljon tekemistä ja uima-allas. Mukava henkilökunta. Kauppa lähellä, kokkausmahdollisuus. Hienoja Cova-rantoja kävelymatkan päässä. Kaiken kaikkiaan hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan!

Allas ei ollut lämmitetty, ja oli avoinna vain muistaakseni 10-17, mikä ei ollut optimaalista, sillä olimme working holidaylla, ja päivän kuumin aika oli klo 17-19.
