Now our third time visiting. It really is a great hotel. The team really looked after us as always. The junior suite was fantastic, the food and drink were great. We are sad to have left and cannot wait to return. Special thanks to Maru and Marga at reception for making our stay extra special.

We enjoyed the breakfast and music at the pool area.

The water in room (sink & shower) were salty which was not pleasant. The elevators were slow. And difficult to get a seat by the pool as most chairs were taken very early in the morning.

Ontzettend goed ontbijtbuffet. We hebben ook een keer het lunch buffet gedaan. Deze was ook prima. Maar omdat we alleen maar het ontbijt erbij hadden, hebben we dit maar 1x gedaan. We pakten vaak wat bij de bar bij het zwembad en dat was ook meer dan voldoende om te lunchen. Entertainment bij het zwembad was ook super geregeld. En het personeel overal is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wij vinden het zelf fijner dat je bij een restaurant uit de kaart kunt kiezen wat je graag wilt eten. Er zijn verschillende restaurants bij het hotel. Nu had je 3 gangen menu voor een vast bedrag. Je kon dan wel uit verschillende voor en hoofdgerechten kiezen. En dat is prima voor een grote eter. Maar zelf vond ik het dan erg veel. Grote porties. Ik heb dan liever 1 gerecht, zodat je niet te veel laat staan.

Location was amazing

The staff and service were definitely the highlight of our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and they really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. When I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, they offered us a complimentary bottle of cava for our room, which was a really sweet gesture and much appreciated. The location is gorgeous, with a beautiful setting and the Cala d'Or Marina close enough to easily reach for dinner if you want to eat outside the resort. We would definitely recommend going into Cala d'Or once or twice if your budget allows, as we found the restaurants there considerably better than the dining options at the resort.

Unfortunately, the resort itself feels like it needs quite a bit of renovation and maintenance. The soundproofing is particularly poor. We could hear people talking in the hallway, doors being shut, noise from outside and even people in neighbouring rooms. For an adults-only resort where you're paying for a calm and relaxing atmosphere, this was quite disappointing. The tap and shower water is also salty, meaning you need to buy bottled water. Our kettle leaked from the handle and burned my hand slightly as well. These things may seem minor individually, but together they contribute to the feeling that the resort isn't quite at the standard you would expect from a 4-star property. The resort is, however, clean overall. The food was probably the biggest disappointment. The à la carte restaurants were pretty average, and not everything seemed particularly fresh. Some dishes were honestly overcooked and tasteless, and the bread was hard as a rock. The à la carte breakfast at Marea was a notable exception. It was genuinely very good, and the location of the restaurant is stunning. The breakfast buffets were fairly average. The fruit especially didn't seem ripe, while some of the pastries were dry and seemed like they were from the previous day. The main dinner buffet was also very hit or miss. Some dishes were well made, while others were honestly bland and overcooked. Lunch at the beach club was good, although very basic and a little expensive for what it was. Finding a sun lounger was also quite difficult. Many were occupied by towels even though nobody was actually using them. The resort staff told us towels are supposed to be removed after a certain amount of time is the loungers are unused, but we saw some sitting there for most of the day. We specifically chose this resort because it is adults-only and expected it to be calm and peaceful.

Świetne miejsce na relax, przemiły i uśmiechnięty personel, który powoduje ze wszyscy czują sie zaopiekowani, najładniejsza zatoka w okolicy, pokoje ładne i czyste, animacje bardzo różnorodne każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wieczorne atrakcje niesamowite taniec i muzyka na żywo. Cudowny pomysł z silent disco mnóstwo ludzi wzięło w nim udział. Jednym słowem świetna zabawa. Jedzienie pyszne i świeże. W okolicy małe stragany dzie mozna kupić pamiątki, rzeczy na plażę i coś do opalania. Dwa duże baseny i blisko morze czego chcieć więcej. Bar przy basench pyszne drinki. Bardzo udane wakacje polecamy !

Solo traveller looking for all inclusive adult resort to relax. Plenty of sunbathing chairs, buffet meals are delicious and nutritious, every night food is different, I stayed 5 nights. Evening shows are entertaining. Bus stop only 6-7 mins walk away , the bus can take you to Palma or town nearby.

The hotel is practically right on the cala, so being able to go straight from the beach to the pool on the same property was amazing. The restaurants and food were also very good.

You have to pay to use the sun loungers on the beach. I suppose that, as a hotel guest, they could provide at least one for free or offer some kind of discount or benefit.

O hotel é lindo (apesar de não ser muito novo), tem uma praia maravilhosa, o café da manhã é sensacional e todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos

De locatie was verschrikkelijk saai en gelukkig hadden wij een auto gehuurd anders kon je nergens heen ivm de belachelijke prijzen van de taxi’s. De accommodatie zou adults only zijn, maar het strand lag vol met kinderen en gezinnen met baby’s. De accommodatie mag ook wel opnieuw geverfd worden. Ook was het water uit de kraan en in de douche zout? Mijn haar is er helemaal van uitgedroogd. Dit was ook nergens vermeld.

Ottima posizione, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di una piccola e carina caletta ideale per fare snorkeling, e alla vicina Cala D’Or. Camere spaziose e confortevoli, con letto extra large e cuscini molto comodi. Ben organizzata l’animazione e piacevole l’intrattenimento serale. Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di cenare una sola volta alla carta in uno dei ristoranti adiacenti alla struttura.

La colazione e la cena a buffet presso il ristorante “Terra” non sono risultate all’altezza di un resort 4 stelle, soprattutto per organizzazione, presentazione e qualità del cibo. Inoltre, l’acqua dei rubinetti del bagno risultava salata e al mattino era spesso presente uno sgradevole odore di fogna.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Auch die verschiedenen Angebote zum Abendessen (diverse Restaurants) fanden wir grossartig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Auch das tagtägliche Programm hat viel Spass gemacht!

Die Liegestühle beim Pool wurden schon sehr früh mit Badetüchern besetzt und das Hotel hat das geduldet. Es war etwas schade, da man sich daher schon am Morgen leicht gestresst gefühlt hat um noch einen halbwegs guten Platz zu ergattern.

Locatie was goed. We werden wel serieus genomen door het personeel toen we aangaven dat we niet tevreden waren over de hygiëne.

Kamer was niet echt schoon. Verder was het hotel ook wat verouderd.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, and waking up to a view of both the pool and the ocean every morning was amazing. The staff was genuinely so kind and thoughtful. They surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday and even gave me a private cabana for the day, which was such an unexpected and appreciated gesture. It was those little touches that made my birthday feel so special.

Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. Las instalaciones del hotel impecables. Lo que hizo realmente la diferencia fue la atención de todo el personal, todos fueron extremadamente amables. Nos recibió y asistió durante toda la estadía Maru Curutchet, quien fue muy cordial y su calidez y dedicación hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

My partner and I had a one week stay at this hotel in July, it was our first visit there, from the moment we arrived, the high standards and friendliness of the staff was evident, the hotel is spotless and beautifully kept, the food choice in the main restaurant is fantastic and again of very high standards, there are three other restaurants which are also amazing, the Italian in particular was our favourite, the manager there Felix made sure our dining experience was a good one! There are two pools with plenty of sun beds and a poolside snack bar, be ready for the quantity in these ‘snacks’ it’s a lot!! We went all inclusive which was definitely value for money, two visits to the à la cart restaurants are included, the alcohol and cocktail choice is great, the staff everywhere were friendly and helpful, the rooms, we had a standard double with a balcony overlooking the pool which was lovely, the main bar has a beautiful terrace with lots of lovely seating around it, perfect for afternoon drinks or inside for some shade, a five min walk from the hotel gets you to some lovely bars, restaurants and little shops, 10 min walk away is the gorgeous harbour which again has a good range of bars and restaurants, lastly I have to mention the beautiful and amazing Manager, Maru, her friendliness and kindness made our holiday a special one, all round this hotel gets a 10/10 from us and we are definitely booking again next year!

The location is amazing, everything in the hotel room was old, but clean. But I mean even the trash bean was covered in rust, which is an easy fix..

The stuff doesn’t clean the beach and the rocks. Maybe sometimes, but surely not everyday. And it’s the only exit to the sea, and it’s always dirty. Also the stuff in the restaurant is not nice, not smiling, always looking tired and irritated.

Great hotel - definitely a place to return to. I booked a sea view suite which came with 2 balconies and amazing view. Room was spacious and comfy. I slept like a baby. Room key coded in a wrist band was a great idea- very practical. Cleaning service was on a proper level. Food was superb- great choice and high quality products every day. Perhaps the best food I had in a hotel. MyFavorite breakfast at Marea restaurant was super tasty and I could eat having the bay view. Staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the evening entertainment program. Initially I was worried about parking the car given the high season but it was absolutely not an issue. One of the largest assets of this hotel is its location in a beautiful bay. However I acknowledge that the beach is public, hotel could take daily care about its cleanliness- this is the only constructive feedback I’d like to give.

Have been to this hotel 3 times before and all was good.This time the only thing any good was the staff.The food was average.The sunbeds furthest away from the main pool are badly stained and the brollies are rusty.I cannot understand why you need to pay for water in an all inclusive hotel.The entertainment was average and the main pool bar was noisy in the afternoon.Will not be returning

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The hotel has a really nice atmosphere, the rooms were always clean, and it was easy to just switch off and enjoy the holiday. One person who really stood out was Maru. She was always smiling, took time to chat with guests, and gave us some great tips on where to go during our stay. Thanks to her recommendations, we found a few places we probably would have missed otherwise. It made a real difference and showed that she genuinely cares. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend AluaSoul Mallorca Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Mallorca.

Really enjoyed a lovely week with family in Cala D’or, staying at AluaSoul. On this occasion we arranged a private transfer as previous trips to Cala D’or we have experienced long coach journeys dropping off at lots of hotels, a private transfer was around 45 minutes and great. Reception at the hotel was nicely decorated, big glass windows and air conditioned. Staff were very welcoming (with a nice cold glass of prosecco) and informative. Our rooms were ready on check in. We had a side sea view room on the second floor which was perfect, balcony walls are high so you have to stand up to have any view but the beach cove and turquoise water is amazing. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms rather dated with layers thick discoloured sealant around the shower and sink and our toilet leaked. Toiletries were supplied in shower and hand soap and lotion by the sink which is a nice touch. Shower pressure was really good (salt water). The room had a small fridge but no mini bar items supplied. We were given 1 large bottle of water on arrival but after this the hotel expects you to buy your own bottled water from the local shops, it is not supplied in room daily (although the bar did fill up a large bottle for us on occasion). Rooms are noisy but hey!, it’s a hotel, carpet tiles in corridors are coming up and decor is again showing signs of needing work. Pool areas are nice although small and crowded, with no beds. No hotel beds were available free for guests of the hotel on the beach area, apart from just 6 beds for “my favourite club” guests, seemed a little strange to us as there is a large sandy beach area in front of hotel pool which is empty?? There were never enough beds for guests around the pool, if you got down there past 9.30am all beds were taken with towels (not guests, just towels) which was frustrating as we didn’t really want to get up early whilst on a relaxing holiday and several times a day you would see other guests walking around with towels also looking for a spare bed. I complained to reception that there wasn’t enough beds and was pointed to what I would call a kind of lock up area to the side of the hotel which was fenced off, no view, no beach, no pool just beds. For a couple of days we all just ended up sitting in chairs at the pool bar as there were no beds available at all, hey ho a day of drinking cocktails, perfect. The hotel do offer comfy cushioned Balinese beds that overlook the beach from the pool area and can be booked at $30 per bed per day so we just booked and paid for these for the rest of our stay which was great and made us more comfortable and able to get up when we wanted. PRO’S Comfortable seating around hotel bars and restaurants and plenty of it Rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, slept well Beautiful outlook onto beach and sea Italian and Grill a la carte restaurants were amazing (Mediterranean was not open during our stay) Great staff, to name a few that really shone - Paloma, Camilla, Edu, Luis Cool reception area Great location for exploring Cala D’or Able to pick up boat trip directly from cliff by hotel beach Able to pick up Cala D’or train Great pool bar and drinks, lovely AI late lunch menu CON’S Not enough sunbeds Pool toilets not cleaned during the day, bins overflowing and floors very wet No cleaning of flooring around pool, the same rubbish left under and around sunbeds for days and flooring not washed down at night Poor food options in Buffet restaurant, avoided after attempting it a few times. Never offered drinks in buffet restaurant, having to track staff down to request a drink during mealtimes No daily water in rooms Music around the hotel bar and lounge patio area is dreadful, meant to be relaxing but pretty annoying Music around pool too quiet, can hear everyone’s conversation. I have read reviews of a DJ. Would’ve really enhanced the days if that was included all the time Dated décor in places, especially corridors and bathroom in rooms. Saying all this and giving an honest review, I can honestly say we had a really fabulous week in Cala D’or, the surroundings are beautiful. We met lots of lovely people, enjoyed our time, spending most of our time belly laughing and nothing about the hotel was terrible, just a minor few things that would enhance it. A beautiful part of the world, easy to fly to from England and the staff were fabulous. Would definitely return.

AluaSoul Mallorca Resort Cala d'Or Lovely hotel and holiday. 1067361952 The hotel is nice and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The steps are awful! Having to go up and down them in the heat was not pleasant. The lack of sunbeds was annoying and we had to pay for the Balinese beds. The food in the buffet was ok and we booked the Italian and the Grill which were lovely. We got the little train into Cala D'or to eat and spent two evenings in Porto Petro which is stunning. I found the entertainment was good and lots of people up dancing. The fruit man is so entertaing with his barrow, he's a legend.

Breakfast is big enough for lunch, there are several choices of a la cart menu besides that you also have choice of buffet. Room is ok for relaxed with balcony and seaview. Cleaniness is good, location is perfect with private beach.

I should stay more than 5 night for both relaxed at Hotel and travelling to other locations of the island

The beds are extremely comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. All inclusive buffet is excellent and one of the best I have had. However the 3 A la Carte restaurants are extremely average and the food was below that of the buffet. The actual deco in these restaurants is superb, yet no atmosphere and the food was very average. Would certainly not be concerned if cant get a booking you'll be disappointed. Room cleaning is very good, location is stunning, all inclusive worth it compared to half board, but cocktails are syrups and not the real deal, which is also a massive shame.

No towel on sunbed policy is not enforced

Recently stayed here with my partner, we had an amazing week. The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely rooms. The balcony overlooking the beach was fantastic. The hotel was quiet thankfully which I am very picky about! The hotel bar and pool area was lovely and the cocktails were very enjoyable. All of the staff we encountered were also lovely.

The salt water showers and taps I found a small bit annoying but I knew about these prior to arrival so I wasn’t blindsided and definitely didn’t take away from our week but I would definitely recommend bringing a hair mask and thick moisturiser if you’ll be swimming in the sea a lot as well as these like I did . Once or twice I found myself being woken up to very noisy groups on the beach in the middle of the night but as it’s a public beach that is definitely not the hotels fault just thought I should mention it. I struggle with any level of noise however and had brought earplugs so it didn’t bother me too much.

Stunning hotel, lovely location with pools - two hotel blocks straddling a small sea cove with beach area. Daytime activity program (boules, ping pong, aqua fit etc) and professional shows each evening. Largely British clientele but also variety of Scandinavian, French, Belgian. Over 16s so was mainly couples, groups and families. Nice town adjacent (Cala Des Egos - with bars and shops); close to the marina and town of Cala D'or for shopping and bars etc. Staff were friendly (especially Maru as hotel manager and Gio/Mike/Corina as entertainers); bar staff were great too. We went all-inclusive, no regrets - family of 4. Would happily return

Ignore negative reviews!!! All staff so friendly and helpful. Food good. It’s an AI buffet so, yes, a little repetitive, but always fresh. Drinks good, cocktails lovely. I particularly loved the Pina Coladas. Strawberry Daiquiri a bit too sweet for my taste, but my husband loved them. Freshly made coffees were amazing. Really could not find anything to complain about. Thank you for a great week away

Great Accomodation in total! Staff were lovely and very accomodating. Breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight! The nearby beach was also divine and definitely much quieter then some of the other beaches and coves in the area. Thanks again for making our stay so lovely! Would certainly recommend.

Jedynym atutem tego hotelu jest jego położenie. Znajduje się przy najładniejszej zatoce w okolicy, co zapewnia piękne widoki i łatwy dostęp do plaży.

Niestety, hotel ma bardzo wiele wad. Wyciszenie pokoi praktycznie nie istnieje – słychać wszystko, co dzieje się na korytarzu oraz w sąsiednich pokojach. Gdy ktoś ogląda telewizję obok, ma się wrażenie, jakby telewizor znajdował się we własnym pokoju. Obsługa jest zupełnie niepomocna i sprawia wrażenie obojętnej na potrzeby gości. Dużym absurdem są również zasady obowiązujące przy basenie – obowiązuje zakaz korzystania z kół do pływania i materacy, co jest niezrozumiałe, zwłaszcza dla osob chcących po prostu zrelaksować się w wodzie.

Had a great time last year with the family , beds by the pool can be a bit a struggle to get some first thing but we did seem to do ok , food ok and the staff brilliant. A short walk to the shops and other pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed it so much we are going back at the end of the month .

We had a fantastic stay at AluaSoul Mallorca and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island. The rooms were always spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained by the housekeeping team. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made our holiday special. The pool areas were lovely, with plenty of space to relax while enjoying the amazing sea views. The all-inclusive buffet offered a great selection of delicious food, with lots of variety throughout our stay, and we were impressed with both the quality and choice. The evening entertainment was also excellent, providing a fun and enjoyable atmosphere every night. Overall, AluaSoul Mallorca exceeded our expectations with its clean rooms, fantastic service, beautiful pools, stunning views, great food, and friendly staff. We had a wonderful holiday and would happily return!!

Very clean hotel, with helpful staff in a good location. Cala Egos is a lovely little place with Family friendly bars and restaurants' for everyone, plus the nearby Marina was great! Not worth paying for My Favourite Club in Hotel, as the exclusive area was horrendous for sunbeds, no staff policing situation, we always went down at 7am and virtually every sunbed was taken, we asked and got told most people leave towels on the beds the night before, even people holding beds for friends and hardly used throughout the day, not good! Snacks in the My Favourite bar were always plentiful but the same sandwiches, croissants/cakes, pinxtos every single day, nothing changed, so we ate out in Cala Egos after 3 days of the same. Buffet bar lunch/evening we only visited once in the evening, it was always too busy, rushed and not a great experience to have a meal, so again ate out most nights in Cala Egos. We had 3 speciality meals in the hotel 2 were great Marea & Nubium , the Steak House was poor we couldn't eat the steak, we complained so got a free cava, disappointing!

Highs and lows is the best way to describe our stay! Some highs were… amazing beach views and locations, access to beach, and transport to other towns, nice walk to marina, amazing poor area, and evening atmosphere and entertainment. The restaurants were amazing, service, breakfast food choice and ambience. However, some really poor down sides which let down our stay, the fancy bar and private poor area we were never informed about which we could not access. The buffet restaurant was lacklustre, breakfast was great but dinner were 5/10, repetitive and poor selections. Housekeeping was awful, the bed got made… that was about it, bins often not emptied, floors and shower areas not cleaned, hygiene just not great. Some staff were rude, unpleasant 0/10, shame as some were incredible especially in the restaurant they were great. One night my wife was not very well, reception told us we could order room service at the pool bar, when we went down to the poor bar, we were rudely turned away and told not possible, after going back up to reception they called the bar and said this WAS POSSIBLE and sent us BACK DOWN TO THE BAR! The reception were also very rude, speaking in Spanish under their breath and making remarks with one another. Not the 4* experience you expect. It’s a shame the service of some staff really dragged down the experience.

Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Tasty cocktails and comfy sunbeds near the main pool. Rooms are very clean, simple, but have everything you need. The views and swimming in the sea are amazing. Do reccomend to try snorkeling - a lot of sea fauna in crystal clear waters near the shore.

Sometimes it feels chaotic and rushed in dinning spaces (all inclusive and a la carte as well) because of loud sounds of cleaning dishes in common areas and never ending 'Are you finished? Can I take this?' questions from staff. I would recommend to handle trash and dirty dishes away from main dinning areas and let hotel guests savor the moment a bit more. My favorite club spaces should feel VIP or at least elevated from basic level. For example, The Fancy Bar conditioning, cold and hot drink stations does not work as it should, staff although very accomodating should be also trained to make at least the same level coffes and cocktails as the main bars - now its way worse.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff made our stay especially enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with a glass of champagne, which was a very nice touch. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning, and the location was very convenient. We had a rental car, so it was an excellent base for exploring different parts of the Mallorca coastline. The area also felt very safe and pleasant.

We had a great stay overall and didn't have any major complaints. The only thing, the water is the showed was a bit salty.

Another lovely stay at the AluaSoul, all staff are amazing, lovely, friendly and so hard working in the heat, I seen a few faces from last year and new ones from this year. Listening to some bad reviews I do have to say I agree with some of them as there seemed to be some differences, what seemed to be cutbacks, from last year. The chiefs seemed new or not to care as much as last year and other staff (not all by the way) and were slow in cooking and not as tentitive and forthcoming, last year there were more show cooking than this year and so much more choice. The other negatives that I agree with is the pool area, floor and tables did not have a clean, only noticed one little part on my 6 day having a hose down and tables never got wiped, I do however disagree with the rest of the building not being clean, I witnessed on a number of occasions the floor being moped and then ignorant people walking through with very sandy shoes and walking straight through, this is why some areas are dirty !! This year we took my daughter and she said her room and parts or the hotel were in need of renovations, cracks in walls, dirt walls etc. I must be blinded to all of this unless I had too many mojitos 😜 all in all a very much needed relaxing break - thank you Aluasoul xx very much recommend

The hotel was basic at best … our room was tiny and the toilet is literally in the room with an opaque swing glass door no privacy at all!! The views are the reason I gave the hotel 2 star as they are spectacular The beach next to the hotel is so busy you struggle to get on it and beds in there are full by 8am The hotel itself pool areas were ok… more regular cleaning would get rid of the ant issue…. but if you want a bed in the sun, I suggest you get up at 6am, as this is what everyone else did! We paid extra to upgrade to MyFavourite Club ... don’t bother! No beds by the “exclusive” pool .. unless you did the 6am rat run! The club room had a few sweets, warm fruit and stale sandwiches. And when you get to the hotel it is only €25 per day to use the exclusive facilities… Local drink only on all inc even with the “upgrade” The buffet is small and not a lot for vegetarians unless you like cheese all over it. I was really disappointed in relation to the money we paid we expected more This is not a quiet adult only resort it is noisy the area between the hotel is public and full of children

I’m writing this review to warn other people not to go to the Alua Soul Hotel in Mallorca. On the first night my boyfriend got food poisoning within less than 24 hours - we ate breakfast and dinner as we were all inclusive. The only food he ate different to me was the cold meats and he had three types of eggs at breakfast however, we did eat the meat at night time as well. (We ONLY ate here) please also note that most of the food is lukewarm as well. To top this off due to him only being able to drink water we found out that the bottled water was €2 (I’ve never known this in an all inclusive) Also the bathroom doesn’t have an extractor fan or window so you can imagine how it was for us. About 4 days into the hotel we saw a doctor on our floor going into someone’s room and they had a stool sample and gloves on. We also asked around and 3 other people in the hotel got food poisoning and they were also very ill. I do not wish this on anyone - no one comes on holiday to get ill. I would rather write this so you can spend your money on a better hotel. As it was unfortunately wasted for us! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at AluaSoul Mallorca and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with well-maintained facilities and comfortable rooms that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere throughout the property is calm, welcoming, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was all the à la carte restaurants. The food was beautifully presented, delicious, and offered a great variety of options. Every meal felt like a special occasion, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the staff of La Trattoria, they made our night special. The staff truly made our experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality created a warm and welcoming environment throughout our stay. The hotel had many restaurants but they close at 8pm which is very unSpanish. The hotel seems beautiful first but it has many hidden costs (sunbeds you need to pay a separate fee or belong to some exclusive club to enter an area). Not so many sunbeds available for ”normal” guests unless you throw your towel there at 8AM. While you can walk to the restaurants it is a bit challenging to get a taxi even if you book it in advance from reception (we waited about 20-30 min each time). The hotel is quite big in comparison with the reception so it is a bit difficult to reach to them to ask question. The hotel kindly offers carrying the suitcases but it started to get stressful as the whole hotel checking out asked for the same.

Cocktails wie Aperol Spritz oder Passion Fruit Martini müssen separat bezahlt werden. Die Auswahl an inkludierten Getränken ist grundsätzlich aber in Ordnung.

Отдыхали с подругой в период 12-20 июня, температура была идеальная в это время для купания и прогулок, хочу отметить, что вода в нашей бухте около отеля прохладнее, чем в северной части острова. Нас встретили с бокалом игристого, заселили раньше, чем положено и помогли занести вещи в номер. Комната небольшая, но этот вид из балкона просто великолепный. В номере нас ожидала бутылка воды, чай, кофе, в ванной комнате итальянская косметика (шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло). Уборка в номере каждый день. Интерьер гостиницы хороший, проходя мимо хола было приятно смотреть. Интернет в нашем номере работал отлично, мы жили во втором корпусе на первом этаже над ресторанами. Видели отдельные лаунж зоны и бассейн для тех кто купил путевку My favourite club, выглядело симпатично, думаю стоит взять эту опцию. Ужины были неплохие, всегда выбор морепродуктов и мяса, завтраки нам не понравились. Напитки вечером платные, впрочем как и везде в Европе. Так же была опция бесплатно покушать 2 раза в сети ресторанов a la carte от гостиницы, но для этого надо бронировать через приложение и места практически невозможно словить, все занято. Нам удалось забронировать место в итальянском ресторане, но еда в столовой лучше, если честно, возможно потому что мы заказали стейки.. Бассейном мы не пользовались, потому что предпочитаем море, да и мест на лежаках не было почти никогда, надо занимать место рано утром. На пляже есть 5 лежаков от отеля, а так же платная зона с лежаками 16.5 евро за 2 лежака + зонтик. Всегда можно лечь на свою подстилку, места были. Важный момент, что пляж общий и туда так же приезжают люди с детьми, поэтому если вы рассчитываете на отдых на пляже без детей - такого не будет, детей много. В округе делать нечего, нормальных ресторанов или достопримечательностей, кроме как самой бухты нет, поэтому обязательно надо брать авто, что мы собственно и сделали для исследования всего острова.

- Тапочки в номере очень нужны, некомфортно ходить - Вода в кране соленая, нужно поставить фильтр или как-то решить этот вопрос - Мало лежаков на пляже - Еда в отеле не очень -Плохая шумоизоляция

Fantastic break at Alua Soul Cala D’Or Majorca. Amazing location, two gorgeous pools with access to one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Best breakfast location ever overlooking the turquoise sea. Staff were amazing - especially Elwira, Felix and Camilla who couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely return!

It does take me alot to right a review when something isn't great, I have stayed in alot of all inclusive hotels and this just had a few things that would make me not want to return.- we stayed for 5 nights I am currently 5 months pregnant so obviously I wasn't drinking but still booked all inclusive because I thought it would be worth it with what you normally get included, but actually I didn't realise how much isn't included. There is one buffet restaurant, and then some other restaurants you can pre- book for dinner in the other hotel, which we did do one night at the Mediterranean which was lovely so would recommend that. The pool bar you can only eat at after 3pm if you are all inclusive or you have to pay any other time, which meant you have to walk and eat in the buffet for lunch if you want anything before then, we just didn't want to do that everyday when you are relaxing round pool- and I wouldn't be paying for that food, the nachos were stale, the hot dog looked anaemic, the chicken burger was good You can't get bottle water anywhere unless you pay?! this was actually the most insane thing, they will give you cups but if you want a bottle you have to pay, I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT EVER Ice creams- you have to pay extra for some cocktails like aperol spritz or a cider you have to pay for? I wouldn't even class those as premium drinks, I understand some hotels more expensive wines or spirits The food overall was okay, we actually ate out for dinner 3 times in the marina as it does get boring quickly, but you can tell the kitchen staff work hard Rooms again ok, we booked a sea view but was right above the terrace so could be loud some nights, very small bathroom, the door basically touches the toilet but they have but a small door stop right infront of the toilet? we both stepped on it multiple times- very painful The hotel is very busy, the sunbeds are packed like sardines- but on the last day we sat at the other smaller pool and was so much nicer, better pool with steps and more comfortable beds- wish we sat there everyday The nice cabana beds that they advertise you have to pay for, minimum 30 euros for the day but doesn't come with anything, I've paid that at other hotels but you get a waiter, fruit and drink for that price The staff overall are friendly but you can tell the restaurant is short staffed, you had to get your own drinks alot of the times and tables weren't cleaned quick enough so often had to sit and call them over to clean and for cutlery We asked or a iron for the first 3 days, eventually got one on day 3 I don't know how much extra you get for 'my favourite club' maybe that would be worth it but I would not class this as a all inclusive package with the amount of extra you have to pay for silly little things

Great facilities, beach right on your doorstep

The shower and tap water tasted like sea water. The shower gel and shampoo etc smelt absolutely disgusting, bring your own!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at the Alu Sol in Ibiza last year and loved it so wanted to stay at the same hotel chain again and it didn’t disappoint!! Every single thing about the hotel has been perfect, the room has been spotless and cleaned everyday, the food has been delicious and the staff have been brilliant! Nothing has been to much trouble for them and they have been amazing. The pool, the beach, the restaurants have all been brilliant. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel and the Alu Sol chain anymore! We had a lovely time

Lovely hotel spread across two buildings on either side of the inlet, with a fantastic sheltered public beach. We stayed in the My Favourite Club section in Building 2. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Most rooms have a balcony, but the solid wall surrounding them means you can't fully appreciate the stunning inlet views while seated, which was a little disappointing. Our biggest frustration was the behaviour of some guests who were "reserving" the couples' sunbeds very early in the morning (as early as 5:45am) before returning to bed. In some cases, they didn't come back until 11am or later. While guests arriving around 8am could still usually find a sunbed, it was frustrating to see so many reserved beds sitting unused for hours while others were looking for somewhere to relax. Overall, it's a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, with excellent staff and great facilities.

Just come back from a weeks holiday. Reception team amazing. Room clean and modern. Pool areas clean. The one thing that let the holiday down was the food. It was very bland, no flavour to most dishes. We were AI which meant we could go to the three different restaurants on site over 3 nights which were all excellent but the main restaurant was extremely disappointing.

We stayed at AluaSoul Mallorca for a week and unfortunately our experience was very mixed. On our first night, we arrived late and immediately noticed a strong damp smell in our room. We called reception and were advised to come back in the morning, however the smell was so overpowering that my partner and I simply could not stay there any longer. I was concerned it would make me feel unwell. We went back to reception and were offered another room. We were driven to a different building, only to find the second room had exactly the same damp issue. We then had to return to the main building for a third room, which was finally acceptable. The manager on duty at the time came across as quite short and frustrated, which made us feel uncomfortable about raising further concerns. We accepted the third room despite it being on the first floor, as we had specifically requested a higher floor when booking. We did appreciate the gesture of a bottle of cava delivered the following day to apologise for the inconvenience. The pool area was pleasant enough, but it could definitely be cleaner. The public toilets around the pool were not kept to a standard I felt comfortable using. We stayed half board and purchased drinks with our meals, which were reasonably priced and enjoyable. However, the restaurant food was disappointing. It lacked some basic options, such as chicken breast, and much of the food was quite bland. I was also surprised to see several peanut-themed desserts being served in an open buffet environment, as this could be a concern for guests with severe nut allergies due to the risk of cross-contact. The staff working at the bar and the cleaners were all friendly and hardworking. However, it felt as though the housekeeping team did not have the right products or resources to maintain the rooms properly, which is not a reflection on them personally. Another issue we noticed was the water. It was very salty and left our skin feeling dry and tight after showering. We understand this may be due to the local water supply and the high mineral content or use of desalinated seawater in Mallorca, however it was still an uncomfortable part of our stay. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the bathroom and bedroom. We had to wear flip-flops at all times inside the room because our feet would become covered in dirt from the floors. The bathroom particularly did not reflect a 4-star hotel standard. The extractor fan appeared ineffective, with peeling paint on the ceiling suggesting ongoing moisture problems. The mirror looked cheap and worn, metal fixtures such as the bin and toilet brush were rusting, and the grout and sealant were heavily stained with grime and dirt. The location is one of the stronger points of this hotel. The nearby beaches are beautiful and there are lovely restaurants and places to walk around close by. Overall, while there were positives such as the friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks and the surrounding area, the cleanliness, maintenance issues and initial room problems meant this did not meet our expectations of a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, despite enjoying the local area, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location and facilities , Room was clean and facilities were well maintained. Activities during the day were brilliant with Mike.

The pool area is busy but we did always manage to get a bed and more become available during the day.

Overall a lovely stay. The hotel room was clean and had everything you needed. Our room was cleaned every day, we went to breakfast and by the time we were back it was done. Downside was that the room doors are not soft close so the noise from other rooms closing doors was loud in the mornings so there wasn't much of a chance to have a lie in. We did have a few questions for the hotel prior to arrival and this was difficult as I tried a number of emails to which I got no reply. Specialty restaurants are lovely but do note that these must be booked at least 24hrs before you want to eat there. Even if you turn up and half the restaurant is empty as it was for us.

La nourriture et les boissons étaient de bonne qualité tout au long du séjour, et les espaces extérieurs sont agréables. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de réserver un lit balinais.

Dès notre arrivée, la suite présentait une forte odeur d’humidité et de moisi. Malgré nos signalements répétés et plusieurs interventions de l’équipe, ce problème n’a jamais été résolu. Nous avons dû laisser les fenêtres ouvertes matin et soir afin d’aérer la chambre, ce qui est loin d’être acceptable pour une suite de cette catégorie. Ce qui nous a également surpris, c’est que nous ne semblions pas être les seuls à rencontrer ce problème. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons vu apparaître dans la liste des réseaux Wi-Fi un réseau nommé « AluaPleaseFixTheMoldInYourRooms ». Cela nous a laissé penser que d’autres clients avaient également été confrontés à des problèmes similaires d’odeur ou d’humidité dans les chambres. D’autres défauts ont également été constatés mais presque tous on été réglé : * Sol gras et légèrement glissant dans la suite. * Portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse qui ne fermaient pas correctement. * Un lavabo sans eau froide. * Douche mal fixée donnant l’impression qu’elle pouvait tomber. Nous avons également été surpris par la qualité de l’eau. L’eau des lavabos et de la douche était très fortement minéralisée, avec un goût particulièrement salé. Le personnel nous a d’ailleurs recommandé de ne pas la boire. Nous avons donc dû acheter de l’eau en bouteille pendant toute la durée du séjour. Concernant les équipements, nous avons également été déçus par la télévision. La réception des chaînes était médiocre et la TV n’était pas connectée. Il n’était donc pas possible d’utiliser Netflix, Chromecast ou d’autres services de streaming. Pour une suite à ce niveau de prix, nous nous attendions à des équipements plus modernes. Autre point décevant : la piscine ferme à 18h. En pleine saison et sous le climat de Majorque, cet horaire nous a semblé particulièrement précoce.
