We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and extremely functional, with everything we needed during our time in Barcelona. The location was fantastic, and a very special bonus was the beautiful view of the back of Casa Batlló. Such a unique Barcelona experience! We would definitely stay here again.

My only concern was the shower floor was too slippery. Everything else was amazing! The apartment was very well equipped and even included incredible bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Excellent stay! The apartment was in a fantastic central location, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city and having everything we needed within easy reach. It was very clean, spacious, and surprisingly comfortable even for our group of 10 people. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was definitely one of the biggest advantages, as it made exploring the city incredibly easy. Overall, a great choice for a large group — comfortable, practical, and perfectly located. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent location and very clean apartment Really good for family

Perfect location, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Will come back!

Elevator is small, will fit one person and 2-3 luggages. We were a family of 5 with multiple luggages so it took a minute for us to get our stuff in and out of the place. It is just a minor inconvenience compared to all the pros on this place.

Immediate responses to our messages, both before and throughout our stay. Late check out. Lockers room was perfect. Excellent location. Very nice 3 bedrooms apt, 2nd floor with a nice view.

Only the lobby and the stairs had an unpleasant smell and very small lift was a problem.

位置

I absolutely loved this penthouse apartment! It was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect and felt very safe, which made our stay in Barcelona even better. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was wonderful and met our expectations.

clean and comfortable. Very good location.

we would have liked more towels for the bath and kitchen.

Great location and apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

The elevator is tiny…can only take one person with a suitcase or two people with no bags so we sometimes had to wait a bit.

The only positive aspect of this apartment was its location.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself looked nothing like the photos and was extremely worn out. The overall condition was so poor that it made the entire place feel dirty. The doors, cupboards and corners were chipped and damaged, and one of the door handles was broken. The photos do not accurately represent the apartment’s current condition, which felt very misleading. It was almost as though we had booked a completely different property. Extremely disappointing and not worth the price.

Nice location. Friendly staff.

Location and access could have been communicated better.

Space and terrace and most importantly location

The location is superb The furniture is good

The Elevator is worse thing in the building

Perfect location and had everything we needed, very spacious for a big group of people and very clean

Great location. Perfect accommodations for a family trip. On-site staff helped with any needs in a timely manner. Area for bags and to wait pre-check-in was a plus. Property was centric to all attractions and planned activities.

Nothing comes to mind. This property set the tone/expectations for other locations on our trip.

The location was a gem, in the middle of the city, with easy walkable access to restaurants right in front of the place, tour bus nearby, Casa Batlló just around the corner, and about 20-30m walk to Sagrada Família cathedral. There is a parking spot nearby to unload/load and a parking garage nearby. We had a two-bedroom room, and it was very spacious; the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were quiet. The living room had a kitchen and had everything for the stay. The laundry washer and dryer were also in the room. There are also lockers available to store your luggage in case you came early or staying after checkout.

The laundry dryer did not work well and kept stopping on its own. I had to keep trying to turn it back on so that I can have dry clothes.

I booked this apartment based on its advertised location and photos, but upon arrival I was informed that I would be staying in a completely different apartment at another location. This was never made clear during the booking process. Switching guests to a different property after the booking is confirmed is misleading and, in my opinion, not an ethical business practice. The alternative apartment did not match what I had chosen or paid for, and have a metro running underground and it caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment.

Location is great

Noise level from the street

Good location. The apartment is spacious. Locker room is convenient to guests.

A two-bedroom apartment with only one shower is insufficient when there are more people.

Amazing location, super clean, lots of space, well equipped. Tons of storage!

Perfect location with easy access everywhere. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary facilities. The staff are friendly and attentive, we had a wonderful stay.

A small suggestion: the building main door creates a loud slamming noise upon closing. It would be much appreciated if this could be adjusted for future guests.

Tutto fantastico.

Great property in a great location near.

Loved it! Quiet area, lots of stores and restaurants, the apartment was very nice and clean! Would definitely book again!

Just consider the elevator is quite small!

Apartmana yerleşmeden önce dijital şifremiz geldi. Odalar çok temizdi. Her şey yeniden yapılmıştı.

When we got there the shower had water coming out of the drain. They switched us to a different apartment which was way smaller, and smelled like mold.

Konumu temizliği mükemmeldi

Hiçbirşey

Eveything was perfect, i will definitely stay in Aspasios again. Thanks for everything.

Everything was perfect, nothing that I didn’t like

Posizione perfetta, nessun tipo di problema appartamento ben curato e pulito. Assolutamente consigliato

Location is awesome and the guest service team was responsive & tried their best to resolve any issues timely.

My sister and niece got stuck in the elevator for about 50 minutes.

We had a home-like experience and it says it all! The apartment is in the heart of Barcelona!

Not a single thing)))

perfect

location, ease of getting in, cleanness, well equipped kitchen, views, small markets around, location is outstanding,

the elevator is small and slow, which is typical in Europe The AC was not functioning well, but there could have been control where we culd not lower it below 26 degrees (C). it was ot at times because of the heat wave during our visit

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location. Self check in and luggage storage were brilliant as we arrived early in the morning. Everything was very clean and enough consumables were provided for our stay. A cot was provided for the baby in our group. I'd recommend to anyone wanting a central location in Barcelona for a small family.

The window in one of the rooms didn't open, so we had no access to that balcony. The iron and ironing board need replacing.

Fantastic location - right in the centre of Barcelona by Rambla, also close to metro. Very quiet and dark when sleeping despite the central location. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Check in and key management was totally automatic and seamless.

Our living area and also the hallways smelled a little of sewage.

Huge spacious apartment in a great location

Nothing

Great spacious apartment in great location.

posizione molto centrale, l'appartamento è ampio e luminoso, aria condizionata e wifi efficienti

The location , spacious apartment and prompt reply of the staff.

The shower door cannot close it

Location & size of apartment

Very Small elevator. But everything else was great

It’s very clean and convenient.

A közlekedés tetszett a legjobban. Egyszóval az elhelyezkedés.

The location is exceptional. Just 5 mins from Casa Batlo and 2 mins from Passeig de Gracia. Lot's of eateries around and supermarkets. We had 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. the size of the apartment was very comfortable.

The lift is really tiny. you can barely fit 2 suitcases and a person. We could not fit the stroller in the lift. Everytime we stepped out, we had to fold the stroller and hence quite inconvenient with small kids. The apartment is old and kind of run down. the bathroom does not have an exhaust which made sharing bathrooms little tricky! At the time of booking I had requested for an early check-in and I repeatedly kept following up as we were city hopping from Madrid. We were told that they would try but when we reached the property we were told it is not possible. Had they been upfront from the beginning that they would not allow early check in, we would have managed our train timing from Madrid accordingly. With 2 small kids we had left Madrid early morning and we were given access to room at 3pm. So we wasted the whole day and the kids were really tired.

The location was amazing. Really close to everything. 24/7 shops and restaurants

The second room was a bit small for two people

Beautiful, modern, and a great location. Seriously you could not do better

Konumu, imkanları

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location in the heart of everything but quiet for a good nights sleep. Exceptional management team that dealt with any queries quickly.

There was nothing we could report

La ubicación y la comodidad

El valor un poco alto

The location is perfect

It was not clean and beds are not comfortable. The inside of the dishwasher was extremely rusty and we had to wash our dishes by hand during our stay. The room was dark, moist and humid. The areas under the bed was covered in dust.
