Das Zimmer 402 was wir hatten und zur Strasse lag war unnormal Laut . Es war so als wenn das Fenster offen stünde . Hab Oropax genommen.

Das hotel, der Service, die tolle rooftop Bar und der Pool war alles top. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt hier!

Struttura sempre pulitissima e molto accogliente. La camera aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche più lungo come il nostro. In bagno c'erano infatti dei kit molto utili (pettine, cuffia per doccia usa e getta, lametta e crema depilazione, spazzolino e dentifricio, fazzoletti) che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Inoltre c'era la possibilità di avere l'acqua di cortesia. Ogni giorno la camera veniva riordinata ed era sempre profumata! All' ottavo piano c'era la piscina con il terrazzo e divanetti a disposizione dei soggiornanti (senza bagnino, ma con il necessario per un bel bagno perché c'erano gli asciugamani a disposizione). Abbiamo avuto problemi con una persona che faceva rumore di notte e si sono subito adoperati per far sì che si risolvesse il problema. Inoltre per via dell'asma avevo chiesto un cuscino in più e non ci sono stati problemi a farmelo avere. Penso sia stato il letto più comodo provato finora in un hotel! Una nuvola pure i cuscini, un vero sogno! Wi-Fi sempre funzionante e nella hall dell' hotel c'erano a disposizione acqua fresca, frutta e caramelle. Le ragazze della reception sempre molto carine e disponibili! La zona era strepitosa, dal balcone la vista era direttamente su casa Batllò! Metro a pochi minuti di distanza!

Direi nulla, era tutto perfetto. L'unico aspetto negativo è stato dovuto alla maleducazione di altri soggiornanti ma l'hotel non ne può nulla... anzi sono stati molto gentili nel cercare di darci subito supporto per risolvere la problematica! Ah, sì, da italiana forse la mancanza del bidet!

My room didn't have any outdoor window, it faced and internal dead space. However it also allowed the room to be super quiet for excellent sleep.

Perfect location - we had a view to Casa Battlo, very quiet despite busy street. Room was very comfortable, great rain shower.

Few of the power points were jammed - needed a bit of attention.

The room was quite small, so we decided to upgrade to a larger room, which cost us extra, in order to feel more comfortable! The location is excellent and very convenient. However, the pool is quite small, and the breakfast was just average.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut.

Hoteldesign im Eingangsbereich! Der kleine Pool und Liegebereich Rooftop - für eine kleine Erfrischung nach den Stadtgängen. Das Frühstück war nicht Spitzenklasse, aber alles da und somit ok! Livecooking will man ja auch nicht in einem Stadthotel mit frischem Rührei! Fertigrührei kann man mal machen!

Das Hotel ist mir eine Spur zu dunkel und laut durch die Metro und die Musik bis 00:00 Uhr vom Rooftop - man hört die metro ab morgens um 5 uhr brummend durchs zimmer rauschen- Die Speisen und Getränke sind ok, mittleres Preissegment - Mitarbeiter dort eine Katastrophe - wirklich unfreundlich! Das Zimmer - wir hatten nicht das einfachste Zimmer gebucht, sondern 20qm - war sehr klein, weil das Waschbecken mit im Zimmer stand und nicht separat im Badezimmer - kein Tageslicht - nur in den abgedunkelten Hinterhof - schrecklich eng alles - ich fühlte mich wie in einem Gefängnis. In der Dusche müffelte es - Die Minibarpreise natürlich Großstadtniveau - aber das weiss man ja vorher! Nochmal würde ich dieses Hotel nicht buchen!

L’emplacement est vraiment génial à seulement deux minutes de la casa Batlo c’est un régale. Le petit dej est copieux, généreux et change tout les jours 👍🏼 Un grand OUI pour le personnel qui est toujours agréable souriant et répondent aux moindres besoins.

Excellent Hotel - Great price, great location - walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit, Staff so helpful & friendly. Phoned reception for an iron and were provided with iron and board which we kept for our full stay, also hairdryer provided in the room was great! Free toiletries provided - Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner - Amazing. Didn't eat so can't comment on that but food looked great. Had drinks at the rooftop bar which were lovely, and ordered drinks to have in the pool (staff brought them to us, great service). Extra towels provided for the pool. 10/10 Stay, would love to visit again.

Rooftop pool was nice but smaller than expected, the food in the rooftop bar was more expensive than the nice tapas restaurants walking distance. Needs ventilation in shower and also towel racks to dry used towels in shower area.

The room was really quiet and well appointed, I appreciated the decor throughout the hotel. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had really good variety.

Nach mehreren Aufenthalten in Barcelona das beste Hotel, das ich bisher hatte. Wunderschönes Design, besondere Atmosphäre, sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und exquisit eingerichtet, werden täglich gereinigt. Dazu gibt es einen Zimmerservice, der tagsüber nachfragt, ob man etwas braucht. Auch der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und ist eines der Highlights des Hauses. Sogar Handtücher liegen hier aus. Die Rooftop Bar ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann das meiste fußläufig gut erreichen, zum Barrio Gótico und zur Sagrada Familia je ca. 20 min, wobei es unterwegs so viel zu entdecken gibt, dass es viel kürzer scheint. :) Metro und Bahnhof befinden sich direkt um die Ecke am Passeig de Gracia. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist liebevoll hergerichtet, die Auswahl ist sehr groß. Es gibt exzellenten Kaffee, frisches Obst, verschiedene Müsli- und Brotsorten, süße und herzhafte Beläge sowie spanische und katalanische Spezialitäten, wie Zutaten zu pan amb tomate oder tortilla. Dazu kleine Kuchen und täglich wechselnde Säfte bzw. Smoothies. Ghis, die im Frühstücksbereich für den Service zuständig ist, war immer sehr lieb und wusste nach dem dritten Tag unsere Zimmernummer auswendig. :) Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es absolut empfehlen. Muchas gracias!

Nagyon jó volt a szoba. Bőséges reggeli választék. Azt külön kiemelném, hogy 12-ig van reggeli, ami nagyon jó, ezzel még korábban nem találkoztunk máshol. A 8. emeleten van medence, ami különleges élményt ad. Ha járunk még arra, szívesen választanánk újra ezt a szállodát.

Bardzo czysto. Super lokalizacja. Dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na miasto, ale zapewne dlatego, że byliśmy tylko na jedną noc.

Klimatyzacja mocno hałasowała, a moduł do sterowania miał całkiem wytarte oznaczenia na przyciskach, co uniemożliwiało przestawianie bez strzelania co się robi. Przez całą noc klimatyzacja na auto obniżyła temperaturę o 2 stopnie (przy tym hałasując). Śniadanie raczej słabe. Da się coś zjeść, ale bez wielkiego wyboru. Okropne jajka - zarówno jajecznica i jajka na twardo nie do zjedzenia. Śniadania na -1 w piwnicy bez światła w ciemnym wystroju mają średni nastrój.

Hotel is in an excellent location, with train station very nearby. Great selection for the breakfast which was so convenient. Overall, the experience was very good and I would strongly recommend Room Mate Anna for a stay in Barcelona.

La camera aveva una piccola finestra sull'interno, siamo state quasi 6 giorni e alla lunga diventa un po' claustrofobica. Il bagno è cieco. Se dovessi tornare valuterei una camera differente. Arredamento bello e letto comodo.

Excellent emplacement, à quelquues mètre de Gracia. Chambre Confortable. Petit dejeuner tres correct. Personnel adorable.

L'emplacement est parfait le parking blue note financia est très proche. Globalement cet hôtel est correct et le personnel bien que ne parlant pas du tout français est bienveillant.

La climatisation marche très faiblement. L'hôtel est sombre et heureusement que la dame de la réception a réagi devant notre déception et nous a changé de chambre car la première était minuscule ainsi que la SDB. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur et la décoration était plutôt "glauque". Tout s'est finalement mieux terminé et hormis la clim tout était bien mieux.

This hotel is "cool" --very art deco. The room is very well appointed and quite large with a separate sitting area between the bed and the bathroom. It had plenty of amenities (coffee machine, electric teapot, fully stocked fridge, etc.). It's in a very good location and less than a block away from Casa Batlo and Passeig de Gracia with lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance.

The mattress was ok but not super comfortable. Because of its location there was some noise from the street traffic and a lot of rumbling from the Metro which was more noticeable later in the evening. You need your room key to open the front doors to the hotel which was kind of a hassle. Overall, I felt the hotel emphasizes style and aesthetics over comfort. It was totally fine for a one night stay but I wouldn't have enjoyed a longer stay here.

Excellent location near metro and train station. Good breakfast with lots of different options, delicious pastries, cheeses and charcuterie. Very friendly staff. Plus for the terrace bar, with good food and drinks and very helpful staff. Room was tastefully decorated and it was appreciated that the toilet was in a separate cubicle, as it allowed one of us to shower or use the sink while the other was using the "facilities". Our room faced the courtyard so it was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and good sized shower cubicle.

All small issues that didn't affect us negatively: Difficult to regulate AC in the room, and the way it was positioned meant it was constantly blowing on my side of the bed, but not a huge issue. Warm food in breakfast was not great. The terrace pool is a nice idea but it was a little soupy in both appearance and temperature, so it wasn't exactly refreshing after walking around on a warm summer day. Spotty service in cleaning, two days we didn't have any room cleaning (not a huge issue as we've been in hotels where this is policy but I don't think it was meant to be so here) and one day they forgot to put in new large towels after removing the old ones (but this was solved in 5 min). Room was on the small side, it will be complicated to bring large suitcases.

Posizione centrale! In un quartiere elegante e vicino ad ogni prima necessità ( farmacia supermarket ecc ) . Zona sicura . La piscina all’ottavo piano molto apprezzata con la terrazza di Ana per drink e pranzo/cena davvero carino. E con musica.

Presenza di formiche in camera ( e non abbiamo mangiato nulla ) . Asciugamani un po’ dismessi

Das RM ist sehr zentral gelegen, an der Passeig de Gracia (selbige Metro Station). Super Start für das Erkunden der Stadt! Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, dafür ist eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht garantiert! Das Personal ist super nett. Gern wieder.

I read reviews about subway noise issues when staying on 1st floor and also club noise issues when staying on last floor - but we booked the Junior Suite on the 5th floor - and it was perfect without any noise issues. The room was big and spacious, exquisite decoration, with nice little balcony.

Fantastic location in the L'Eixample district. Steps from restaurants, shopping, and the Metro Station. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor, which was very nice to have. Convenience store across the street which made those late night snack runs easy. Local attractions were very close- Antoni Gaudi's Casa Batloo across the street from the hotel.

Hallways into the hotel room were not adequately ventilated. Because of the heat and humidity outside, the hallways were hot and humid as well. But I am glad the hotel rooms had great air conditioning.

Amazing stay in Barcelona! The location of Room Mate Anna is perfect, and the hotel itself is beautiful. My room was stylish, spotless, and honestly even better than in the pictures. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an incident where I lost my phone, and the night staff went above and beyond to assist me, including helping me communicate with the taxi driver. I really appreciated how attentive they were. Breakfast was also excellent, with a delicious and generous buffet and plenty of options to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again!

We live near Barcelona and stay at this hotel whenever we visit the city. The location is excellent, across the street from Passeig de Gracia train/metro station. We have been delighted with the quality of our rooms and with the staff every time we stay. It's our go-to from now on.

Very good location, it was a nice surprise to go out on the balcony and see Batillo as a view! The stuff was very nice and helpful, especially Anna that received me at check-in.

I expected the Deluxe Room to be a bit brighter and bigger from the photos, the balcony also. In general the room was comfortable but quite dark especially at night as the lights were very low. The pool and pool area I also thought would be bigger from the photos, I didn’t end up using it as it was raining the first night I arrived.

It was in a good location. Close to Hop on bus & walking distance to boutiques & restaurants. The hotel was very different & interesting in decor. We loved our enclosed balcony & the decor in our room. Staff very helpful. Bed comfortable, linen, towels very clean. Good breakfast.

The music was very loud in the rooftop bar.

Alla reception tutto lo staff è stato molto disponibile e sempre gentili. Per la piscina c’è la disponibilità del telo e nelle camere vengono dati spazzolino pettine lamette per radersi .La posizione centralissima ha permesso spostamenti per lo più senza utilizzo dei mezzi e di avere a portata di mano ristoranti,caffetterie e negozi.
