What guests love
- •Spacious suites and comfortable beds
- •Friendly, helpful staff
- •Clean and well maintained in many reviews
- •Good views and convenient nearby shops/restaurants
- •Free/ample parking mentioned
Areas to consider
- •Kitchens often lack cutlery, plates, glasses and some appliances
- •Breakfast described as repetitive and low quality; limited gluten-free options
- •Confusing parking garage and elevator system for some guests
- •Occasional cleanliness issues (hair in sink, unclean counter, unpleasant curtain odor)
- •Noise/AC issues and missing balcony chairs in some rooms
Cleanliness
7.8/10Generally reported as clean and well maintained in many reviews, but several mentions of specific issues (hair in sink, unclean bathroom counter, curtains with strong odor) reduce the score slightly.
Service
9.7/10Multiple reviews praise staff as very kind, helpful and professional; lobby staff and room service noted positively. Strong consistent positive remarks justify a high score.
Location
8.8/10Many guests highlight convenient location with shops/restaurants nearby and good views; a few note it is far from the city center or access/parking can be confusing, but overall location is seen as a strong asset.
Room Quality
8.1/10Rooms frequently described as spacious, comfortable with good beds and views; some reports of worn furniture, stuffy rooms, loud AC or lack of balcony chairs moderate the rating to a solid above-average score.
Amenities
7.4/10Amenities are mixed: suites are spacious and some kitchens present, but many guests complain about missing kitchen utensils/appliances, limited crockery/cutlery, and occasional confusing parking/elevator systems.
Value for Money
7.6/10Many guests enjoy the stay and amenities, but some explicitly mention the room felt cheaper than the price or were disappointed by missing in-room items, producing a slightly below-target value perception.
Food and Beverage
7.3/10Breakfast receives mixed feedback: some praise a warm breakfast, while multiple guests find the breakfast repetitive, low quality (thin coffee) or not catering for dietary needs (gluten-free), lowering this category.
Overall Experience
8.1/10Overall stays are positive with frequent recommendations due to spacious, clean suites and friendly staff; some operational and amenity issues temper the experience, resulting in an overall solid rating matching the target.
