Donc, j'ai trouver le prix quand meme cher pour se que l'hotel avait a offrir. Mais malgrer tout, hotel très propre, personnel sympathique. Rien a dire de plus

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Good location with good value, my cousin left rings in the bathroom and probably it was three in garage bin , and hours later she found it was not on the finger, we drove back hotel and lucky cleaning lady still keep the garage bag and we found the rings in the bag. She was really happy and grateful.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The restaurant/room service is excellent. I had two dinners and they were both delicious. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The place is spotless including the lobby, lounge, hallways and rooms, everything is so well maintained. Housekeeping does an incredible job. All of the staff are very friendly and professional.
It isn't a very walkable location, but that wasn't an issue for me as it was a good location to be based out of. There are some shops and restaurants that are next door and across the street, but I didn't explore much this visit as I enjoyed resting at the hotel. It's easy to get in or out of the city from this locaiton if you have a car. I didn't use their shuttle service, but noticed they have one.

The housekeeping standard vary. Some days are good, supplies are fully stocked, some days miss towels, cups, most importantly, the shower door parts fall down and they promised to come to fix it next day when I went out , they did not come. It is kind of scary that the shower door may fall down during use.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026El personal de recepción muy amables y sólicitos a nuestras necesidades, las instalaciones muy bien, tienen café en el lobby durante todo el día, lo cual es muy agradable, el hotel queda al lado de una plaza con variedad de restaurantes muy buenos, lo cual es muy conveniente.
Me parece un poco costoso ya que no cuenta con desayuno incluido, nosotros tomamos el desayuno pago en el hotel por motivos de conveniencia, sin embargo sugiero deberían tener buffet y a la carta ´para el que lo prefiera, no tienen variedad de futas, yogurt, granola, coffe cake.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The hotel is located away from the city center; however, thanks to its proximity to major access roads, it remains conveniently situated. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is a significant advantage. Transportation and communication are easy, and the staff is welcoming, responsive, and willing to accommodate requests. Despite being close to major traffic routes, the hotel is not overly noisy: while snow-removal equipment can be heard, regular road traffic noise is minimal.
On the downside, the facilities feel outdated. Regarding the bathroom, the showerhead had significant limescale buildup, the bathtub drained very slowly—resulting in standing water around the feet—and the enamel of the bathtub was heavily damaged. This raises hygiene concerns, especially for a bathroom used by many different guests.

Quality of housekeeping is not at par. Replenishment is missing like tissue box, cups, sugar/cream packs. I stayed this hotel multiple times, as I am at silver state, usually the manager will follow up with me on my stay, no message this time. Last stay is better in customer service and housekeeping quality

The lobby could be set out in a nicer way. It was cluttered and I feel the concierge’s desk should be at the front. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.

If I want to be super picky, I'd ding them half a point because I noticed the vent in the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in probably months, leaving it caked with dust. Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Top notch! Beautiful lobby with coffee available daily. Spacious seating areas with bar. More importantly, Beatriz was most pleasant and welcoming to this road weary traveller. Friendly and efficient! Room was spacious and clean, shower was hot, bed was comfortable.... morning came quickly. Incidentally there is a strip mall just across the parking lot with numerous restaurants to choose from. Although I was there for one night, I will surely return.
