The Mira Hotel

Breakfast was a true treat. Wonderful selections, perfectly presented and maintained. I am not a fan of buffets at all, but this one was handled lovely. My wife and I enjoyed very much. And the iced coffee was a wonderful surprise.

I truly do not have anything to add here.

La mia camera puzzava di muffa, un odore terrificante. Non ci sono finestre né in camera né in corridoio. Ho chiesto di cambiarmi la stanza ma tutte e 3 le stanze proposte avevano lo stesso problema

Friendly and professional staff. Good price. Breakfast buffet included. Breakfast and room service food are decent.

Facilities are old, and cleanliness can be improved. Shower would not drain water fast enough.

It’s a new property clean

It’s not in Ho Chi Minh it’s about 30 kms away which took me 2 hours going and coming every day to go and come to the main city

I was missing Big BEER and Bar on pool . And swimming pool should be front of restaurant there is enough place , only my opinion.

Staff and cleaners also the environment. With attractions price for living.

Overall is ok, just that I am disgusted with a used condom on the room which I had just checked in on the first day. Isn't it supposed to be 5 stars hotel and I booked business room. This i believe shouldn't be happening. On my last day they offered me for a free upgrade to my next trip but I think I won't be back.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. I’m planning on returning in December and will definitely stay there again. Housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. My only complaint, and not the hotel’s fault, is that the street is very noisy with lots of honking.

Paid for an upgraded deluxe room and was given a standard room. Called the reception and they didn’t understand much English and so gave up complaining as it was really late. The bath leaked when having a shower so the floor got wet and slippery.

I lived this 5 stars hotel. Very nice & very clean. Breakfast are excellent. Can’t complain. Staffs are very nice & friendly. I will defi come back again & again ❤️❤️

I recently stayed at The Mira Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. However, I did encounter one issue that was disappointing. The body lotion provided in our room had hair inside it, which was quite off-putting. For a 5-star hotel, I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. It's unfortunate, as it detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. I hope they address this in the future, as I would love to return.

The staff were tremendous

Check in was simple, Met at the front door, helped with luggage, waiting area is beautiful, grocery store next door. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices & service was really good. Rmc

We had difficulty getting the room serviced with extra towels, coffee cups & water. We needed to ask every time & if we needed more than item they only would bring the first thing you asked for. odd for a 5 star hotel. Also the wifi is very weak & at times non existent. they said they are planning upgrades in that area. Rmc

호텔은 크고 바로 옆에 쇼핑할 공간이 있어 좋았으나, 좀 오래돼서 낡았습니다. 그거 빼 놓고는 조식이나 서비스는 훌륭했습니다.

One of choices to stay in Binh Duong when we have trip here from Saigon. Convenient stay to avoid traffic jams in afternoons back to Saigon competing with million motorcycles 🏍️ . Mostly business trip people visiting close industrial zones. Good room, big breakfast with many local and western choice, taxi waiting outside

The breakfast was good.

There are some smoking rooms on the same floor with my room, so I felt so bad at the corridor. The facilities are quite old. The window curtain of the bathroom was too thin, so that I can see what people are doing inside the bathroom. The hotel marked 5 ⭐️ but it's just at the level of 2 ⭐️

Allt var väldigt bra förutom att gymmet inte öppnade förrän 6.00, 24/7 gym hade gett 5 i betyg. Takvåningen är väldigt mysig och väldigt prisvärd

bad toilet sanitary , water was stuck during shower and seems to be floor came into toilet . and poor tv channel wifi . Almost channels was stuck again and again

Overall good hotel to stay in. A few things may require some investment, such as putting a power plug next to the bed table. Also, no hot water during my first night

Breakfast is good but same menu. But very far from Ho Chi Minh city but you travel to Bing Duong then it is more convenient.

Large and roomy breakfast area with many choices, Asian food as well as EU continental standard hotel breakfast is available.

Location is not the best unless if you are there for local industry as I was.

It is quiet. Luxury being undisturbed. Most of folks staying in so called Saigon aprox 32 km away. And here, not crowded, beautiful swimming pool, no rush, nice and easy going. Splendid. Good breakfast. Gym. Not the best, but still, can use.

Fact they forgot my birthday. Usually hotel takes good care on such an occasion having all the guest data in the system..also..minor but important aspect, noise resistance between rooms to be improved. At the moment, all the noise from the room behind the doors is going through. Especially, if having some noisy neighbours next doors. Also did not like when visitors from China smoking at the swimming pool despite non smoking area. This hotel is somehow recognised by businessman from China. Which is good, not bad. Just for information.
