They can give a small water bottle to all the room. They gave only to the double occupancy room but not to the deluxe and luxury rooms. Little strange. Even they keep only the soap no shampoo or body wash like the normal room

I love how budget friendly this place is, I love that there is a daily cleaning service, that there's two restaurants on site, fresh towels everyday and that its walking distance from a blue flag beach. Our unit had a beautiful seaview, enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the doors to both bathrooms were like cupboard doors, there's a gap in between where people can peek through not providing much privacy. They should replace with a sliding door.

The staff were polite and well mannered and always ready to help when needed.

Facilities are outdated and broken. The aircons do not work. The sewerage smell coming up from the shower was disgusting. WiFi didn’t reach the room. No extractor fans or windows in the bathroom.

The fact that they failed a cake for my wife's birthday although I asked for it more than a month before our stay and I was ready to pay for it.

Struggled to connect to WiFi. Reception said too many users because hotel is full so nothing they could do. Bathroom does not have proper doors. It has built in cupboard door with huge gaps at the bottom and middle, no lock. No privacy to use bathroom. Family of 4 stayed so very inconvenient. Sauna has not worked fr years. Lady on handover said to get keys fr facilities. Went into pool, water was very cold with it being winter. Hoped to go into sauna but was told nothing beyond pool works fr years now. On booking, reception said as long as there's a kitchen, there's a balcony. Unit had no balcony and no couch as seen in pics

The porter who assisted us to carry all our belongings into our room on arrival did the best he could.

1. No elevator / lift and my mom just had a huge spinal surgery recently that left her almost unable to walk up all the stairs to get to the room on the second floor. 2. I booked and paid for 2 rooms with 2 double beds but on arrival, we were only given a card for one room - there was no proper directives given to us, and the porter walked me to the wrong room by mistake. By that time, I had to return to the first floor to assist my mother who was crying in pain, sitting on the staircase, and nobody cared to help. 3. We requested 2 rooms next to each other because my elderly parents who accompanied us on this trip were going to occupy one room - and they are not able to manage independently. Whilst I received confirmation that this would be arranged, it was not done! We had to eventually leave one of our children in the room they were in, because we had to sleep in a room downstairs. It made our stay very uncomfortable and difficult to manage, having kids (one aged 8 who needs supervision) and elderly, frail parents (who need extra care and help).

There was water piped in the kitchen and we could hear gushing water all the time. The towel rail was loose and fell off when i took the towel off.

Unfortunately some of the guests were extremely selfish and noisy during early parts od the morning, disturbing our sleep We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was annoying to have woken up by unruly guests singing and talking loudly at those early hours

Beds were comfortable

Security who greeted us on the back door was slightly rude. Bath towels, kitchen chairs bottled water were supposed to be for 3 people they were for two, we had to request. But still on request they refused to add water they said water is for people who included breakfast on their stay. Tv was not working, there was no signal, even if you wanted to connect it couldn't even connect to wifi. You can't stream was just a normal tb with no dstv. The technician guys tried to fix that but no luck and they said there is a problem with signal it's not only us.

I liked the kindness and helpfulness of your staff. I loved the deliscious coffee withthat special cookie. Meals very nice as well. And the closeness to the beach was super.

I came for peace and wished to hear the sea, but from fridaynight until sunday the loudness of the " so-called music" desrtoyed all the peace. Please remove that, there are enough noisy places to go. Your nice hotel should be different.

Seaview

Staff very friendly. Good room service. Entrance very smart. Short walk to beach. Great view of the beach and ocean from the unit. Loved the dining room table in the unit. Location was Central.

There was an overwhelming smell of jeyes fluid in our bathroom. It made us feel really ill. Spotlight outside shone directly onto the veranda and into the bedroom. Could not sit at the outside table at night, it shine directly in our face. Water could have been a bit hotter for shower and bath. Only 3 dinner plates, we used 2 for dinner then had to wash the plates before breakfast so we could use them. Duvet cover was torn. Lounge suit was not comfortable - material more suitable for outside. Room was too close to the restaurant so very noisy at night. Could also hear the cars crossing the bridge - very loud. I think what we paid for the 6 nights was a bit high, we expected a quieter room at night and unit was a bit outdated.

THE PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE.

Beach access

My husband and I booked the ground floor for the night, we expected a pleasant stay but it was the total opposite. The room was situated near the geysers of the accommodation, we barely slept as it was ridiculously loud. When we finally managed to fall asleep, I heard water falling, I switched on the lights and found the ceiling leaking, water was dripping onto the floor and into the tub which I eagerly wanted to use the next morning but couldn't because of the dirty water that fell in it. Really disappointed as it isn't an extremely cheap accommodation, I expected a better stay. I had mentioned this to the receptionist as well.
