Les photos lors de la prise de rv ne correspond aucunement au site web. La piscine était mal propre at l'eau verte. Sans parler de l'acceuil pas trop symphatique.

The price was reasonable and the staff pleasant. The location was good next to the river.

The traffic noise was quite loud. There weren't any kind of eating utensils or dishes/cups, yet there was a microwave and a small fridge which weren't very useful without any dishes or utensils. Also no kettle or coffee maker.

The motel is not fancy but they have done some updating and the location is good. The beds in the room we had were very comfortable. The price was half the cost of the chain hotels in the area for the weekend we were there and that made up for anything it was lacking!

Hassle free check in. Owner helped get the TV working for me right away. Everything worked and was properly maintainted.

Circa 1992 decor. Hasn't been renovated in a long time other than fresh paint. TV only offers a few french channels or news. . Very few amenities. Fridge, microwave. That's it. Very basic but price reflects that.

Chambre bien équipée, au bord du fleuve. L'accès à la piscine est bien apprécié. Parking devant la chambre. Frigo et micro-onde dans la chambre.

The patio door was not opening. The entrance door was not very secure.. it looked like the head already been forced open in the past. The soap bar were very tiny and good for a one time use. The pool was in the shade and not sure if it was heated.

Les lits etaient confortables et la chambre etait propre mais veillot comme décor.

l'emplacement manque d'amour en général , l'eau de la piscine etait verte , il n'y avait pas de linge a vaisselle pour essuyer la vaisselle , le gazon etait mal entretenu autour du motel .

La piscine était verte et imbaigable et ont avait choisi cette hotel à cause de la piscine et il faisait 35 deg... et la chambre puait l'humidité et la vieille cigarete...très ordinaire pour 158$,...80$ aurait été très bien payé pour ça ...

The location was perfect, on the beautiful river. The owner and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile and always available. Rooms were kept well and amenities topped up daily. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pool and loungers needed a good scrub but other than that was clean enough and enjoyable.

The room was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the motel backed onto the river and had picnic table, chair, etc. to sit and enjoy the view.

The Motel Belle Riviere is a unique and convenient spot tucked right along the Richilieu river. We loved our « suite » Room 35, which was huge, super clean, comfy bed and had a full kitchen and sliding glass doors into the grass area overlooking the river. Handy for dog guests too! Saw a heron fly right by and our last night hor air balloons taking off. The pool was lovely and a nice treat! Towels provided. Staff was helpful and flexible, which I appreciated. Merci Jeffrey! The city of St Jean de Richilieu is only a 5 min drive and lovely. Cafe Josephine reccomended!

There was a slight smoky odor in the suite- it cleared out after a day of airing out. I wonder if having smoking permitted further from room entrances may deter it from entering the sparkling clean rooms?

Excellent value for what you get. The bed was a little hard but I was still able to sleep. The saltwater pool was a nice surprise.

I wish the bed was a little softer and the TV was fairly old. Otherwise no complaints.

Originally on first sight the motel was dated and a little run down. After further inspection and staying it was more eclectic and quaint. It was half the price of all other hotels. The pool was quite nice and well kept. The grounds were quite pretty. There was a beautiful gazebo and sitting area. You could tell the owner was trying hard to provide a nice clean place to stay. The room and beds were nice and clean. Overall a nice stay!

Juste de voir le bureau a notre arrivé du stationnement nous avons viree de bord fenêtres sales autant du bureau que des cabines ouff. et personne pour nous accueillir a 14h30 .Les photos ne reflètent pas ce que nous voyons a notre arrivée

Ce n'étais vraiment pas propre. Les portes, les moustiquaires dans les fenêtres les fenêtres ce qui donnais pas trop envie d'y être. La porte de la salle de bain de la difficulté à ouvrir complètement. Le couvre lit vieux. Aération de la chambre qui donnais pas une odeur de fraicheur mais plutôt de vieux. Franchement je ne souhaiterais par y retourner. Et je vais me faire plus prudente dans vous recommandation d'établissement dans le future. Et je peut vous dire que c'est pas dans mes habitudes de faire ce genre de commentaire.

Outside grounds were very pretty. The building itself and furniture are quite rundown but the cleanliness makes up for it. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

A small breakfast would be nice... muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, bananas.

Proche de la route. Jardin autour pas très entretenu. Dommage car cela pourrait être agréable car au bord du fleuve. Piscine pas propre et verte. Pas de petit déjeuner. Pas de ménage alors que nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Déco très vieillotte.

Convenient location and the view of the river was lively. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind when we found ourselves in a difficult situation. Highly recommended.

It was very clean. It was maintained well and was in a great location. It had everything I needed and wanted.

Pas de cafetière. Douche fixe. Produits de bain minimums (Savon, mais pas de crème ni de shampoing). Besoin d'un marchepied pour entrer dans l'immense bain 😅.

It was nice to stay in a motel because our family was in the next room. I liked how you could sit outside and there was a screen doors so you could have it light in the room.

It’s quite run down. My sister’s double beds room was redone and nicer than the King Studio we had. The tiles in the bathroom could use some grout cleaner.

Location was fairly close to where we were going. Had space and a kitchenette. Nice on the river property to relax at.

Could use some renovations. (Stove top, bathroom, exhaust fan, screen door) More dishes and cooking pots and pans…. Dish clothes and drying rack. Maybe another counter for the coffee maker and microwave. (Did blow the breaker).
