Reviewed Sep 19, 2026L'emplacement du homestay est parfait. On entend peu la route. La chambre est très spacieuse et elle dispose d'un frigo et d'un beau balcon, idéal pour prendre le petit-déjeuner au soleil. La salle de bain est très grande. Le homestay dispose d'une jolie piscine.
Les toilettes devraient être écartés de la douche afin de ne pas être systématiquement trempés. Nous n'avons pas eu notre petit-déjeuner un matin car ils avaient oublié de le noter au bon endroit. Le dernier matin, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude (problème de bouteille de gaz ?).

La ducha de las habitaciones superiores con balcón, tienen muy poca presión de agua, pero el personal respondió inmediatamente a nuestro pedido y fue rápidamente solucionado

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The location is good, and the homestay boasts beautiful garden views. Prices are reasonable, and the staff have excellent attitudes.
However, the facilities are very outdated, especially the bedding, which was extremely damp. I got bitten by bugs as a result, and the wounds oozed pus, taking two weeks to heal. The owners keep far too many birds. They start chirping loudly at 4 a.m. every day, making it impossible for us to sleep.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Egy igazi kis csendes kincs! El van dugva az utca zajától, az esti csendet csak a helyi ceremónia töri meg, amit esténként az erkélyre kiülve hallgattunk! Az udvar nagyon pedáns, a szobák is tiszták, egyszerűen fantasztikus a hely! A reggelit minden nap kihozták a teraszra, az ott dolgozó személyzet nagyon kedves! Egyszer ha visszatérünk Balira, biztos hogy itt szeretnék újra megszállni! Köszönjük a vendégszeretetet!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Ottima struttura, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Ubud ma molto silenziosa. Una piccola oasi di tranquillità Vicinissima alla Monkey Forest. Camere spaziose con letti comodi.
La colazione va scelta la sera prima, dando già un orario in cui la si vuole. Questo risulta un pochino scomodo le mattine in cui vuoi dormire liberamente Si faceva un pò fatica ad aprire/chiudere la porta di una delle due camere.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026I really enjoyed my stay here. While the room itself is a bit older and not everything is perfect, the overall experience was wonderful and offers excellent value for money. The property is absolutely beautiful. As soon as you enter, it feels like walking into a peaceful temple. It's quiet, relaxing, and full of Balinese charm, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Ubud. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious. Another big advantage is the location—right in the heart of Ubud, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. If you're looking for an authentic, peaceful place with great value for money and wonderful hospitality, I can definitely recommend staying here.
There are just two small points that could be improved. First, the door to my room did not lock properly and could be opened quite easily from the outside, even when it was locked. I think this should be fixed as soon as possible for guests' safety. Secondly, the toilet was not completely clean when I arrived. Apart from these two issues, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

Jardins et piscine, oiseaux ressourçants. Service de ménage quotidien. Personnel serviable. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain bien, clim ok et terrasse sur les jardins.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parasols pour les transats de la piscine quand c'est en plein soleil. Wifi et réseau via notre tél un peu laborieux.

Aún estando en el centro una vez dentro es pura paz, el lugar es precioso muy limpio y bien cuidado. El mejor desayuno de todas las estancias ha sido el que nos preparaban aquí. El personal es de 10, muy atentos y amables. Muchas gracias, hemos disfrutado mucho los días que hemos estado aquí!

L’emplacement (on peut faire énormémentde choses à pied), l'extrême gentillesse des gens qui y travaillent, le carde est juste sublime, le plus bel endroit où nous avons dormi sur Bali! Le personnel a été d’une grande aide pour résoudre notre problème, le petit déjeuner est excellent (mention spéciale pour les Balinaise pancakes qui sont à tomber!), les lits sont très confortables et les chambres très spacieuses.

A pesar de estar en el centro no se oye nada de ruido, solo a los pajaros. Tiene una pequeña piscina. El personal muy amable. Se puede ir andando a cualquier parte. Super recomendable. Relacion calidad precio excelente

C’est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos, très propre très grande chambre, eau chaude, personnel super gentille et serviable, et en pleins centre ville, mais au calme, piscine très jolis. Je recommande vraiment cette établissement. Il y a pas de resto mais vous êtes dans le centre donc tous a coter

Reviewed May 18, 2026This was a hidden beautiful gem. Loved the wonderful garden! My room was beautiful and spacious. Location was calm and quite yet close to shops, restaurants and the monkey forest. The staff was really friendly. Will definitely book this place next time I’m in Ubud.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Prachtige tuin en fijn sfeer in het hele verblijfscomplex. Rust en het gezellige Ubud. Lief personeel en heerlijk ontbijt.
Het was fantastisch en misschien is het een idee om de inrichting en de badkamer wat te moderniseren en mooi te maken. Net zo als de tuin ontzettend mooi is onderhouden, zo zou het ook van binnen in het appartement kunnen zijn.

Les rideaux ne sont pas complètement occultants mais avec un masque pour les yeux ça a été.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Die Lage ist super, Mitten in einer Tempelanlage und sehr ruhig vom Trubel, aber sehr zentral. Der Pool ist sauber und lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Ausstattung ausreichend.
Unser erstes Zimmer roch sehr stark nach Schimmel. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir ein anderes Zimmer, in welchem auch eindeutig Schimmel war, jedoch roch es nicht so stark. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit ist es immer etwas feucht in den Räumen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind schon sehr veraltet.

Вода из крана в раковине еле текла, нет напора. Номер давно требует ремонта, особенно ванная комната. Ткань на кровати нужно заменить, либо постирать. Плохо работают розетки.

The common areas are stunning, it feels like you’re staying in a temple. Everything is beautifully designed and very well maintained. The breakfast is delicious. But the best part is the staff: incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help. I will definitely come back every time I visit Ubud. Thank you so much for everything!

(But you make your own coffee with the kettle given) - mini fridge provided -the A/C was strong
- wifi was not consistently strong, I couldn’t do my zoom meetings/work in my room - the bed and pillows are very soft and had a bit of an old smell to them - my door would not stay closed unless I locked it and it was hard to open! - one of the windows would not close - the people who work there are kind but couldn’t help me find or suggest a store for me to buy a yoga mat or a recommended place to check/fix my computer -there was no place to fill up my water bottle but the nice man brought me new water every day when I asked -sad birds in cages -the pool was small and looks more like a fountain
