Un poco alejado de la calle principal.

buena ubicación, “bungalós”, piscina, zona tranquilla y sobre todo muy céntrico, el personal del hotel es muy servicial y encantador.

está muy cerca del Monkey Forest y eso significa la presencia continuada de los monos. Eso a primera vista sería algo a favor, pero no lo es. Las puertas y ventanas cerradas permanentemente, ante el peligro de la entrada de los animales. No se podía dejar ningún objeto fuera, por el mismo motivo.. las toallas de la piscina, nunca se podían secar. Y olvídate de interactuar con ellos si no quieres llevarte un mordisco. Las habitaciones necesitan un mantenimiento y limpieza profunda... se nota mucha dejadez.

Me gusto la ubicacion, ya que estas cerca de todo, el trato educado y servicial del personal y la piscina

No me gusto nada la presenia de los monos en todo el complejo. el tener que mantener puertas y ventanas cerradas constantemente y no poder disfrutar de la terraza. Las habitaciones necesitan un serio mantenimiento al haber muchos muebles/objetos dañados o deteriorados. Tambien necesita una profunda limpieza.

The staff were generally polite and assisted us with our luggage when we had to change rooms. The location was also convenient. Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by the significant problems we experienced during our stay.

There were multiple serious issues during our stay. The air conditioning in our original room remained inadequate even after a technician attended, and the room was extremely hot. We were eventually moved to another room, but the replacement had significantly higher beds that were concerning for our young children. My youngest child fell from the bed three times and was injured, including an incident involving bleeding. We also experienced repeated problems with towels, poor shower pressure, bathroom odour, a noisy bathroom door, light entering through the upper windows and poor door sealing. We had to cancel our plans and spend valuable holiday time dealing with these accommodation problems and moving rooms.

The 2nd Floor room with Windows all around and balcony was such a good room to have. Everything clean. And in the morning you can see monkeys running/climbing around the garden. Swimming pool was Nice to. For the price i would 100% recommend and go here again. Also Nice in the center of Ubud everything in walking distance.

Being staying here for around 30 years and will continue to choose to stay here in the future. Can’t beet the location, value for money and lovely staff.

Aan een drukke weg maar zo gauw je de accommodatie in loopt hoor je niets meer. De tuin voelt als een oase van rust, heerlijk om te ontspannen. Ook personeel was heel vriendelijk en ontbijt was prima. Kamers zijn groot en schoon.

Ma chambre près de la rue donc bruyante. Et à côté de la piscine: les familles avec enfants était bruyantes donc les moment de repos ne l étaient pas

The property is tucked away and nice and quiet, the pool as amazing.

Monkeys can sound scary but did not give any issues. The beds are very hard. Had a ton of ants the first night, staff was helpful and resolved it for the remaining nights with spray.

Central location, helpful staff, nice pool, beautiful view.

A few more basic toiletries e.g body wash would have been helpful.

Nice resort in the heart of Ubud, ideally if you want to be close to the main area with restaurants, pubs and ambience. Lot of options around the area. Probably one of the best rates quality/price I’ve stayed in. Nice bed, toilet, AC,etc. all worked properly. Photos are according to the description. 9/10

If you are afraid of monkeys, not the best place as it’s next to the monkey forest and they are all around! They don’t do anything just in case.. haha

Aberne fra monkeyforrest kom meget tæt på. Savnede en smule mere info om hvordan man skulle forholde sig til aberne.

Location and we were lucky that the room was in front of the pool and it was almost private!

A delicadeza e simpatia.

Posizione molto centrale e comoda per visitare Ubud. Camera e bagno spaziosi e letto comodo. Camera rifatta quotidianamente, inoltre alle volte c’erano le scimmie nel giardino di fronte la stanza. Piscina carina e attrezzata con lettini

Alle volte c’era un leggero odore di umido in camera risolto parzialmente con l’aria condizionata. Qualche macchia sulle lenzuola (che erano comunque pulite e lavate)

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk ruime kamer netjes schoon zit dicht bij het centrum van Ubud. Er is een hoop te doen in de buurt. Het hotel zit vlak bij het monkey forrest dus er komen regelmatig wat aapjes uit het park om eten te zoeken. Mooi onderhouden tuin met zwembad. De aapjes doen niets als je ,ze met rust laat maar laat niets liggen want ze denken dat alles eten is.

M’ha agradat la situació, una mica allunyat del carrer principal pero relativament a prop. Les habitacions netes i el bany nou.

No m’ha agradat que vam reservar 3 habitacions Deluxe i una d’elles no dona a la piscina sino a una paret sense vistes no em se la just pagar el mateix preu que les altres habitacions felic que donen directament a la piscina. Esmorzar senzill.

Facility. Air conditioner was leaking significant level of water for 2 nights and days. Air conditioner could not be turned off or change settings. Reported to staff with little to no fix.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at ubud terrace . The room was clean , large and so inviting with a large netted four poster bed . The property is terraced so yes there are steps that just add to the uniqueness of the place . I had no problems walking up or down them I’m 63 . Yes there are monkeys again an added bonus in my eyes . They could be noisy but so playful to watch . The staff were very friendly and helpful . Remember English isn’t their first language

Voll im Geschehen. Wer keine Angst vor Affen hat ist bestens aufgehoben. Obwohl man zentral in Ubud ist, gibt einem die Unterkunft die nötige Ruhe nach dem Treiben

Room was beautiful and so was the garden and swimming pool. Amazing location, easy access to everything.

De locatie is erg goed, kort bij het centrum en het apenbos, regelmatig wel bezoek op het terras van de apen waardoor het moeilijk was om buiten te zitten.

De hygiene liet soms wat de wensen over, de poets was niet altijd even grondig. Verder geen tv op de kamer, jammer als je wat muziek of dergelijk wilt streamen.

Les menuiseries extérieurs n’étaient pas très étanches. Beaucoup d’écarts qui laissaient du coup passer les moustiques

Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, es muy bonito y muy limpio. El personal es muy atento y amable. Sin duda si volvemos, repetiremos en este hotel!

La posizione e la presenza di frigo bar in camera

Ci hanno detto di chiudere bene la porta per le scimmie ma nonostante una suite i lucchetti erano rotti. Asciugacapelli non presente e quello della reception era piccolissimo. Asciugamani che puzzavano. La stanza era enorme ma come pulizia oltre a svuotare il cestino e a fare il letto non facevano altro. Asciugamani non cambiate ma dovute chiedere in reception. Fate attenzione alle scimmie ma in tutta la zona. Per due volte è mancata l'acqua

Le cadre est tres joli, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées. Les lits sont confortables. La vue sur le jardin est très agréable. La viste de nos amis les singes. Le personnel edt au top.

La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. La douche n'avait aucune pression.

Inizialmente gentili. Ma i giorni seguenti non pulivano la stanza se non lo chiedevo e quando ho prenotato era scritto (pulizie giornaliere) , le lenzuola erano macchiate , la stanza, senza finestra , ultima e difficile da raggiungere con la valigia, attraversobun percorso lungo e pieno di scale. La colazione non era inclusa, ma mi sono comunque fermata il primo giorno per la colazione in struttura . Ho chiesto di metterla sul conto della camera che avrei saldato alla partenza. La notte al mio rientro mi è corsa dietro la ragazza per il pagamento della colazione ...quando avrei dovuto farla anche il giorno dopo. Arrivo in stanza. Non era stata pulita , ok , ma non avevano riportato né l'acqua né il caffè perbil bollitore . Il giorno dopo a colazione ho atteso 20 minuti e non venivano mai a prendere l'ordinazione, sono solo riuscita a prendere una bottiglia d'acqua ( mi ha chiesto subito pagamento) ho atteso ancora per la colazione..infine mi sono alzata ed andata al caffè di fronte. Servita all'istante. Purtroppo avevo il driver che mi stava aspettando... mi spiace ma non mi sono trovata tanto bene.

Une odeur d humidité dans la premiere chambre. Ils nous ont changé de chambre et ça allait mieux. La vigilance par rapport aux singes qui nous oblige à laisser les portes fermées en permanence.

Nice rooms, very good swiming pool, near to monkey forest, facilities to move with taxi or grab, and amazing staff.

For me the breakfast doesn’t was really good, but you can go to the restaurant in front the hotel

L’emplacement est juste parfait, et le rapport qualité/prix excellent. Commerce et restaurant a pied, mais les chambres sont au calme, les petits singes devant la chambre son le petit plus.

Room Windows cannot be blacked out hence you will wake up early in the morning due to sunshine.

Hospitalité du personnel. Localisation parfaite (15mn à pied du marché). Très belle chambre avec wc et douche. Wifi moyen mais nous ne sommes pas là pour ça. Belle piscine. Ne rien laisser dehors, les singes volent tout ce qu'ils trouvent.

Las habitaciones eran amplias con las camas en altura. La piscina muy bien para llegar y darte un baño despues de estar todo el día por ahí. Con nevera en la habitación. El día del check out, pudimos dejar las mochilas todo el día hasta que nos recogió el conductor.

De las 3 habitaciones que reservamos, una de ellas no tenia agua caliente y aparecieron 3 cucarachas en la habitación
