Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé sur Sirkeci ! Le tramway est au pied de l'hôtel et la station souterraine du Marmaray m'a facilité la vie pour rejoindre le métro menant à l'aéroport en un rien de temps. La chambre offre tout le confort nécessaire. L'insonorisation est efficace pour se détacher de l'animation du quartier et la literie est très confortable. La pièce compte aussi un mini réfrigérateur et de quoi préparer son 1er café du matin. Le petit-déjeuner pour sa part est très généreux et varié, parfait pour faire le plein d'énergie avant d'explorer la ville. Mention spéciale au personnel de l'hôtel très bienveillant, souriant et discret, tout en veillant attentivement à ce que les clients ne manquent de rien !

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Staff was amazing, especially the guy that cooks breakfast. Absolute legend, told us dobro jutro in the morning. Made eggs as soon as he saw me, because he saw I ate a lot of eggs. His name was Mehmet or Muhamed I believe, absolute legend among men.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Die Lage ist definitiv sehr gut wenn man den Kern von Istanbul erkunden möchte. Zimmer sind sehr sauber gewesen und wurden täglich gesaubert. Die Mitarbeiter Mohamed und Ali waren jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit mit gefühlt allem.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Ha egy pár napos városnézést tervezel ez a hotel a célnak pont megfelel, tiszta, de ha többet vársz tőle nem, nem ad többet. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész és mindig rendelkezésre áll. Nekünk meg kellett oldani egy szoba cserét is és gyorsan, gond nélkül lebonyolították. Az ott tartózkodásunkkor kitakarították a szobát és mindent alaposan kitisztított, feltöltött és kicserélt az egyébként is nagyon kedves takarítónő, amit utólag is nagyon szépen köszönünk! A reggeli elég változatos, lehet találni édes, sós, húsos és hús nélküli ételeket, zöldségeket, gyümölcsöket minden reggel. A szoba bár kicsi volt, a fürdőszoba elég tágas, az ágy kényelmes. Összességében nekünk megfelelt.
Sajnos a következő dolgok miatt nem tudok 10-est adni, ezeken még javítani kell: a reggelinél néhány ital (gyümölcslé) romlott volt; majdnem minden nap volt kisebb nagyobb áramszünet nappal is éjjel is; bár a nyílászárók jók voltak és a környék Isztambul belvárosához képest viszonylag csendes, az utca zaja elég zavaró volt; a szomszédban felújítás volt és napközben, a délutáni szieszta időben egyáltalán nem lehetett ettől pihenni.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικοί. Ευχαροι, και έτοιμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν στα πάντα. Το ότι με τον καθαρισμό του δωματίου ( μετά την πρώτη διανυκτέρευση) μας είχανε αφήσει και φρούτα στο δωμάτιο μας έκανε φοβερά καλή εντύπωση.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación, en el casco histórico, pero bastante cerca del puente Galata, así que cerca si apetece cruzar el puente para ir a otros barrios. El desayuno era bastante completo. Además, el segundo día nos dejaron un poco de fruta en la habitación.
El aire acondicinado de mi habitación sacaba bastante ruido, por lo que era un poco incómodo estar con el aire acondicionado encendido. El último día teníamos que salir muy pronto para ir al aeropuerto. Nos dijeron que nos iban a preparar algo de desayuno para llevar para esa hora. Pero supongo que hubo un malentendido, porque no nos prepararon nada para llevar, si no que nos lo sacaron para esa hora para comer allí. Así que no pudimos desayunar.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Прекрасный небольшой отель. На каждом этаже по 2 номера. Персонал отличный! Ребята, спасибо за все! Прилетела рано утром после двух ночных перелетов. Предложили с дороги покушать, кофе. Оперативно убрали номер и заселили раньше времени. Очень чистый отель, на завтрак из горячего есть яичница, омлет и слоеные трубочки с сыром(ммм!) все продукты свежие и хорошего качества. На день ставят 2 бутылочки воды. На второй день принесли фрукты в номер, что было очень приятно ☺️ полотенца и постельное белье меняли каждый день. Очень удобное расположение. С удовольствием остановлюсь в следующий раз в этом отеле!!!

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Расположение отеля очень удачное! Все в пешей доступности и паромы и метро и трамвай. Вокруг миллион заведений покушать (и дорогих и подешевле), везде вкусно, жили неделю, кушали всегда в разных местах. Персонал в отеле всегда рад помочь, вопросы решались быстро. На завтраках никто голодным не остался. Фрукты, овощи, оливки, джемы, выпечка, яйц и вареные и жареные и омлет, сыр, мясные нарезки, … Отель всего 12 номеров, 7 этажей, есть лифт. Много пишут, что шумно, мы первую ночь проснулись с восходом солнца и призывом на молитву 🙃 потом даже это не мешало спать. Из окна было видно Галатскую башню ❤️

Reviewed May 31, 2026Es war fussläufig entfernt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Hafen Eminönü ist in der Nähe. Von dort aus kann man die Fähren Richtung asiatischen Seite nehmen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es wird täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig in Form von Buffet. Es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Stanza piccola con pochi appoggi e l’aria condizionata rumorosa. Rumore esterno dovuti ad altri condizionatori.

Reviewed May 27, 2026とても清潔で、対応も親切でした。 朝食の開始が8時とやや遅めですが、トプカプ宮殿やブルーモスクまで徒歩10分なので観光に支障はなかったです。周囲は飲食店やお土産店がひしめいており買い物や食事には困りません。 お腹が空いてなかったので私は頂きませんでしたが、ルームメイクに合わせてフルーツのサービスもありました。 ホームメイドの朝食もおいしく、値段以上の質の高い滞在になりました。
強いていうと、シャワーの排水溝の水の流れが悪く、シャワー中足元に水が溜まっていってしまいました。

Reviewed May 25, 2026The staff were always there and willing to help. They were welcoming and addressed our questions (like how to use the safe and start the AC) immediately. They made us Turkish coffee every morning. Breakfast had fresh-baked items every day. They had a big european-style breakfast spread which was great. Don't expect a large hot American-style breakfast, that's not the norm. They cleaned our room and gave us new water bottles every single day. The location couldn't have been better. 2 min walk to the subway that gets you to the Asian side. 5 min walk to the local tram. 10 min to the Ferry. 10-15 min walk to the old city sites. Lots of great restaurants nearby (touristy, but still great!). Our room (3rd floor) was not street-side which I think helped with noise. We were in a busy neighborhood but on a pretty quiet corner, so we had no problem sleeping. Beds were firm, but comfy. The hotel staff even communicated with our airport pickup driver and walked us around the corner to meet him. They couldn't have been nicer!
Honestly, not much. The water pressure for the shower was a little weak, but it was nice and hot. The door to the back fire escape from our room (3rd floor) was a little difficult to close which made me slightly nervous, but we never felt unsafe.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm, wodurch der Aufenthalt wirklich schön war. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Excellent location (less than 5-minute walk from Sirkeci tram station, 15-minute walk to Topkapi Palace, lots of nearby restaurants and convenience stores), with warm and welcoming staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and electric kettle provided and enough space for luggage. Air conditioning and Internet worked well. Breakfast was delicious and included a range of breads, homemade cakes, spreads, cold cuts and cheeses.

Reviewed May 4, 2026ガラタ橋から近く、トラムの駅も近いため、観光するにはちょうどいいスポットでした。スタッフの方はいつも笑顔で対応して下さり、チェックアウト後の荷物の預りも快く引き受けてくれました。英語での会話が可能です。部屋の清潔感もあり快適に過ごすことができました。
賑わっている道に面してるため、夜遅くまで賑わっていましたが、窓を閉めればそんなに気になりませんでした。連泊で清掃不要のカードを下げていましたが、清掃スタッフが入ってきたことがありびっくりしました。

Reviewed May 2, 2026La posizione della struttura è perfetta! L’hotel ha solo 12 stanze e la conduzione è familiare. Ottimo livello di pulizia e tanta gentilezza.
La vicinanza alla fermata del T1 e la posizione comoda per raggiungere tutto quello che c’e da visitare.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Struttura piccola, ma posizionata in maniera strategica per visitare il centro. La stanza era confortevole, pulita, di dimensioni adeguate e con un bel bagno in camera. Nel.complesso.ci siamo trovati bene.
La colazione a buffet non è servita in un locale adeguato (praticamente è attaccata alla reception) ed è poco assortita con prevalenza di pietanze salate.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Hotel très bien placé à coté de la station Sirkeci qui permet d'aller à l'aéroport en métro (via 2 changements). Et de là on peut aller à pied vers la plupart des lieux d'intérêt à Istambul. Situé dans un quartier animé mais bonne insonorisation des fenêtres. Petit déjeuner assez standard. Globalement c'est une bonne adresse pour un passage à Istambul.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Second time staying here. The breakfast was amazing, freshly prepared every morning with delicious homemade options like börek. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants, the Egyptian Bazaar, Sirkeci station, Eminönü, Kadıköy ferry, Gülhane Park, Topkapı Palace, and Sultanahmet. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable.
Nothing in particular, everything met our expectations.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Хороший отель, соотношение цена-качество отличное. Приятный персонал, уборку делали каждый день, меняли полотенца, что важно, ведь сушить их негде. Всегда ставили по бутылке воды для каждого проживающего. Завтраки хорошие, вкусные. Сладкие пироги- отдельный вид искусства. Жаль не спросили рецепты:)
Фен очень слабый, так что рекомендую отдыхающим брать с собой свой.

贅沢かもしれないけれど、部屋があと少し広ければクローゼットの扉が完全に開いたのに。 照明が暗くて書き物には少し苦労した。
