Sirkeci Ersu Hotel & SPA

Location

The room is small.

Hotel location is great - but breakfast was okay and room needs cleanliness.

Rooms were small and not very clean.

Hotel isn’t flash, but have lots going for it and very good value for money. The hotel is in a great location with a tram stop (T1 line) very close. There are also many restaurants, convenience stores etc minutes away. The staff was friendly and very helpful Room was very tidy and clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure

Rooms are a little outdated, but still clean and tidy

Inteligencia artificial Todo

Poziționarea, foarte aproape de obiectivele principale. Amabilitatea personalului. Aspectul camerei.

Deși curate, unele dintre prosoape erau pătate.

Ugodno i čisto, odlična lokacija.

The hotel was wonderful and quiet. The staff were also very hospitable. The hotel's location is excellent—close to all tourist attractions and a tram station. Thank you; hopefully, we will visit again.

It was at great location and staff was very helpful, specially Kristina

Some of the facilities like bathroom and toilet were not up to the mark

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The room was a bit small, but overall the hotel was nice and in an excellent location. It is very close to major tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and the museum, all within about a 10-minute walk. Overall, a good choice for a short stay.

Room was very small...breakfast was very simple

The location is very good, the breakfast is good.

The rooms are so small.

Alles war sehr gut

Chissà se erano molto gentili e simpatici

Tutto era molto bello tranne buffet avevano colazione era un po’ripetitivo anche abbastanza poco

Staff were very good and tried everything to make our stay pleasant but the facility didn’t allow this. Special mention to Cristina who was simply amazing and did her best to help.

The hotel was extremely disappointing and did not live up to its advertised 5-star rating. The room had no wardrobe or proper storage, which made a nine-night stay very inconvenient. The window was only partly covered, allowing streetlamp light in throughout the night and bright daylight early in the morning, seriously affecting our sleep. The bathroom was in poor condition, with exposed electrical wiring near the sink, which felt unsafe. Worst of all, we experienced cockroaches in the room, which caused considerable stress and discomfort. Overall, the accommodation was far below the standard expected and certainly did not provide the relaxing holiday experience we had paid for.

😃

😄

The location is great. Everything is very close by.

It was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was a lot of mold. Furthermore, the bathroom does not have any ventilation. One day it was raining and the water got in our room by the heating pipes.

Location, location, location, staff, very clean property, bardak tea, SPA, price

Short size of bed, because of my height it was around 190 sm, but mattress was very good, breakfast is not bad, but not very big choice of meal

Very good. Rely thanks

Posizione centrale,bella accoglienza e colazione

Only location of building is good, because everything is near hotel.

There is very big issue with cleaning of the rooms, hotel breakfast and outside noise. Room was very bad, not properly maintaned, walls are damaged, there is a lot of moisture in bathroom, bathroom sink is in terrible condition. Sink leg was broken, shower head not working, wallpapers are damaged.. Also every day at 1 or 2 AM there is very big noise from near buildings, its impossible to sleep. And than breakfast, every day was cold and same choice of food. Or if you came 8:30, there is nothing left for eat, because there is no refill. Every day was sausage, boiled egs, one choice of cheese, pommes and thats it. We ate only one day at hotel, all other days we went to the restaurants.

Vriendelijke personeel vooral Christina hielp heel goed

Badkamer was klein.

Lo staff e la posizione

La colazione

The location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok and the room was always clean and comfortable. We had a great time there thanks to Christina, Kenan and Younus and the cleaning staff.

N/A

There was the excellence service and location. Included breakfast was varied. The staff was very friendly. Despite we arrived before check-in time, we've been allowed to leave our luggage in a safe place, so we had much more time to browse the city.

It was very difficult to use shower. Very untidy. So so disappointed. On the bedsheet there was spots. Bad table with mirror was in bad condition. It was repaired, but when master came we were in the room half worn and he opened door with his card. It was unpleasant

we liked everything, especially the staff. Perfect team who easily turns your vacation into very pleasant and memorable story. kind. Christina is the sweetest person ready to assist any time in any case. and I simply enjoyed communication and spending time with her. person serving the breakfast, unfortunately I don't know his name, but he was the most energetic person I have ever seen. ❤️ working every time and always showing his goodwill and readiness to assist. rooms are in a good condition, small, but absolutely comfortable for tourists, who mostly spend time out and come to room to have a good sleep, it was cleaned every day. in addition, I would like to underline perfect location on the opposite of Gulhane park entrance next to gulhane tram stop. perfect location to walk to most sightseeings around. in conclusion I highly recommend Sirkeci Ersu Hotel and would return there again .

Great location. Christina at the reception is a real gem, friendly and knowledgeable... making the stay really pleasant.

All good. Will stay there again.

Great location , wonderful staff, spa experience was also amazing .

Everything was very good 10/10

The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions or local recommendations. Their helpful attitude really made me feel at home. Having a complimentary breakfast included was a wonderful bonus to start the day, and the overall atmosphere is very laid-back and relaxing. The absolute best part of the hotel is its location in Sirkeci. It is just a short, easy walk to major landmarks like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Topkapi Palace. Being so close to the tram station made navigating the rest of Istanbul incredibly easy.

Excellent location, the staff at reception speaks good english and very helpful. The rooftop is a fantastic opportunity. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast is delicious, tea and coffee is available all day.

Price is good

Service not good shower pump broken breakfast Very Bed Service

This hotel is in a perfect location with very good facilities and staff that are more than perfect, the wonderful Kristina and Mrs. Dijana have a very nice and gentle approach to guests, thank you for everything, see you again. Heartily recommend this facility

Location and friendly staff

Small rooms and very small bath

Location

The rooms are old and need repair, especially the bathroom; some parts are broken, and the rooms are not provided with basic necessities such as water or a toothbrush.

location is excellent. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding.

room and bathroom are very small. Also $ were charged to our credit card account when we were leaving without our knowledge.

Locatia

Lokalizacja, czystość, bardzo dobre śniadania i przemiła obsługa.

Personal güler yüzlü ve centilmen diler

Biz tek kişilik yatak ayırmıştır ama maalesef çift kişilik yatak ayırmıştır

Nagyon jó helyen volt, kifejezetten tiszta szállás

Finom de egyhangú reggeli

Super beliggenhed.
