Reviewed May 31, 2025位置稍微離嘉義舊城區遠一點，但服務品質很好，入住程序流暢，有迎賓茶；我們原本入住的房間不巧遇到凝結水漏水的問題，櫃檯也很快安排替換的住房，真的很感謝。 早餐牛排的牛肉份量不少，但薯塊跟蘿蔔偏硬；樓梯間的壁癌跟雜物堆放還有待改善。淋浴提供茶籽堂的洗髮精、沐浴露、乳液，都很好；房內還有契作紅茶跟清茶，讓房客可以體驗台灣茶葉的美好。 無邊際游泳池雖然不大，但視野好，可以眺望市區，想玩水的人不要錯過。

However, they noted a contrast in friendliness between front office staff and service attendants, specifically praising a tall male staff member with glasses. The room lacked hanging space, had limited amenities (2 biscuits, 2 tea bags, no coffee), a malfunctioning automated toilet, and non-functional Netflix. The centrally controlled AC had only an on/off setting, the bed was too firm, and the pillows too soft, leading to sleepless nights. Morning noise from housekeeping was also an issue. Breakfast tasted good, with commendable noodle and dumpling options, but the dining room's aesthetic was disliked. The small, glass-enclosed fitness center had outdated cardio machines, no AC, towels, or water. The visually appealing pool had restricted hours, and the guest was dissatisfied with a late afternoon incident where a staff member impolitely asked them to leave or pay NTD300 without prior notification. While the hotel exterior was well-maintained, some outdoor furniture and lighting were in disrepair and posed safety concerns.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2024地點極佳到嘉義市的哪裡都很方便，房間整潔舒適，房內附設的小美犀AI客服音箱很有趣好玩，房內附設的方形大浴缸也很不錯，一次泡兩位大人綽綽有餘,附送的茶湯泡完也放鬆身心,飯店服務人員也很親切友善，很熱情的幫忙處理旅客的各種困難,退房時才發現原來可以要求更換乳膠枕，這點我覺得挺加分的。 可惜我們是住7樓的白露行政雙人房型，竟然是用兩單人加大床拼在一起的，這樣床是很大沒有錯..不過感覺很沒必要...中間的縫縫感還是很有感覺，而且床是屬於偏硬的類型，睡的不太習慣，感覺如果能改成一大床，多出來的空間再擺一張沙發那就更棒啦，還有隔音如果能在加強就更加分了。

Walls are pretty thin and unfortunately we had a really loud group with screaming kids staying next to us who decided to keep all their doors open - srsly tho, who does that?!. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a different room on another floor. Breakfast was ok, not great. Upstairs infinity pool bar lacked vibes but the drinks were pretty good. Parking was easy with a gated lot next door with a 500NTD deposit for the remote key FOB.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2021這是第三次入住貴飯店，可是這次的經驗卻讓我覺得有些失望。 這次入住的房間的電動窗簾壞了，告知櫃檯後有人員上來查看，可僅是查看後並告知可以手動拉之後便無任何後續處理...讓人感受不佳 而房間的暖氣不論怎麼開、調整，房間就是暖不起來，本來想說是需要時間才能暖，於是開到暖風模式後溫度調至最高後先出門吃飯，可是回來後房間的溫度仍然維持在19度... 唯一讓人感到依然覺得美好的只剩spa，還有房間的茶湯。

Reviewed Mar 19, 20203/16-17 一家四口入住 覺得飯店唯一的好只有硬體設施 櫃檯人員尚可稱不上親切 沒有給人賓至如歸的感受 頂樓你們最引以為傲的泳池與酒吧設施的人員 更是此次旅行最大的敗筆 泳池邊一位男性服務員？（看不出是救生員還是服務生）在泳池戲水期間感覺像在一個毫無人員管理的環境 完全沒人招呼只有一個男性坐在廁所前的位置滑手機？隔日我先生上樓詢問脫水機 那位男性服務員態度其差無比 連最基本的禮貌都沒有 如果你們飯店請來的人員素質和態度是對客人如此不屑 那不如無人化管理還讓客人感覺比較舒適無害 而不是讓我們來這邊花錢看服務人員的白眼 我們客客氣氣的詢問 他一句話也不會說 用眼神指揮 然後再送我們一個白眼回瞪 這算什麼？ 晚間的酒吧服務生 對於外場應對也是毫無訓練也一點都不敬業 一副無所謂的態度 對於我們點的酒名邊製作邊取綽號開客人玩笑？是在取笑我們還是取笑你們自己的酒單？然後邊製作邊帶髒話和同事聊天 完全不尊重客人坐在這邊消費的權益不尊重自己的職業 真的 除了櫃檯人員尚可之外 其他的設施 你們飯店不如不用請人 請這種醜化環境 散播負面能量的員工 只會帶給旅客充滿負面的旅行回憶 浪費你們的人事成本更是對你們整體形象大扣分！在這邊花了我的錢 得到不快樂的回憶 現在又浪費這些時間鉅細靡遺的告訴你們的問題 不期待會有什麼改變 因為就算改變我也不會再入住 也不會推薦朋友入住 只能當作發洩不滿了

Reviewed Feb 16, 2020This hotel is absolutely amazing for the price you pay! Though the location may not be so convenient to city center, it provides an excellent environment for couples and families traveling by self-driving, highly recommended!

Reviewed Jan 21, 2020晚上9點後熱水就不熱了 房間空調無法控制一直在15度，房間比外面還冷 感應房卡非常難感應，已經換過房卡也一樣，大概要感應十次才會成功

Reviewed Jan 10, 2020住的是白露行政房，但整體房間空間設計不佳，浴室與客房無窗戶且無抽風設備，洗完澡整個濕氣很重，從客房地板貼面明顯受潮浮起即可得知！電視遙控器因為接受設備擺在電視後面，根本很難轉台！整體住房感覺不像是評分在8.5以上的飯店！

Reviewed Dec 10, 2019部屋はコンパクトで清潔。トイレがベットのすぐ横なのはちょっとだけ不満。何と言ってもアクセスがよくないので、そこが難点ですが、タクシーでカギ駅から800円くらいなので泊まるだけならよいかと。スタッフも非常にフレンドリーで、全体としてはよい宿泊施設。

Reviewed Oct 8, 2019外観もかわっている。受付ロビーも大学の図書館のような感じかつ、受付の後ろには御茶屋さんのようにお茶の缶がならんでいる。嘉義の田舎にしてはかなりおしゃれな感じで、良く言う「インスタ映え」するホテルです。 部屋もそとから見えるのじゃって位置にバスタブがあります。 近場にスーパーやコンビニ、日本資本が入ったデパートなんかもあり、買い物にも食事にもさほど困りません。

Reviewed Jul 22, 2019房間小 沒有掛衣服的地方也沒有能打開喼的位置。床太大 還很硬 整晚不能睡 沒能好好放鬆。 頂樓上的泳池是唯一賣點。但規矩多多，沒有毛巾供應，救生員勁臭臉，只對著比堅尼辣妹拍網紅照。下次一定不會再來。

Reviewed Jun 27, 2019浴室和房間沒有門，是用大片落地窗簾，進出很不方便。馬桶不在浴室內，廁所很小間。早餐能選的東西不多，且人手嚴重不足，來不及補菜，枱面上東西幾乎都是空的。以嘉義市這樣的房價算是高價，整體體驗非常的差。
