酒店干净，挺好，一位名叫Teguh的前台小哥很友好，很热情，打garb能直接到酒店门口，门口有安保人员，整体上说挺好的

早餐价格有点小贵，品种量也不算多。

Var en bra plass til overnatting, service var fantastisk og de svarer på rappen. Men frokosten var kald med mindre du var der tildig om morgenen.

My Door key was giving lot of problems, otherwise my stay was very peaceful

There was too much of noise outside the hotel , but I guess that is not in control of the hotel premises. But if they take care of surrounding areas ,then this is best place to stay for longer duration.

Comfortable and big room, very clean and they provided drinking water as well as tea+coffee in the room. Perfect for our stay.

There's not much in the area so we needed to take a 15 min+ taxi everywhere, but that's sort of to be expected in Jakarta anyways.

The massage ladies offered from the hotel are very unfriendly and tried to scam us for double the price. The massage itself was also very unprofessional and not good. It was difficult because we needed the help of the Manager to find a solution

Clean big room. Big breakfast menu with so much to choose from. Nice and welcoming terrace in front of the building with a small bar / coffee place and BBQ joint. Perfect spot for a morning coffee or night snack. Close to Kota / old town and the MRT stop.

The rooms are not very soundproof. You can hear everyone walking and talking in the aisle as well as the mosque closeby. If you’re a light sleeper you definitely will need earplugs.

The hotel is lovely. I've been travelling in Asia for 4 months and this is the best value room I've stayed so far. Lovely staff and very comfortable beds. Extremely clean and 24 hour room service. Would definitely recommend.

Location isn't close to the CBD, but it's a short grab from most places.

Relatively new, friendly staff, fairly clean but there are ants and I killed 3 roaches. Air quality inside the hotel is much better than the nearby Best Western or the Bel-Swiss which smells like mold throughout the floor I stayed on. One big problem was that the air conditioning unit does not cool down the room very well. I had to go out and buy a fan. The shower has hot water and good pressure for the hot water. The pressure for cold water in the shower is low. The sink does not have hot water. WiFi went down once in about 9 days. Not much soundproofing especially between the hallway and the room. Every doorbell from nearby rooms also sounds in your room.

This is the 1st time i come across a hotel impose an extra charge for extra pillow. The pillow supplied in the room was so thin. when i request for extra pillow, the housekeeping dept told me that i have to pay for an extra charge! I refuse & i didn't sleep that well

Three stars (plus) for the hotel and Five stars (plus) for the staff, management and food. You cant fault this hotel as the staff are simply brilliant, more genuine and friendly than any hotel I have stayed in. Wi FI is fast and never failed during my 5 day visit. Walking distance to ITC Mall with many electronics shops, perfect for an IT business traveler. It is a real credit to Zuri management to achieve such a high level of service, obviously your staff enjoy working for you. Nice hot water in the bathroom and thanks to the house keeper for fixing my once only “Cold Water” (shower) issue with the instant delivery of a bottle of “chilled spring water” to my door. Now that’s real 5 star service. I will certainly be staying at Zuri Express next time.

Need improvement to have the porter on duty to dutifully standby & help with bringing the trolley for the heavy luggages at doorstep. Breakfast can also be improved. Overall is still good stay.

It's clean and nice Hotel

Hotel staf is very friendly, room was ok but the walls seem to be very thin since you could hear everything from the next room or the hallway. Very annoying when its 3oclock in the morning... Breakfast mainly indonesian food.

It was a very good stay. But the venue is not so convenient., without proper entry signage to the hotel.

Overall, it was a good experience. Stayed for 3nights. Only downside is that it was noisy one of the mornings with kids running in the corridor.

Only some time at room corridor to noise can't sleep well.

Olimme vain yhden yön, muttei juuri ole valittamista. Hotellin henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja kaikki puhuivat sujuvaa englantia. Huone oli siisti ja simppeli. Opiskelijoina emme mitään luksusta kaivanneetkaan, joten olimme huoneen tasoon tyytyväisiä. Ainut ikävä asia oleskelumme aikana oli "sakko" myöhäisestä uloskirjautumisesta. Poistuimme huoneesta aamun sijasta vasta illalla, joten jouduimme maksamaan 150 000 idr lisämaksua. Oma vikammehan tämä oli, joten ei kovin harmita ja summakin on vain n. 11€.

Nice aesthetics, everything from the lobby to the hotel room is well cleaned. The bed has also provided me the basic comfort that i need to sleep very well.

Location is near mangga dua area, good for cheap shopping, but door noise avoids not very good, specifically near by elevator.

Breakfast was poor. Poor preparation in service. Won't repeat stay here.

Nginap 2 malam dgn pertimbangan dekat ke mangga dua, staff disini sangat ramah dan membantu, fasilitas hotel utk kelas hotel sangat bagus , kebersihan oke.

The Hotel is located in small road, not a very nice area, and a bit hard to find. My taxi got lost finding the hotel. The hotel is still new so no it still fairly clean. No hair dryer but you can ask the clerk I asked 5 times never got it though. Likely someone using it. No small fridge. but for the price it was ok.

I stayed in all night for work, so the internet was sufficient for VOIP calls. In the lobby the have photos of a pool, which is misleading because this hotel does not have a pool. The elevator button can be difficult to press sometimes. You have to get your entire finger over a certain spot.

The hotel is a bit off the main bustling street which offer some degree of quietness. Plenty of local eateries around the area that offers local cuisine. Cheap and delicious with lots of varieties. The room is comfortable and clean

室内は冷蔵庫以外、必要十分な設備が整っており、明るくて清潔、居心地の良い部屋です。朝食のメニューも豊富で、特にデザート類が充実しています。ただ、食事中にスタッフが床のモップ掃除をするのはいただけない。せっかくの美味しい朝食の味が損なわれます。

立地は良くないが、料金の割に室内・朝食の内容が良く、コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。ただし、ホテルの経営方針なのか、団体の宿泊客が多く、まるで中学生の修学旅行のようなノリで騒ぐ客や廊下で大声で話す客なども少なくないため、 静かに過ごしたい人にはお薦めできません。

A clean and functional hotel in Mangga Dua close to local malls with IT and clothes. Get a room with a window. Mangga Dua is right next to the ring road to the airport.

Good hotel at its price. Only becareful with the taxi driver eventhough it is called by the hotel personnel. Insist of using meter before leaving hotel to your destination to avoid unreasonable taxi fare.

All staff are very nice. They willing to know & help the customers, even the language are different. I stay for 5night at this hotel, it was a great trip. And i will go back again.
