Driftwood Heights Bed & Breakfast

The owners were amazing and kind. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely fabulous. Will definitely stay there again.

5 stars all around. It was a great place to stay for our last day in PEI.

Beautiful B&B very nice accommodating hosts, clean, comfortable, & good breakfast

Belle chambre et très bon déjeuner. Seul bémol c’est la rue passante et bruit de machinerie dans le voisinage.

Excellent host, who are very welcoming. The room we had was large and very clean. Little suggestion, the shipyard restaurant is very good.

Friendly. Good travel tips. Beautiful spot. Known for a great breakfast.

Everything is fine!

Nice staff , good breakfast

Fabulous reception. Wonderful, clean, interesting old house in superb condition. Very nice room. Quiet and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

We had an excellent stay at Driftwood Hights B&B. Cleanliness: The place was absolutely pristine — both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Space: The house itself is beautiful and clearly very well cared for. Our bedroom was spacious, as was the bathroom. The outdoor and green areas were also clean, tidy, and very pleasant to enjoy. Staff: The owners themselves handled check-in, check-out, and breakfast service. They were extremely polite, attentive, and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. Parking: There was plenty of parking, enough space for at least five cars. Conclusion: I highly recommended, wonderful service, excellent upkeep, and a very comfortable stay.

Lovely B&B. Nice size room with plenty of storage and lights. Especially appreciated the common room adjacent to several guest rooms with more comfortable sofa seating, tv and fridge. Breakfast adequate with fruit, hot item and sweet. No restriction on coming and going, room and outside door key provided together.

We had a lovely stay at Driftwood, Sean and Liz were great hosts with lots of good tips on where to go and what to see locally. Breakfast was hearty. Their two pups were the sweetest.

Great place, great value, wnderful service

Liz and Sean are incredibly warm and hospitable hosts. Their home is sparkling clean, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. The garden is beautifully landscaped and inviting, and the main floor is both elegant and artistic. Our room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was authentic and delicious. Their two lovely dogs added an extra touch of joy to our stay. We had a truly wonderful experience!

Excellent stay. Hosts were wonderful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Very friendly. Beautiful property! Room and breakfast was perfect!!

Hosts Liz and Sean very personable and a wealth of information on PEI and surrounding area. Very nice home, well appointed. Visited during a heat wave and maybe a little bit too warm for us in the bedroom, although ceiling fan helped.

The girl that was on the front desk wasn't friendly. The room was fine. The pool area needs some work. The pool has a yellow line around it and the hot tub is very yellow. There was hair on the side of the pool and hair on the floor. One of the floor drains had water and black sludge around it. It was when we saw the drain backup mess, we left the pool area.

Facilities were very nice. Our room happen to be in the basement, very spacious and clean but it was musty. Breakfast was great, gracious hosts

The hosts were most generous giving info on what to visit. The breakfasts were served in a fine dining fashion and were delicious. The B&B was decorated with good taste and was.very cozy.

My partner and I had an excellent stay at Driftwood Heights in Summerside! We enjoyed wonderful hospitality by everyone we encountered, and the breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we will definitely be back in the future.

This B and B was a beautiful find. Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay. Owner was lovely and breakfast delicious. Would most definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing stay, very clean and nice hot breakfast. Liz and Sean were amazing. Will definately come back.

Had a great stay here. Our room was very comfortable and quiet the hosts were lovely people. Breakfast was very good. Clean room great bed.

Nice place à recommander

walking utr

Nice spot to use as home base while we toured the island. The hosts Liz and Sean were helpful and very nice. The room was spacious and Spotless. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and tasty. The coffee was good too! I would recommend and i will return.

We would definitely recommend Driftwood heights B&B, Shawn & Liz are wonderful people, very informative of the area. Told us of the best places to see & eat. Very clean premises, & a delicious breakfast.

Owners very friendly, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, great way to start the day!

Accommodations were lovely and staff was great. It was very hot, however and air conditioning had not yet been "set up" for the summer season. The host suggested we use the ceiling fan and keep the window open. Our room was situated on the front of the property, facing a noisy street, so having the window open was very noisy. So we did not get a good sleep due to the eat and noise. It lond of ruined our experience at thuis tom

Beautiful room Beautiful property with a lovely couple the breakfast was incredible highly recommend

Nice yard around the house

Excellent in every way

Wonderful hosts! The place was spotless and well decorated. The breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. Our room was very spacious. The only issue I had was with the room temperature at night. We stayed during some warm weather. The room we stayed in did not have any a/c. There was a ceiling fan but unfortunately it did not do the trick. The room was hot and stuffy all night. We had the windows open but unfortunately the home is in an industrial like area and the trucks going by were quite loud. It looks like some of the other rooms may have had a/c. I would definitely stay again but would probably request a room facing the back with an a/c unit.

We had a great experience staying here for four nights to attend the SOMMO music festival. The owners are very friendly and always checked in to see if we needed anything or just for good conversation. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfasts are also expertly prepared and delicious. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at the Driftwood Heights B&B. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The only negative for us was that our “standard queen” room was small and cramped for two people. Luckily the common area provided a place to sit and relax.

We had a wonderful stay. Liz and Sean are lovely hosts, and they have a nice home.

Beautiful home and very spacious suite.

Owners were friendly, accommodating. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was suberb

Loved this property, the owners were very friendly and kind. The home was lovely and very clean. I would rate this a ten out of ten.

Sean and his wife are SO VERY nice .Excellent breakfasts and they were so accommodating to us .EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY.EXCEPTIONAL VALUE.

A definite surprise, this B&B was beyond our expectations. The dining area, the outside sitting areas and the exceptionally comfortable beds and large rooms with large ensuites were all unexpected. Bravo to our friendly hosts!

This was a very nice B&B with good sized rooms and generous common areas. The furnishings and decor were upscale and the breakfast was adjusted for my celiac problem. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the building is located in an industrial area with a cement plant next door. Parking was also a bit tight and could be a problem if you got blocked in. We didn't experience any problems with these shortcomings and would stay there again if we're in the area.

What a gem! This is a beautiful spacious home with several guest rooms and common areas. Soundproofing is top notch, for a very peaceful stay. The decor is lovely & the hosts make you feel right at home. Also, the best breakfast I’ve had in ages. 😊

I indicated this was a family stay but this is misleading. I booked a stay for my mother while my family camped nearby. Her room was spacious, clean and comfortable and Liz and Sean couldn't have been better hosts. Every morning Mom had a delicious breakfast and chatted with a number of kind and interesting guests before going off with us to sight see on the island. Liz and Sean are kind hosts and also attract nice people to their establishment.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast property with wonderful Hosts. Fantastic Breakfast. The only thing that we didn't like was that it was not close to downtown.

This was a nice b&b close to the confederation trail—perfect for a stop on our bike tour of the island. The place was clean, the beds comfy, and we slept well! The breakfast was a nice touch.

Owners were very welcoming and friendly. Had suggestions for things to do. Basement was cool despite no air conditioning due to a window facing the back yard.

Wow they are so sweet and welcoming

The decor of this home is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. We cannot give it top rating for Room 1 on the main floor at the front of the house on a very busy Main Street. We needed the windows open because the “ air conditioner” hose did not fit properly in the window and the heat from it came back into the room. It negated the coolness of the air conditioner. Out of the 6 rooms this would be the only 1 I would avoid. Everyone else was very happy with their rooms.

Rooms are in the lower level but is partially above ground. Our room was beautifully decorated. My husband said the water pressure wasn't great.

Everything was good except wifi only worked in common area but not in room.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent and served beautifully. We noticed Sean remembered everyone’s preferences for drinks or other small things. Both Sean and Liz were interested in our activities of the day. The house was beautifully decorated and we were comfortable in our room. We would have liked a little more room in the washroom to place some things and maybe a table we could have used but these are very minor things. We would definitely visit again if in PEI.

Very nice place. Liz and Sean great people. Room good, bed great, comfortable.

Very clean and a well appointed room. Disappointed that we arrived and no one was there to let us in. Had to come back 45 minutes later. Provided food was tasty but no variety. Asked if we had any allergies then told what breakfast would be. Very disorganized parking. No lines and had to jockey around other guests vehicles. Again, a very nice room but the vibe of the visit was that we were an inconvenience to the hosts.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed. The commons areas & dining area were also comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious. The only drawback was we couldn't get a WiFi connection in our room, but we could in the commons area.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Wonderful en suite bathroom and luxury bed. Property is beautifully landscaped.

What a wonderful stay we had. The owners, Liz & Sean, are wonderful and friendly. The place is immaculately clean. The room was so pretty and OMG, the breakfasts were so delicious. And bonus for the two fur babies who came and greeted us at breakfast. Just added more charm to the place.

Hosts were amazing. Rooms are super nice. Lots of space. Clean, luxurious.

An outstanding home with warm, friendly and engaging hosts. Great breakfasts and conversations start every day. Rooms are 5 star, spacious and comfy.

Beautiful property, super friendly hosts, amazing breakfast

Excellent accommodations, breakfast and friendly service

The property is in the middle of an industrial area and so we were woken very early by noisy trucks.

The owners are beautiful people and everything was wonderful!

I liked everything really. The room I stayed in was a good size, great bed, very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. What more could you ask for. The Confederation Trail was 5 mins away and everything else was reasonably close like shopping and restaurants. The food was great and I got to try new things like a Frittata. All and all, it was a great stay and the owners were wonderful.

Very clean. Great place to stay!

Exceptional hosts at this property. The grounds require a touch of TLC. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We would recommend staying at this establishment and plan to in the future.

Room was great . Private washroom was awesome . Food was very good . Occupant found bed to be hard to get in because of height. But used a chair and managed.

Liz and Sean were amazing hosts. To say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement; providing not only helpful tips and suggestions about where to visit on PEI, but also gracing us with their wonderful hospitality. Breakfast was a highlight where Liz would make a phenomenal special breakfast pasty every morning, to end the already delicious breakfast she also made. Sean was incredibly helpful, accommodating and warm, never making us feel intrusive. We highly, highly recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

.

Very beautiful and very clean facility. Amazing owners. Best breakfast we ha e had on our east coast trip

The property was so cute, quaint and quiet. It was beautiful inside and out. The owners were incredible! The breakfast was delicious! It was a 10 out of 10 experience. I would definitely return here in the future!

Beautifully decorated! Breakfast was awesome. First time ever staying in a B and B. If we ever visit Summerside again, we will definitely stay here! 🇨🇦💜🇨🇦

Breakfast was like Royalty.

The owners operators were wonderful

Great place to stay would highly recommend

We absolutely loved the B&B -- the entire house is very beautiful, the room is super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was awesome, and the loveliest hosts. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent breakfast ! Bed confortable

I liked the fact that the host (Sean) refunded us for one night (we had to leave early) as he was able to re-book the room. This was quite magnanimous of Sean, as he really didn't have to do it (we had to cancel on short notice).

Very comfortable, rooms not sound proof and we had a crying baby next door but otherwise great. Very friendly owners, very clean and good breakfast.

Very nice folks own this bed and breakfast. Food and service was excellent. Comfortable sitting areas as well!

We had a lovely stay

Great stay. Owners were very accommodating and offered an excellent breakfast. Room was well appointed and had easy access to Summerside and surrounding areas.

One of the finest B&B's I've been to. Very well layed out, rooms are a good size, private bathrooms, TV, and a beautiful seating area for breakfast. The meals are very good and professionally attended to. The operators are very helpful and although there for whatever you need, give you plenty of privacy at the same time. Love the little doggies on-site as well.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. Hosts, Sean and Liz were very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice B&B with friendly owners. The rooms were well appointed and everything was very clean. Didn't get to try the breakfast as I had to be on the road. Only concern was a bit of noise from other rooms around me - children at play or screaming - but wasn't at horrid hours and not sure it was preventable from the owners.

This place was amazing! The building and yard was great. The hosts are super nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent!

Sean and Liz were extra friendly. Clean and comfortable accommodation

Delightful hosts! Lively home

Close to downtown, lots of parking available. Back yard was not really useable, we sat on front deck

Great hospitality!

Beautiful B and B. Staff was attentive and breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was that our lower level room was stuffy through the night.

Host was very welcoming and warm. Every morning we were greeted with an excellent breakfast. We hope to come back again and again in the future. Also, an excellent location to get to various spots around the island. We felt rejuvenated after our stay here.

Overall, it felt like I was being pampered. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable. The gardens definitely had a Zen feel to them. The food was superb. Liz & Sean were so welcoming that by the end of breakfast we (guests included) seemed almost like a family. Definitely want to come back and stay longer.

Sean and Liz are wonderful hosts and Liz is an amazing cook! You will receive plentiful, delicious and refined breakfasts here. We had an amazing stay!

My wife and I were very impressed with the B&b. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The owners were extremely helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We plan on staying here again and would recommend it to everyone.

The hospitality

Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Sean and Liz were delightful and very helpful. The breakfasts were terrific.

The breakfasts were excellent! Sean and Liz made us feel very welcome and made it super easy to retrieve forgotten items.
