it was close to where i had to be in morning

the state of the room, was put on second floor when i requested main floor, then we had to move. stains on blankets, found used band aid on floor!!! room not cleaned properly!!

Une toilette ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée dans une des deux chambres et mes tantes ont dû refaire leur bagage et changer de chambre. Toutefois, le personnel a réagit très rapidement suite à notre demande. Dans l’autre chambre, le robinet de la salle de bain était difficile à ouvrir et le rideau de douche était un peu sale dans le bas. Aussi à notre arrivée il faisait très froid dans les chambres, donc les draps étaient glacials.

It was beautiful and I love the table and chairs that were set up in the hall ways, because the hallways were wide and well decorated .

I would of liked a bathtub better than an enclosed shower, but it was fine.

Cleanliness of bathroom. It smelled of mildew. Whole room therefore smelled. The open design of the hallway. People are eating breakfast there, gathering etc while others are trying to sleep steps away.

Bathroom shower head was loose and not working. The bathroom sink was broken. No room mirror. No light in closet area.

Breakfast offered good variety but only cut up fresh fruit on 2 days. The breakfast area was much too small for number of guests. Breakfast staff were good!

I booked online for 4 nights at a price of around $200.00 per night and the hotel changed the prices to higher than $350.00 per night for 2 of the nights! Our room was small - only one chair and the desk chair. Not comfortable for spending the evening in. We had to cut our trip short because we had not budgeted for $1,400.00 for only 4 nights.

La chambre était au 2e étage, aucun ascenseur, le corridor pour monter puait énormément. Les chambres tellement mal insonorisés, nous avons tout entendu toute la nuit. La salle de bain tellement petite que se changer était difficile. Il y avait des cheveux au sol de la salle de bain à notre arrivée. Les fenêtres étaient archi sales.

We initially had a room with a bathroom that had some issues. We called the front desk and they came to the room right away and switched our room to make sure we were happy. I really appreciated that they cared enough to make our experience a good one.

The first room had some issues with the bathroom, but this was sorted out quickly and we switched rooms, so this wasn’t really an issue.

The room was adequate. The outdoor pool, pickle ball and golf course were nice. It rained our visit so we didn’t get to use them.

The pool area, the hallways really need some maintenance.

Bedroom is very spacious for a family of 5. Having a laundry is very helpful. Breakfast is very good. The ambiance of the hallway is very cozy.

Great location, enjoyed the outdoor as well as indoor pool. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Shoutout to Justin at the front desk for going above and beyond for our family. He was exceptional.

Had a hiccup at check in, the booked suite room given to us was taken by someone else and they didn’t have any more suites available. We required the extra bed. The hotel staff was great very accommodating and got it straightened out for us. They made the stay great for us.

Property wise very well laid out. I loved that it had a little miniature golf course in the back and Pickleball court. Beautiful wide hallways. It was a very quiet because of that.

The only thing that I would have to complain about is that the pool water was very cloudy. We did not feel comfortable going in it, although other people were in it. And parking there was not a lot of parking close to the doors that we needed.

Room wall dirty full of black scuff marks. Wallpaper peeling from wall. huge crack in ceiling with visible water stains and damage. Peeling caulking in bathroom sink. Sink countertop not cleaned properly. Full of water stains. Thin towels. rust and stains marks on bathtub bottom. The place needs a make over. shameful for the price they charge.

The lobby environment and rooms were very nice. It was great to have a room that was quiet!! The first floor tends to be loud; people running, screaming, doors banging.

The room was lovely, but the bathroom was dated. The bathroom ceiling paint was all peeled. I know we were put there because we have 2 small dogs, but we're still paying the asking price and shouldn't be relegated to older rooms. We take care with our dogs and honestly, they're cleaner than some guests!

Location was close to an event that I was attending. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

I liked the location to a supper spot and also to the venue we were attending in the evening.

The breakfast ( hot foods) needs some attention. My only fault was that the hot food was not hot. The scrambled eggs were warm, I felt the sausages were undercooked , pale in color not browned at all and although in a food warmer like the eggs, the bacon and sausages were cold. Did not enjoy cold breakfast foods that should be served warm.

The room was nice and clean and very comfortable to stay in. Check in was very easy as staff is on duty even late at night. The parking is right on the property, so great to go in and out if you have a car. Breakfast is okay, my partner likes the waffle maker.

We were very unhappy with the size of room. There was not any room for both of our suitcases comfortably: The location was good. We understood there were laundry facilities on the premises. This was not true.

The room and bed are really small

8 bikers doing the confederation trail. Staff were awesome helping us store our bikes, blow up our tires, took group photo in AM, nicest young men I ever met. Good on you finding such great employees.

The beds were very comfortable

A large group of young people & parents had taken over the common areas, one of which was right outside our door(very noisy). We had asked for a room with a bathtub but we had a shower. Thankfully they changed us to a “family style” room with a tub. This actually solved the noise problem also because the bedroom area was separated from the lobby by a tv / lounge area. Too bad it hadn’t been foreseen ahead of our arrival.

The staff were extremely accommodating to our needs despite the hotel being at 100% occupancy with multiple tournaments in town. The hotel was clean, and well equipped. The pool was lovely. There was virtually no noise and the entire hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays! We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our next visit!

There was nothing to dislike!

Stayed for one night. We had a ground floor king room. Small room for a king bed. Little room to move around and put your suitcases away. Bed was comfortable but pillows too small and or hard or soft and lumpy. Shower gave a weak stream and difficult to get the right temperature. Room had a very strong smell. Told the people at reception they said they were sorry and shrugged it of. Had the window open the whole evening but the smell would not go away. Earlier, outside behind our room they were pumping the septic or something, maybe that gave our room the smell? As an astma patient it affected me the whole night. Also had a connecting room and could hear the blue jays game in the next room and the conversation of our neighbors as they probably also could hear us. The hallway is very noisy with people talking and doors slamming. Breakfast was good and there was a great coffee machine for guest to use outside breakfast hours too. Good restaurant next door.

Quick easy check in, friendly staff. Room was clean, pet friendly, easy outside access for our dog, on site restaurant was convenient and the food was excellent. Ample parking and close to all amenities. Beds were comfortable and the complimentary hot breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the 24/7 coffee bar.

The front end staff member was excellent. He met all our needs with a smile. The room was excellent and the hotel is excellent for meeting others in an inviting hallway that has great areas to sit and meet others.

The property was awesome. I stayed there for four nights and the staff and they made service were super nice to me and the breakfast was really good. Definitely would recommend anyone to go there and I would go back there if I have to stay in summerside

We didn’t like a lot of things. The corridors are spacious and a lot of skylight and comfortable chairs. However I feel they should have taken a least 3 feet from each side and make the rooms bigger. They were uncomfortable small. Then they had to reading chairs that were so low that I (At 5’4”) could not seat comfortably. Had to go to the corridor. Also the toilet is SOW low that I had trouble getting up. So strange in a country and with visitors that are so much taller and bigger, and we met them at breakfast. The room was dirty, pop corn between the beds and excrement in the toilet paper holder. We have been on vacation in this area and stayed at 3 different Holiday Inn and there is no comparison. Which is too bad because the hotel has the potential with a par 3 golf course , all the facilities os pool and exercise. Also the bed on the other hand was for tall people because I had a difficult time getting up. Just wanted to let management know that I don’t understand how they could have made such bad furniture choices.

The breakfast was okay, dining space was small. people were friendly. The rooms are okay, needs to be updated as some of the furniture were pretty old.

Beautiful location, near lots of fun things to do in P.E.I.. Interesting interior design; it looks like a renovated elderly home (in the best way possible). Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast, but very yummy. Rooms were clean.

There was nothing I particularly disliked. But nothing stood out to me as phenominal either.

From the vantage point of a person in an electric chair I thought it was fantastic. The front door had an electric door. There was a wheel-i—shower. My lift was able to get under the bed. Continental breakfast was really good. The price was reasonable. An indoor and outdoor pool. The only drawback was it wasn't wheelchair accessible.

The bath wasn't draining properly, this was the kind of problem that had been going on for at least 2 weeks and hadn't been addressed.

Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast, wonderful staff. Easy access to the west and central parts of PEI. Would definitely stay here again.

Quality Inn, Summerside PEI A large, super clean room. It had everything we needed. Many little extras. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Nice sized TV Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Bonus, real plates and cutlery! The hotel has an indoor outdoor pool, a nine hole golf course and a Pickleball court. There is a fancy coffee machine in the front lobby. Nice, friendly staff. Great restaurant right next door too!

The breakfast was ok. The same everyday, typical continental breakfast... fake eggs, bacon, sausage or waffles-

No elevator, the circular stairs in separate building. Was moved after 2 nights to a smaller room, No hot water for shower. Not very handicapped friendly

The sink in the washroom was clogged and they did not even bother to check that before giving It to a guest. Overall, washroom was old and dirty.

Lots of choices

The first room we were given was really smelling damp, my family did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. The staff eventually switched us but to a lower room type.

Very nice hotel ! The only issue we had was that you could here everyone using the stairs to go upstairs. (We were in the seperate building on the buttom floor). Would probably just take a room on the top floor next time.
