easy access from town, but no breakfast are provided. Room is big. Clean. quite, not noisy at night. parking space depend on check in day or season. avoid school holiday and festival season otherwise is fully book.

The location is close to.many attractions.. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. Bed size was great.

The parking was limited so be sure to arrive early. After 10pm normally you need to park outside. The bed was not neatly made, the cover easily pulled. Wish they could provide more pillows as well. There were some hairs on the floor when we arrived. It was not properly vacuumed.

Overall is good except car park not big enough. Peak season maybe not enough car park space. With car, easy to go around from the hotel location. Near to my favorable food stall. quite at night, traffic good in this areas.

Location. It is convenient to get to the shopping centre. There are many eateries near the town, and banks are nearby as well.

Very good value for money. Big room, all worked well. Building is old but that's no problem. Good city view from 4th floor. Room had fridge, kettle, coffee.

Only local TV3 on TV Aircon old and very cold Ar evening a deserted commercial area, but a few restaurants nearby and convenience shop until 10 pm. Many stray dogs in the area, but this is a big problem in many parts of Malaysia.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the TV channels were good, and the parking facilities were convenient. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Overall, everything was satisfactory. I would definitely consider staying here again whenever I have business in Ipoh.

Friendly helpful staff with a warm welcoming manner

This is a spacious room compared to many hotels in ipoh, the room was clean and tidy. This location is quite near drive to lots of eating spots. Though it's in the town area, it's a quiet room and cant hear traffic noise.

The WiFi strength was weak when connected to the laptop. I was on the 5th floor so used my hot spot to do work. However this is a minor issue if you are here for leisure.

The shower pressure and hot water was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Aircon works perfectly.

The basin outlet was some what blocked and water outlet slow. The shower tap needs a change of rubber to prevent leaks. Can do with more clothes hanger / hooks.

Just a quiet place. Basic facilities.

We smell smoke which cause to real bad impression when the time we enter our room. We believe the smell from the corridor could be happened the previous person who stay the room or the cleaner of the hotel. we highly believe is from the cleaner since we realise most of the room is under cleaning process and the staff was playing phone in the room.

The sr con was not functioning well. Had a motor sound

Staff was so welcoming and helpful.

The cleanliness was not satisfactory. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant and uncomfortable smell. The bedsheet, pillowcase, blanket, and towel appeared to be unwashed. The carpet was dirty and felt rough, with visible rubbish. I understand that the furniture and design may be old, and that is acceptable, but cleanliness is very important. The toilet curtain had black stains, and the toilet pipe and sink were dirty, with what looked like fungus or mould. I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot accept this level of cleanliness.

The room was spacious enough, the air conditioning was cold enough, but the refrigerator needed cleaning. The workers were all friendly.

It's a bit noisy at night, and the toilet walls and floor aren't clean.
