Great for business stay considering the price and the amenities provided. Very clean room as well.

The room were clean. Easy check in and out. Staff were helpfull. Great location.

I guess they shouldn't call themselves a hotel. They only have rooms to rest in. When I checked in, they asked me to pay RM 20, even though I'd booked and paid for everything in advance through booking.com. That was a first for me. Since the total wasn't much, I didn't argue, but it should really be mentioned somewhere because for that price, you might find a better place. Since we were a family of 4, we had to book 2 rooms, which makes sense, but usually, the rooms would be next to each other with a connecting door, based on my experience in other countries. Maybe Malaysia is different. The hall smelled like cigarettes, but the rooms were all clean and tidy. Overall, it's cheap and worth it for a sleep. If you're planning to stay inside during the day, you might get bored; there's no entertainment.

Did not like the property at all

The reception area has a smell. In one of the lifts the mat was old and disgusting (see photo below) The window in the room was not sound proof, could hear the traffic, motorbikes & cars racing till about 2 am.

The room is big and clean. The water pressure is good too. Overall is good.

Our room is facing the main road and the window is not 100% tightly close, which you can hear the noise of the car passing by whole night.

When we got off from the elevator to our room, we were immediately hit with a very unpleasant smell of cigarettes outside the elevator...I think this should be aware with..

The location was excellent. Easy walk to the nice mall and many lovely small eateries as well

Only one thing. The roos facing the main road could do with heavy curtains to dampen he traffic noise. Excellent service from the staff and the oom was sparkling clean. Also I left a very expensive electric razor in my room. The hotel promptly contacted me and held it for my return.

Location in Ipoh central. Walking distance to Ipoh Parade and town center. Value for money. Clean and comfy beds.

The room is quite dated, the doors to the bathroom was chipped off. The TV had burn marks, so i didnt try to turn it on.

It’s in the city where it’s convenient to move around.

Since it’s in the older part of the city hotel parking is limited but luckily we managed to park near the hotel.

Cleanliness is the worst! Bedsheet and Pillows case is dirty. Aircon smell of previous guess smoking inside the room before. Room is located next to shop house and was very noisy in the early morning when the shop starts working.

The location is good. But since we arrived on Saturday night, there was a traffic jam to reach the hotel. Near many restaurants and night market.

The basement parking entrance is very very very very crazy narrow, so don't even think of parking in the basement. It's better to arrive early and park next to the building or along the road.

The room was big. Bathroom accessories were there.

Internet connection was super bad (but we paid for high speed internet that supposed to be included). Room was very noisy as the windows look at the main street, but you can`t close them properly (not sealed). A bit used rooms... No breakfast options. Outside you also will hardly find anything except for the local street food. TV has only 4 local channels (useless)

The hotel is very close to the touristic area and the restautants in the city. Tha mall is also very close and obe street food market.

The very loud traffic noise in the room and the window that could not be closed completely.

The parking lot. Too narrow, dark and dodgy as we need to walk through a dark backlane. The hotel should spend more money on increasing lighting and maybe make us feel like it is safer to park

Location was good. Staff were cordial (friendly). Rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall fairly nice

The only issue is that the elevators were stopping only on the required floors with the keys. Though this was for security reasons, we felt a little uncomfortable using the elevator only with a key.

Quite near to centre. Room is spacious. Air conditioning works great. Water pressure in the shower is strong too.

You can hear car/motor sound noise from the road outside. I think the sound proofing in the room is not good. Can be improve to provide more comfort to guest sleep at night.

Food district and attractions is with in walking distance

Some part of the hotel need to be renovated. And the shower did not have door, so, water wet the floor

Location is good, can access by walking to many places like Ipoh parade, dim sum restaurants just behind the hotel. Many other eateries nearby.

Cleanliness can be improved. Towels are old. Pillow can be changed too. No hand towel. Some staff are not friendly at all.

We like the location, a lot of eatery restaurant and stalls and mall too.

the shower holder was spoilt. the car park lot is limited.

A very old hotel, staff is not wearing their uniform but in a very casual attire (sleeveless shirt and short pants) facilities are old also, very small car park.

Motorbikes running around on the main road at night was really annoying. Air conditioner controller was placed too high for setting convenience. Toilet water hose with the nozzle missing.

Nice no frills hotel at a good location in the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms at the back are more quiet, less traffic noise!! Good beds. Good working AC and fridge. Bathroom is spacious and clean.

Although it is a non smoking hotel some guest do not seem to bother.

1) The location which is close proximity to the town and dim sum restaurants, and many more 2) Checking out is super fast

Parking though is free but is always full. I have to park in front of the hotel for 1 night and was asked to move my car early the next day morning to other pay parking lot nearby
