Sunisa et son équipe sont vraiment génial, elle fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable et vous aider si besoin. Petit cafe attenant très sympa pour le pt déjeuner. Et la minette de l’hôtel Luna trop adorable ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Vraiment un endroit que j’ai beaucoup apprécié ! Merci à Sunisa et à son staff.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Sehr geschmackvolle Gestaltung und zentrale Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Sunisa ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die einem nach Austausch über Salatrezepte sogar noch die benötigte Gewürzmischung auf dem lokalen Markt besorgt.
Die Lage direkt an der 4spurigen Straße. Es ist auch in der Nacht konstanter Verkehr.

Thai bed is stiff. But from what I heard that's all the hotels in that area. Just something go get used to. Nothing that ruined the trip at all.

Cold shower and hard bed. Towels had an unpleasant smell sometimes. Otherwise, all good.

I would be remiss to not mention the most wonderful part of this hotel — its staff. From the second we arrived, we were greeted with so much kindness. It made our stay in Chiang Mai all the more special. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️ p.s. there is a sweet resident cat named Luna, whom we adored.

Lovely spacious clean room/bathroom and large bed. Close to many restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. Added bonus is the cafe at the front of the building for breakfast/lunch and great coffee. Rooms are quiet at night.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Breakfast was so good I didn't try it first day cuz I was like bro I'm in Thailand how am I gonna eat scrambled eggs and a toast, but I recommend lol and the staff were always so nice they helped me carry my big luggage like it was nothing 😮💨 appreciate it! The rooms are nice, you have a comfortable bed, bathroom is great, and the location is ideal to go out and explore temples and what not, for the purpose of my travel this was perfect! And the value for your buck is pretty good as well. I'd recommend staying here to anyone, it will make you enjoy your trip even more. Thank you 🙏

They did a great job with our laundry and they helped us find cooking classes, a trip to an elephant farm and a car that drive us to Sukhothai. The lounge was lovely and came with a very cute cat.

De eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam en betrokken bij de gasten. Vanuit het hotel zijn er door de medewerkers een aantal dagtripjes geregeld voor ons. Ook de taxi rit naar de vervolgbestemming werd uitstekend onderzocht en geregeld voor ons. Het is heel fijn dat dit soort zaken door de lokale inwoners wordt geregeld, deze weten toch net iets meer dan wij als buitenstaanders. Al met al zeer tevreden over dit hotel en het vriendelijke personeel. Mocht ik ooit weer in Chiang Mai verblijven dan wordt het zeker weer bij de Peaberry Boutique Hotel. Een 10/10.

The beds were hard as rocks. :-( We asked for mattress pads, but they only had a few, and it was uncomfortable. This was the only downside.

Sunisa went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience; she was incredibly proactive, reaching out with personalized recommendations for local attractions and marketplaces that aligned perfectly with my interests. Having a cute, friendly resident cat on the premises added such a warm, homey touch! Plus, having the cafe right next door for a delicious morning coffee and lunch was the ultimate convenience.

The mattress was very hard. HOWEVER, I found out after night three that I could get a mattress topper which made it just right. A suggestion for the team-let guests know during check in that toppers are available. The staff was so helpful once they knew I was suffering with the mattress.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Lovely staff. Nice coffee shop downstairs. Stable wifi for work calls. Room is spacious and clean. There's a cute cat hanging out in the cafe.
The hotel is located on Chiang Mai's busiest road and therefore you always hear traffic noise (even with earplugs). I'm quite sensitive to that so unfortunately that kind of spoiled my stay...

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026It is super conveniently located!! Nicha is amazing - all the staff go above and beyond to welcome and help you! Have the cutest snuggly cat - Luna. Very adorable location with all amenities you need and cafe opens at 7am - which is great to get breakfast before a tour.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026以愛乾淨的人角度來評價，這家旅館真的維護的非常乾淨，是可以安心赤腳走在房間、浴室的潔淨程度，旅館一樓的咖啡廳泰奶非常好喝，而且入住飲品竟然可以任選menu上的飲料，十分大方
淋浴的熱水系統是這家旅館的硬傷，雖說已經有張貼說明協助，上面建議是蓮蓬頭水量一開始不要開到底，讓熱水器可以充分加熱，大約20秒後再慢慢加大水量。但我總是在確認熱水穩定後，加大水壓就又變成溫偏涼的水溫，有點困擾。 另外一個疑惑的點是外面馬路很難走，由於圓環道路設計的關係，設置斑馬線供行人穿越的點極少，我甚至無法成功到對面的711購物。不過若出入都倚靠汽機車是完全沒問題
