La habitación era muy grande, la cama cómoda, el personal muy amable.

La ubicación no tiene mucho que ofrecer a poca distancia, pero a unos 15 minutos caminando se puede llegar a San Angel que tiene partes muy bonitas.

La tecnología y su cama es de Diez,.

Es la segunda vez que los elijo y definitivamente que feos incómodos sillones si no fuera por eso sería perfecto Pd. El baño no estaba tan limpio había cabello en mi baño en la regadera ojo con eso porq me hicieron pensar si realmente desinfectaban el sanitario

las ventanas no sellan por completo y se escucha mucho el ruido de los autos y de la actividad que pasa afuera, me toco el espacio 203 y trate de dormir en la sala porque mi esposa y mi hija durmieron en la cama, pero el ruido fue insoportable, practicamente no pude dormir

Muy limpio, muy cómodo, espacio muy grande, mucha luz, ventanas enormes, tiene estacionamiento, personal muy amigable y amable. Area de lavandería y lavadora muy limpia.

Tiene una tv en la recámara que solo está de adorno porque no tiene señal ni conexión a internet y no se ve ningún canal. En la cocina nos faltó una tabla y cuchillo grande para poder cortar alimentos. La guardia de seguridad, Alejandra, aunque muy amable, es encimosa e imprudente y rebasa el límite de ser servicial con incomodar.

Espacio muy amplio, muy iluminado y limpio. Céntrico. Tiene estacionamiento.

El baño tiene un horrible olor a coladera. Fue muy desagradable. Habitación 302.

This hotel has great potential, however, our stay wasn't as good as we expected. The positives are the great location, roof terrace and very kind staff on the reception. The negatives are the dirty furniture in the bedroom, someone's long hair on the bed and bedside unit, very noisy- couldn't sleep most of the nights despite keeping all windows closed and very hot rooms- only a few rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The fans were provided but didn't make any difference. Make sure you book a room with air-con and not facing the front of the hotel.

The apartment is serviceable and spacious. Lots of natural light. Mostly quiet residential location perfect for San Angel/Coyoacan. There's a small gym, and a communal washer-dryer at the basement. (Though the washer-dryer hadn't been deep cleaned in a while when I checked in)

The problem was the service and hospitality, it was very uneven. Reservations Staff were extremely rude. One of their listing pages suggested Junior Suites had a bathtub. My already-paid-for Junior Suite was not equipped with a bath tub though, so I thought I was assigned the wrong room and asked. Instead of answering apologetically, directly, or politely, they told me to go off some other hotel with a bath tub. What kind of response is that?!?! Other service issues: Housekeeping left a mess on my sink. I don't know if that was deliberate, or if they just forgot. My internet was cut off by the Hotel, cause they mistook my checkout date to be one day earlier. I had flagged that I extended my stay to at least three sets of staff, cause I had a feeling something like this might happen. This was extremely disruptive to my Zoom meetings, especially since the internet that returned was erratic. Property Manager refused to take accountability, never said 'sorry,' she just said she knew my checkout date was extended. I said: "If you know, why did you cut it off?!" She never responded to that. Concierge and Property Manager were a mixed uneven experience. Responsive at first. But the moment you bring them a crisis that is hard to fix, they stop responding and ignore you entirely. They're also not apologetic for their mistakes; quite defensive about it actually. Go-to move is silence and avoidance. There's a lack of care and professional maturity in this hotel. Amenities: Washer dryer at basement is convenient, but it hadn't been deep cleaned in ages. It showed in the musty smell of clothes that come out of it. There was mould inside the detergent compartments. I told the Manager, who then oversaw cleaning the next day. But when I returned to use it, it seemed wiped at a very surface, minimal level, as opposed to deep cleaned with the specialist solution. Mould still in compartment. If you book here, you're not just a guest.

solo un guardia de seguridad haciendola de todo ( check in, garage, bell boy, ayudas externas) no pueden con todo. nos hospedamos por 10 dias, no hacen el que hacer, ni por media semana. no verifican bien la limpieza a el hacer chck in casi todas las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado. pequeño el area de etacionamiento, ponen en aprietos a el guardia de seguridad.

The place was good and met my expectations

It is very noisy. This seems to be a Mexico city issue as they don't seem to care that much about noise here, but for a newish modern place it was very noisy with traffic noise.

It is very clean and everything is new. The bed was comfortable and the toilet and showers were in very good shape. In general very good facilities but terrible property orientation.

It is very noisy, we had a window next to a very busy street and the windows offer almost no protection ahainst the noise. Also the fridge was humming very loudly all the time. We requested to park the car 2 hours before hour check in and they refused to let us in before, we had to wait until 4.

The location is good for where I was going, the bed was really comfortable and it was pet friendly and had a pretty good gym. Good kitchen utensils as well.

My aunt made a reservation for the same days, we arrived late to our check in, like 9pm, her room was not clean, they told her they were not going to charge her for that night and then they took it back. They only have a remote front desk and their response time is not efficient, it will take over an hour or more to get a response. There was a horrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, they went to fix it but came back 2 days later. The front desk staff is not equipped to make any decisions and have zero training when it comes to earthquake protocols. We experienced an earthquake while being there, they never provided feedback if it was safe to go back to our rooms. The sofa-bed needs to be replaced you will sit in the structure, no patting.

Please don't call that a 2 bedroom apartment. That couch is the most uncomfortable thing even to sit on it. Forget about sleeping on it for several nights. I wouldn't call that a sofa bed, it's worse that a futon.

The place was dirty. We were received by a dirty room that wasn’t clean. The bed was dirty and smelled like sweat. It looked like the bed was used for a quickie. The kitchen was dirty as well. The kitchen had a opened package of ham with a few pieces of ham.

This is an apartment‑style property, so there is no daily housekeeping, but the apartment itself is very spacious, modern, and beautiful. The location is extremely convenient for activities in the south of Mexico City. The units that face the interior courtyard are quiet and cozy, and overall the place feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Communication with the administration via WhatsApp is very friendly and efficient, and both check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy.

Housekeeping and change of bed linen and towels are only offered every eight days, which also creates a bit of a challenge for taking out the trash. Only one person is on site to attend to the whole building and there is no café or restaurant in the property. Parking is small, so there is not always enough space for all the cars, and the apartments facing the street are extremely noisy, making it hard to rest.

Me agradó la ubicación, el trato del personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones. Es exactamente lo que estaba buscando. Me respondieron siempre pronto a mis dudas y preguntas. Gracias también por el transporte del Aeropuerto al Hotel. Excelente servicio.

El personal de la recepción es muy amable y te reciben a cualquier hora ya que están ahí 24/7, el lugar increíble y muy limpio con todo lo necesario para tu estancia ya sea solo o con acompañante.

Estaría increíble que el check-in no fuera tan tarde, la chapa es un poco confusa de usar especialmente al momento de dejar el lugar.

La habitación muy amplia, muy completas las amenidades, los complementos en la cocina muy adecuados, se ve muy segura la colonia

Los espacios interiores del departamento son muy amplios y muy ventilados. El acceso, el servicio y el que cuente con estacionamiento está fabuloso. La terraza es para disfrutarse y desayunar.

Le hace falta aire acondicionado!!! Para Frío y para calor. En verano un horno, ponen ventilador pero no es suficiente o hay humidificador pero es un monstruo que hace demasiado ruido. En invierno hace mucho frío porque son ventanales grandes. Los departamentos que su recámara dan a la calle se debe de aislar del ruido.
