Very close to Seoul station. Room is big enough for one person without feeling crammed. Bed was also very comfortable

Good location, close to Seoul Station.

The tiniest room I have ever stayed in. There was no room to place suitcases or bags. The bathroom glass was practically see through and could see my travelling companion through the glass in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the shower was enjoyable.

Personal war freundlich, wies uns darauf hin das wir die Schirme ausleihen können (da es regnete). Zimmer war Sauber Ist zentral gelegen direkt am Bahnhof Seoul. Zimmer sind klein, reichte für die eine Nacht, hat kein Platz für 2 Koffer. Für westliche Verhältnisse ist der Dusch-/Toilettenraum gewöhnungsbedürftig, sowie aus Milchglas direkt neben dem Bett

The location was perfect, close to Seoul Station and subway entrance only down the hill, 2 minutes walk. The rooftop is nice, a view of Namsan Tower, table and chairs if you want to hang out up there. The bed was really comfortable. Also free coffee and tea in the basement was great for us.

The shower temperature was a little unpredictable. In the basement there were no spoons or anything to use to stir the coffee, which helps when it's instant coffee. The rooms are a little small, especially with big suitcases, but we made it work and for the price it's fine, it was cosy anyway.

People were drinking and making a lot of noise outside the hotel since morning. The smell of their cigarettes permeated the room.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a super convenient location opposite Seoul Station. Due to the pricing and the website photos, I honestly wasn't expecting much. But if you just need a small, comfortable room in central Seoul, then Hotel Ziyolk is a great option - especially if you are coming from the airport on the AREX train or you need to get anywhere on the train system. The room was spotlessly clean, bed linen was good quality and the bed / pillows were comfortable. The windows are double glazed, so when closed, I didn't hear any outside noise. Yes, its small but for one person travelling who doesn't need to hang out in the room all day, its pretty perfect. Lovely walk up the hill through Namesan Park (which is gorgeous in autumn) near good restaurants and the Namesan Markets and with a great shopping centre opposite. Reviews refer to walking up the hill with luggage, but this is literally a 20 meter walk after you've exited the station.

Shower towels are like hand towels. A larger size towel would be better!

Keine grossen Handtücher, kein WLan im Zimmer, Glaswand zum Bad, kein Lichtschalter am Bett. Dieses Hotel geht wirklich nur für den Notfall.

Uitslapen kan niet zoveel lawaai verschrikkelijk. Mijn dochter werd er zelfs wakker van.

숙소가 작은나 , 서울에 10만원대 숙소는 잘 없더라구요 위치만 생각하면 작은 방은 괜찬았어요

The only good thing is the location which is walking distance to Seoul station,but even that now is not good because there is construction site which start work at 5:10 at the morning and it's impossible to sleep

I am very disappointed from the places:First when I went there the pictures and the reality of the rooms are different because they was doing kind of refurbishment so some staff was missing,Second the bath tower are 60 on 40 cm which is tower for face but not for a shower,Third they was doing renovation and it was loud and messy everywhere...also opposite the hotel there is massive construction site which start at 5:20 and it's impossible to sleep....I wouldn't recommend it because there is much better hotels walking distance to the seoul station

On a steep hill so take caution if you have heavy luggage, old age, or with small children planning on walking. Location is very safe since it is right next to the police station. Easy access to transportation fron Seoul Station, bus or subway. Plenty of food and shopping options from Seoul Station. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is a bit outdated, our AC was leaking water. Overall, good place to stay.

Great location next to Seoul Station. No frills room, but very clean. Perfect for a one night stay, especially if you are catching a train in the morning or arriving late at night and need a place to sleep and shower.

It's not flashy, but it's fine and very cheap. Paid £33 the night before my one-night stay. The room was OK, but they oddly have a basket of small hand towels, and they don't provide bath towels. Also they have a basket of "free earplugs" on their reception counter which is concerning when you see it but it's because construction around there. There is a communal kitchen in the basement, meant to have free juice and tea but there was nothing when I was there. WiFi is fine. Basically, if you need somewhere quick and cheap to stay near to Seoul Station (which is where the rail to/from Incheon Airport goes), this is fine. Do finally note though, it's on a short but surprisingly steep hill.

Location is great right off Seoul Station! It was clean and comfortable. Very very small but for the price you pay- it’s worth it.

It was up a hill so it was a bit hard pushing suitcases up. It’s nice to be beside a police station but when u walk out the door- everyone is standing around smoking and staring at you walking up and down that hill, although no one ever bothered us.

This hotel is not that far from Seoul Station and it is quit easy to find when you have walked all the way inside Seoul Station and out of exit 10 under the ground. It is a small hotel to a decent price and the room was good. The bed was good too and the bathroom was ok, where you can take a nice shower after a long day. It also was a refrigerator in the room and the tv has some channels in english, so it is possible to watch a movie without dubbing.

The air conditioner had water leaking problem. You only can wash and dry your clothing 10am to 7pm, which are your sightseeing hours. The bathroom and the showing room combined to one room, so after you took shower, the toilet was all wet; Also, when one of your family is taking shower, you can’t use the restroom. Horrible experience!

Located near the main train station this is a no frills hotel that has a washer and dryer. Rooms are smaller, there is no front desk from 5-10 am. Good for a few nights they did have several business travelers

The rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily. Employees speak English well and are helpful with answering any questions about the hotel and area. Rooms are small but quite confortable.

It was perfect for what we needed. Close to Seoul station and plenty of places to eat.

Basic accommodation, close to Seoul station. But beware that it’s like a 15-20 minutes (indoor) walk from Seoul’s station and need to climb a big slope (outdoor). Not suitable for those with children or mobility issues. Hotel itself is alright, basic; Have a common area/ coffee room with fridge, washing machine etc.. Just behind police station, no need to worry about security. Neighbourhood is quiet, no food stalls/ restaurants close-by.

Great rooftop terrace - smoker friendly up there, kitchen in the basement with coffee and fridges.

Heating stopped working throughout the night and hall’s noise could be heard from the room easily. It did have all the amenities needed for the room (hand soap, towels, shampoo, hair brush, tooth brush).

Good location, tho beware, you need to walk uphill to reach this hotel. Keep that in mind of you need to bring heavy luggage. I did send I had no problem but keep that in mind. The room is not super big and comfortably enough for two people. Just don't expect room enough for four suitcases.
