Nothing! Regrettably, my second stay at this guesthouse was a complete disappointment. Had I known what to expect, I would have chosen different accommodations. The customer service and room quality were unacceptable. In all my time using Booking.com, this is the first negative review I have felt compelled to write. On top of that, the check-in process was completely unacceptable. Even though I was communicating with the owner via WhatsApp, they were entirely unhelpful and uncooperative, instructing me to figure things out from the entrance signage instead of answering my questions. On top of that, the room lock code is completely insecure—anyone could easily guess the passcode just by using the unit number. Highly ‘Not’ Recommended!

La ubicación es lo mejor. Si solo te quedas una noche porque vas a tomar el tren, no esta mal y el precio esta bien.

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero funcionan. El baño es bastante pequeño y uno mismo tiene que hacer la limpieza de los botes de basura.

La cama muy grande y cómoda. No había ruidos. Las personas que lo regenta muy amables

El cheking se hacía por medio de la tienda de conveniencia que estaba cerca. Ese dato deberían de haberme informado porque la llegada a la Gueshouse fue un poco locura porque nadie me decía nada. El abuelo que estaba en la Gueshouse se implicó bastante para que pudiera hacer el cheking a pesar de que solo hablaba chino. ¡Creo que ese dato es indispensable! Al final el abuelo nos llevó a la tienda de conveniencia e hicimos el cheking.

We had a hard time finding the location 🙈 a local finally helped us, after we went around in circles, but that's only a tourist thing.😅 I smelled mold, otherwise it was ok, pretty clean and organized. We had to go to a closed by store to check in. All together, alright stay.

Aunque la habitación y el baño estaban limpios, las juntas de la pared del baño estaban muy ennegrecidas debido a la condensación y, quizás, falta de mantenimiento. Aun así, tuvimos una estancia cómoda.

Location 400m away from to Seoul Station. Convenience store right downstairs. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable.

Check in should be earlier that 4pm, at 2pm minimum. It's not fair to the clients such a late check in.

The location was great, very close to Seoul station. The room was very clean. Comfortable beds.

The shower was cold, which would put me off staying again. Also the check-in experience was a bit strange: you got a print out at the local convenience store with access codes, and essentially checked yourself in. This meant there was no one to ask about issues such as the shower. Also, someone was trying to get into our room in the middle of the night, but clearly had the wrong code. I think they'd just made a mistake about which was their room, but it was a little scary.

The location

Unfortunately, the property was not clean or sanitary. I found a cockroach in the sink immediately after opening the door, and there was mold throughout the room. This made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place.

Clean, 5min from Seoul Station!

Muy cerca de la estación de tren, se puede ir andando y no se tarda más de 10 minutos. La habitación era muy amplia y contaba con todo lo necesario.

El check-in se hace en el GS25 que hay en la esquina y no hablan inglés. Estaría bien que se avisara esto antes ya que bajamos la cuesta con las maletas y tuvimos que volver a subir.

I believe we got an upgraded room, thank you for that. Great aircon, nice bedding, comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night, appreciated close proximity to arex/ktx.

Guesthouse was fine, but not much available for dinner in the neighbourhood, but thankfully GS had some filling snacks. Did not meet any staff.

Prima notte di appoggio per poi cambiare città quindi ci serviva un posto vicino alla stazione. Posto tranquillo e pulito, essenziale.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe an der Seoul Station gelegen, was extrem praktisch ist.

Leider hat das Bad geschimmelt. Und der Check-In erfolgt im Convenience Store um die Ecke was man aber erst erfährt, wenn man schon an der Unterkunft ist.

L'emplacement proche de la gare et du côté du train menant l'aéroport était vraiment agréable !

Notre arrivée était déroutante, on nous a dit de laisser nos affaires en attendant que l'appartement soit prêt sauf que l'endroit indiqué n'était pas fermé à clé. Finalement on nous a dit qu'il était possible de prendre la chambre tout de suite. Nous avons aussi dû récupérer les instructions pour entrer dans un convient store. Si le logement paraissait propre à première vue, la propreté laissait en fait à désirer : l'évier était plein de restes de nourriture, les draps étaient tachés et le siphon de la douche était bouché...

Posto da incubo, la peggior esperienza mai avuta su Booking. Per il check in nessuno ci ha accolti, siamo dovuti andare a prendere la chiave della stanza in un combini misterioso con una mappa stile caccia al tesoro, è stato difficile trovarlo, una volta trovato la struttura si presentava con bidoni della monnezza fuori dalla struttura con una puzza sconvolgente. Una volta entrati in stanza Scarafaggi e insetti sopra i letti ci hanno accolto, camera sporchissima con segni gialli sulle pareti, schizzi di dubbia provenienza ovunque. La doccia pare quella della terza classe nel Titanic, o usi il lavandino o usi la doccia e perde acqua da tutti i punti, c’è un umidità indegna con muffa e sporcizia in ogni angolino. Visto il disagio clamoroso, siamo dovuti fuggire dall’alloggio nel bel mezzo della notte perché uno scarafaggio camminava sopra al cuscino e abbiamo dovuto spendere altri soldi per un altro alloggio, abbiamo chiesto alla struttura un minimo di rimborso visto il disagio e la mancanza di trasparenza, dato che le foto e le descrizioni dell’annuncio erano completamente diverse con addirittura 4 stelle appresso, ma ci hanno risposto prima dei bot e poi l’host dicendo che non avrebbe risarcito i danni subiti. Uno scandalo, non auguro a nessuno di soggiornare in questo incubo di struttura a meno che non si debba scontare una pena divina. DISAGIO

The position

The building felt cheap, weird position of the furniture (the AC was right above our heads) and the shower space. Also, you apparently need to clean your own room before you leave ??

Everytjing was clean. For a night was super, because I had a transfer, so I didnt need more. Points I would lime to notice is that my room was in the top of the hostel, I think covered with wood. So when I first openned the door I felt like Gandalf fighting vs Balrog, so hot, like a sauna. So please, switch in the air conditioner maybe 10-15min before the guest arrive.

We stayed 1 night here and it was perfect for just that

Dormimos una noche porque teníamos que coger el tren temprano a la mañana siguiente. Por eso, bien. Si hubiera reservado más días, creo que no me hubiera quedado.

Limpieza baño. El moho del baño se quita con lejía (consejo) Para subir al segundo piso con una maleta de 20 kg se hace complicado. Nadie te recibe, tienes que ir a una tienda cerca donde te dan una hoja con.instrucciones. Había moho en las paredes. No sé, me costó barato y me hizo el apaño, pero no lo recomiendo.

地點方便，房東溝通迅速，房間寬敞，公共區域有飲水機可使用，整體來說很舒適。

需到附近超商拿紙條CHECK IN，單子上寫2樓，但其實在1樓，搬運行李多跑了一趟。

Close to Seoul Station. Our room was on the ground floor so we didn't have an issue with the carrying the luggage up the stairs.

To check in you have to go to the nearby convenience store. Sometimes there isn't the staff.

1. It was only 5-min walk to Seoul Station, on the AREX side with city terminal, making it very easy to travel between here and both ICN and GMP Airports! Definitely convenient for trains, metro, and KTX as well! 2. I slept so well each night with the comfortable bed. Room was big enough for me to even lie down on the floor with a giant suitcase open. 3. I told them there was hair in the drain pipe in bathroom, and they sent someone to clean it up the next day. It would be better if they asked permission to enter the room as some guests cared privacy and didn't want anyone to enter the room before checking out. I listed about many "dislikes" but I was even thinking about living here if I were moving to Seoul!

1. I found lots of parts with thick dust. Those parts weren't usually the focus of cleaning, but it would be much better if they were also taken care of. (For example, window frame, top of AC, top of light bulbs, the table where router was placed) 2. The instructions were not clear in the beginning, sometimes confusing. The washing machine and water heater was only in Korean, so I had to use Gemini to help me figure out. But after I knew how to use them, it was perfect. 3. The check-in instruction said Wifi password was above the TV, but it was actually on the side of a table. 4. There was a washing machine in the room but no dryer. It was okay in summer but could be very troublesome in winter, when clothes were thicker. 5. I heard that they placed all check-in instruction at entrance in the past, leading to security concerns. Now we had to take 0.5-min walk to a GS25 convenience store to get the check-in instruction. It could be annoying on rainy days. Why not just send them on the messages? 6. They asked us to wear slippers when entering the room, but many slippers were broken. 7. Plug of sink in my bathroom was broken. We could still use it, but it would be better if it could be replaced. 8. The bathroom was very small. Many people mentioned about it but I think it was okay as soon as I moved the tissue out of the bathroom. 9. Poor sound insulation. I could hear what was going on outside my room.

After a long flight from the US, I needed a good sleep. While resting, a man at the property knocked on my room to just place a wifi username and tape them on the wall. It was a bit strange and unsettling.

Отличное расположение, метро в 5 минутах ходьбы от станции метро. В доме круглосуточный магазин. Отличное сочетание цены и качества. Понравилось что комнаты спальные были разделены кухней.

Decent size apartment for such a central location, 5 minutes from airport train. Loads of wardrobe and cupboard space. Lots of amenities, everything clean and in good condition. In a very quiet street.

The hotel is within a 5 minute walk of Seoul Station, with an easy check in at the nearby GS25. The single room on the 3rd floor has access to the rooftop.

The stairs are a little steep, so take caution especially if going to the third floor.

Es war ziemlich hellhörig. In 5 Nächten Aufenthalt hatte ich wechselnde Nachbarn, manche waren bis 03:00 Uhr morgens aktiv und laut. Wegen der dünnen Wände habe ich wenig geschlafen.

Местоположение отличное, размер номера для кого-то может быть недостаточно комфортным, зависит от количества вещей.

Нам предоставили вместо двух номеров, 2 двухкомнатные квартиры (в каждой собственная кухня и 2 спальни с двухспальными кроватями). Кровати были очень удобные. На кухне была плита, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник и стиральная машина. В одной из квартир неприятно пахло канализацией, но когда начали пользоваться водой и проветрили, запах исчез. В здании с квартирами расположен продуктовый магазин, где надо регистрироваться при заезде у продавца. И основное здание и дополнительное находятся в 10 минутах пешком от вокзала Сеула, так что в отель очень удобно добираться. Вайфай работал хорошо. Ваная комната очень компактная с душем над раковиной, как часто бывает в Корее. Рядом с отелем есть несколько ресторанов.

Really convenient location, calm area. Good rooms, it was quiet and we slept well. All the basics were included. Possibility to do laundry and cook was really nice.

My room didn't have any place to hang a jacket etc, which would have been a good addition.

Très bien place près de la gare du métro et des bus. Propre quartier authentique.

La douche . On en mettait partout car pas de bac à douche . Les rideaux n étaient pas suffisamment occultant.

櫃檯沒有24小時 有需要服務的時候沒有人 大門沒有密碼鎖外人可以隨意打開 靠門口住一樓不太放心 浴室很乾淨 但格局問題很容易把地板弄濕不方便

No service as it is guest house. U can write what u want towels but not fullfill. U need to write email.

Très bien placé, proche de la gare. Coin sympa avec des bars et restaurants pas très loin. Fontaine eau et plusieurs petits électroménagers à disposition. Système de changement de serviettes très bien.

Peut-être proposer de la lessive ? Car difficile d'en trouver pour un lavage... Ou alors, c'est déjà possible et nous n'avons pas fait attention. Bouilloire cassée dans notre chambre mais c'est un détail. Toilettes salle de bain étroite mais ça va !

Non c'è una reception. Location diffusa. Problemi nell'individuare la stanza. C'è la ragazza del negozio che ti dà informazioni ma non può allontanarsi per accompagnare gli ospiti.

Clean room, great location, laundry machine, space in the room and very comfortable bad.

No dryer for clothes, our clothes was still wet after two days drying in our room.

L'emplacement

Nous n'avons pas eu le logement demandé (2 lits doubles et 2 lits simples). A la place nous avons eu 1 lit double et 3 lits simples. Nous étions 4, le 4e lit n'était pas fait. L'hôte m'a fait payer 60 euros pour les draps du 4e lit, en me disant que sinon on pouvait dormir à 2 dans le lit double. Juste une petite marmite 2 personnes et 1 poêle pour faire la cuisine. La porte d'entrée dans la résidence fait beaucoup de bruit.
