Chambre malheureusement un peu décevante : la propreté pourrait être améliorée et certains équipements sont vieillissants et mériteraient d’être rénovés. L’insonorisation est également assez faible, ce qui rend la chambre relativement bruyante et peut être gênant, notamment la nuit.

Gebouw niet goed onderhouden. Verf en behang bladert af, deuren sluiten niet meer goed, maar 1 stopcontact in de (bad)kamer. Er lagen geen lakens op het bed. Bij navraag aan de receptie vond men dit normaal. Moeten doorduwen om er toch te krijgen. Ze waren op en was behelpen met kleine. Personeel wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gebouw heeft gewoon wat meer zorg nodig en zou onmiddellijk ander gevoel zijn. Kleine details. Anders goed hotel.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé passer 2 jours dans cet établissement. Il est à l'écart de l'agitation de la ville dans une rue très jolie mais pas loin des endroits à visiter, des temples et des marchés. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Ubud.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026La ubicación es ideal para ir andando al centro, el palacio de ubud y el templo del agua. A unos 7-8 min andando. La calle es muy tranquila y por la noche puedes ir paseando no se escuchan los coches. En cuanto al desayuno puedes elegir entre 4 opciones esta muy bueno y el personal es muy amable.
En baño necesitaba una mejoría. No se pueden dejar las toallas y faltaría poner una balda para los jabones de la ducha.

Estaba asquerosamente sucio todo,una cosa es que sea humilde, y otra es que este sucio. Lo del baño no tiene nombre,hay telarañas, mocos, pelusas,pelos y otras sustancias no identificadas desde hace mucho tiempo,no es que sea un descuido entre cliente y cliente. Las sábanas...mejor ni lo comento. El personal de recepción es opuesto a lo que hemos visto fuera de este alojamiento en Bali, se ríen cuando comentas el estado de la habitación,actitud lamentable. Es un albergue, no un hotel, y la desidia se apodera de él. Salimos un día antes a un alojamiento mejor.

To say it was dirty is an understatement! I am not a clean freak or anything like that! I grew up camping and staying in res at school, and I have never felt the need to shower with sandals on. Until this place, the bathroom was so dirty! The toilet was all brown and stained, the seat was stained yellow and was even sticky 🤢 the shower was just as bad! Honestly I wouldn’t even want to was my dog in that shower it was so dirty and disgusting! The sheets were so full of stains that we decided to sleep without them and slept on our personal towels. Would 1000% not recommend this place as cleanliness is clearly not part of their vocabulary!

Location was excellent- perfect base if you want location and a base from which to explore. Rooms on booking.com may not be what you get so if want pool view/ground its extra- rooms shown were what we got but with a filter! corner room was great- so light-Basic but clean-would have liked bath towels aswell as pool towels- i would return as loved the experience xx
Breakfast wasn't as good as I thought it would be, fruit lovely, ask for eggs/bread without butter - no issue as lots of places nearby- just not to my taste- not a deal breaker imo

El baño encuentro que necesita renovación, la cortina de la ducha tenia hongos y por la noche entraban muchas muchas hormigas a la pieza.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Nous avons réservé 3 nuits, un hôtel à fuir, nous sommes arrivées la chambre n’était pas nettoyé, les draps et housse de coussins était sale, le sol était également sale, la salle de bain était malodorante, quand nous avons demander à changer les draps ont nous a dit demain pas aujourd’hui, on a dit qu’on allait partir, ils nous ont déposer les draps devant la chambre sans nous prévenir il l’ont pas fait eux même, le dernier matin où nous devions partir, a 8h pour le petit déjeuner ils étaient en train de nettoyer on a attendu 1h sans un bonjour nous sommes partit sans avoir déjeuner.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026location was unbelievable, for somebody who doesn't ride a scooter it was easy to walk to anywhere within the town. The room was spacious and staff was able to help with anything I needed. Great view of the temples from my balcony. For the price it exceeded my expectations.
I had a small problem with the aircon affecting my asthma but when I explained it to the staff they went above and beyond to give it a full clean as soon as I brought it up.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Très bon hôtel, joli, très nature, la chambre était très propre à notre arrivée et la clim fonctionnait bien. L’emplacement est très bien car il est en plein centre mais sans être dans une rue bruyante. Tout est accessible à pied en peu de temps.
Les petits déjeuners sont très bons mais pour certains plats les quantités ne sont pas suffisantes. L’ambiance n’est pas très familiale et le personnel pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux. La piscine est assez petite pour la taille de l’hôtel et il y a souvent du monde.

I have a mobility problem and so They put me in downstairs room in the one closest to the flat path to the laneway to ubud . Unfortunately Ubud itself is not mobility aid friendly and i left earlier than i'd booked for. They were also excellent help with this. This is a homestay and not a hotel it is unfair for people to expect hotel service. I had a lovely stay here. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable and wifi was good. Bed was comfy.
