Convenient location
Hilton attempted to charge me for parking in their lot with the excuse that another company was purchasing all the lots in the area. Toilet required you to hold the handle to flush, waited 45 minutes for breakfast, common restrooms were dirty. Decor is trailer park chic. Bathroom in room was dirty in corners and where floor met walls.
Clean, refreshing and modern
I will start by stating that the hotel itself is decent, clean and in a great town that is very picturesque. However, when we went down to breakfast, despite our booking coming with breakfast included, we were told by the lady serving that our room number was not occupied and nobody was in that room and they could not find my name on the system so we would have to pay for breakfast. I went all the way back to my room to check that I was not losing my mind and that we were definitely in there and using it. I went to reception, and spoke to Justin who informed me that we had not been checked in correctly the day before by his colleague, despite paying and being issued with room keys. The only saving grace was Justin agreeing to refund the breakfast cost and then authorising a full refund of the room cost as he could clearly see our frustration and disappointment. Mistakes happen but my real issue was the attitude of the person who served us at breakfast and being made to feel like we had done something wrong and were trying to gain freebies. I know you will see this, so thank you Justin for dealing with this professionally and promptly, however, as I told you at the time, my review would reflect my whole experience and not my dealings with you.
I had a great stay at the Graduate when visiting Oxford! Hotel is in a great location and stay was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant! I would definitely stay here when visiting Oxford especially if you want to visit downtown!
The prime location.
Lack of parking. And restaurant/Cafe on property
Came for my daughter's orientation- great value during the week. Tried to stay again for move in but the price was outrageous so we opted for a more budget friendly hotel! The staff was great, restaurant on rooftop was amazing. It has a great location, very clean and loved the esthetics!!
Location, staff, my dogs can stay too, price.
Shower was dirty. Towels not good.
It was so cool to be close to campus and within walking distance of cafes and shops, etc. The neighborhood was clean and quiet but fun. and the hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

Perfect location & extremely friendly & helpful staff! Especially Justin who helped me several times!
AC is a little hard to figure out but it worked well once I got it adjusted!
Workers were very nice
Rip off
Location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to town (across the street 😉). We loved our visit to Oxford and The Graduate is definitely the place to stay! Brodie was the best welcome as we walked in the door. The room was so cute, had a great bed, and was pet-friendly. Rooftop bar was fabulous and we were treated to a gorgeous sunset!
Nothing!
The hotel is beautiful, check in was great. I love the Graduate brand of hotels, we are actually currently on our way to another in another state as part of our trip. The room was clean and I love a good themed hotel. My only negative is the parking. I was told to scan and enter in our license plate to pay for parking when we checked in. Upon checking out after we left I got a $18 charge for parking for the night, I was pretty sure the sign said they would validate. When I called the front desk the woman was slightly rude when I inquired. She said no that it was on the guest to pay. I’m not going to raise a fuss over $18 but they could have been more clear about the parking situation. The only other thing was we did eat at The Coop. It was kind of confusing as far as do we seat ourselves or is someone going to seat us? Multiple people saw us kind of floundering and unaware and no one approached us to clarify. They all just kept going about their day. We also sat at our table for about 5-7 minutes before anyone brought menus. Otherwise once we got service and food it was good. I’d stay again but parking clarification and maybe a sign at the front of the restaurant to seat yourself would be useful for the future.
I love the location of this property and I love how over the top NICE every single staff member is. everyone that works at this hotel always has a smile on their face and is so happy to help me in anyway.
The inside of this hotel really needs to be updated. On the weekends where I am paying for a game weekend or parents weekend… I guess I'm hoping for a little nicer interior, higher quality towels, maybe add bathrobes in the rooms.
The rooms were nice and the location is very convenient.
The bracket to hold the shampoo and body wash on the wall was not secured. Also, parking is paid, which is fine, however, I did run into an instance in which I couldn't find a parking spot and had to pay to park at the garage on Jefferson, which was annoying.
Cute design. Beds very comfortable.
Bathroom towels were very rough. Needed to be more plush. No area to buy drinks or snacks. Bathroom shower caddy needed to be cleaner
Great hotel, rooms are showing age. Location is what you are paying for. Only a block off the square. My only advice is to avoid the Coop Bar and Restaurant on the 4th floor. The bartender Bryce is arrogant and rude. Definitely the entitled Oxford frat boy attitude. He ignores customers and acts like it’s a pain in the ass you are there. Everyone was closing out the tab after one drink.. way to many other options on the square get out and enjoy other bars restaurants.
Welcoming atmosphere! Connection to students at Ole Miss Attentiveness of the staff at check-in/out Affordable breakfast option
Friendly staff and great quality of fittings in all areas.
Localização excelente
Oa horários de café e bar pouco flexíveis
Best Hotel ever the staff was simply amazing. The rooms were super clean, and the food was perfect. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We had truly enjoyed our stay .
THE ONE when staying in Oxford. Lived up to our expectations of a Hilton experience! Great location...short walk to shops and restaurants. Safe, clean and pedestrian friendly. Hotel check in staff were welcoming and professional. Room was clean and comfortable.
A successful brand being rolled out by Hilton. The reception staff were delightful and professional. (Shirley in particular deserves a mention..👏). The whole look differs from other branded hotels…the designers are going for a funkier, urban look, think urban chic., with little colour. Very masculine. The rooms are a decent size, although the unpainted concrete ceiling in our room was ugly and unappealing, and the pictures on the wall were obscured by the TV…how is that possible…..?) Internally, the hotel was astonishingly quiet, although from around 6am, traffic noise built up. Downsides? Parking is $15, and the QR code lead system is absurdly time consuming and inefficient. The option of paying at the reception desk should be an option. The biggest negative for me was the design/occupancy of the large lobby. It was completely full of students working on t their laptops, which made it look like the Students union building. ( there is also a WiFi “dorm” option, which made me wonder if there is a significant number of rooms occupied by students) A decent hotel though. I’d stay there again.
The armoire in the room took up too much space, seemed out of place in room.
Over rated and over priced. The rooms at The Graduate-Oxford are extremely small and cramped. This hotel is in dire need for a remodel/update. When staying at The Graduate-Oxford the location is fantastic, (withing walking distance to The Oxford Square). The Graduate staff was exceptional, super courteous.
I was told $15/day for parking but charged $35 for 2 days. Other than that, everything was great. The staff was especially welcoming.
Great
Adorable. Beds could be upgraded but still ok. Food, service & location perfect.
Needs new paint and carpet. Musty smell in room and floors/walls are fairly beat up.
Best Customer Service Every single employee we encountered went above and beyond. The front desk, restaurants, breakfast bar, housekeeping— the happiest most friendly employees I have seen in a hotel. We had two meals there (dinner and breakfast) and they were both excellent. Try the chicken and biscuit for breakfast. Of course, you can’t beat the location.
Loved the roomd and loved that we could vring our pups!
Great stay
Room air conditioner unit made loud noise whole time And small fridge did not work.
We have stayed at the Graduate quite a few times while our daughter attends Ole Miss. We have always enjoyed the location and the rooftop bar. Over the past year or so I have noticed that the staff has really upped their game. Everyone from the front desk folks to the cleaning staff and mangers. Great experience and great location!
The absolute BEST stay! Our family very much enjoyed our stay and the staff is absolutely incredible & accommodating.
Friendly staff. Great place
Love to stay here. Close to anywhere I like to go!
Close to town & shops and restaurants
The bar on roof needs more shade in afternoon. Live music too loud for space . Really not needed. Acoustics make everyone shout to be heard. So noisy we left and went to a local bar up the street.
If you're looking for a time machine back to when decor meant "lovingly worn down by decades of procrastination," the Graduate Hotel in Oxford, Mississippi, is your spot. Imagine the charming scent of mildew and a freshly unwrapped gym sock greeting you at your room door, a true olfactory journey. Of course, the air conditioning is more of a theoretical concept than a functioning reality, and the bathrooms are delightfully reminiscent of a budget DIY project. But hey, they do have a cool lobby and a fun bar, so maybe that's supposed to make up for the rest. In reality, this place seems to thrive on its prime location and the fact that there's not much competition with its unique vibe nearby. But if you actually want a room that doesn't smell like a gym locker and has working A/C, maybe just head over to the Hampton Inn Oxford Convention Center. At least you'll get what you're paying for without the eau de mildew. Do Better!
The first room smelled strongly of wet dog, so I requested another room. The second room the couch was very dirty. This is very disappointing because we love this hotel and have stayed many times in the past year. I had wondered about their cleanliness in the past but brushed it off as good enough. This time I actually left the hotel. If they are going to allow pets then perhaps there needs to be a certain block of rooms for pets. It was very disappointing this time. I hope they can fix this issue. The staff is very friendly and I love the location.
Room smelled like pet/ dog. Mentioned and nothing was done to try and switch me to another room at all.
Staff super friendly. Rooms very cozy.
My room initially smelled of bad body oder. Eventually dissipated.
Great location lovely staff
Shower door was broken. Do not disturb sign was missing.
Terrible smell and room was dirty
Location
Out of coffee for the rooms, my bathroom and room were dirty upon arrival, housekeeper rude, front desk and the rest of the property staff amazing except guy working the The Cabin.
The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and go out of their way to accommodate. The rooftop bar is a great spot to overlook the square and have a drink. I love all the couches and comfy chairs in the lobby to relax with a coffee or just catch up on work. This location is one of the nicest Graduate hotels I’ve stayed in.
Nothing. It is perfect.
Open, clean, nice
Paying for parking. It's a joke.
Nice staff!
The room, building and staff were all top shelf. Highly recommend it.
Graduate is a great hotel- lobby and rooms are comfortable and inviting. Location is great for the square or for campus. Shirl at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. She will do anything she can to help you. She is the bright star in this establishment. I gave this hotel 4 stars due to the price being a bit high and now a parking fee added to that high price. I understand location has to do with this price, but parking was free a few months ago.
It was ok. AC wasn’t working and didn’t get help from staff to resolve.
Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean/comfortable. Breakfast food in hotel restaurant was delicious.
Most comfortable beds!
Beautiful hotel. Very happy
Beautiful
Workout room lacks recumbent bike
Adorable hotel in a great location close to the Square and campus. Staff was wonderful!
This hotel was suggested by a waitress in Memphis - we were so glad to stay at the Graduate in Oxford! The hotel was cheerful and decorated well. Room was spacious and clean. This is our new favorite spot, and hope to visit more Graduates in the future.
Awesome location, great decor and every staff member was friendly and helpful!
We stayed here during a recent visit to Ole Miss. It's a really nice hotel, with a good location. The rooms are very large. A bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The night prior, I had stayed in the Graduate in Auburn, Alabama. That hotel had much more of an Auburn University theme versus the Graduate in Oxford. But, it was a nice hotel, and I'd definitely stay here again.
I enjoyed seeing students studying downstairs my daughter is incoming freshman
Great stay in a great town
We had a great time! What a fun eclectic hotel!
Always love staying in The Graduate hotels
Good
The best !
Highly recommend
So close to the square!!!
Great service. We liked our stay!
Great location. Friendly staff. Rooftop bar was nice as was the breakfast.
