As good as any Hampton Inn.

Biggest complaint - the hot water for tea was always lukewarm

Every member of the Staff was delightful - Especially Emily the night Desk person

i was a little sad that the pool was closed for a water heating system issue, but truth be told we were probably too tired to use hot tub/pool anyway

It was very loud and we couldn't sleep. Our room was nonrefundable, but it was so bad we checked out two days early.

I can’t say anything good about this property because we were unable to stay here.

We booked everything using booking dot.com no problems paid upfront and had all my conformations. Went to check in the Manager forgot to accept our booking. They told us they were completely booked and we had to leave and contact booking dot.com. We were 13 hrs from home.

I thought the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed it. We did not enjoy the parking. It was very, very full almost every single night that we had to park and the trashes were overflowing outside.

We were in the hotel for 11 days, which is fine but some of the people around us above us so our next was really, really, really loud banging and thrashing around

Not much. Couldn’t sleep in the morning. The room where breakfast was served was directly above us and the noise from the chairs scrapping on the floor was very loud. The breakfast was reheated omelette and sausage Patty.

Great friendly service

Nice big room, very clean. Lots of outlets and places to charge things. A stand on both sides of the bed was great. A lot of places only have it on one side. The bathroom was large and big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Plenty of toiletries. Beautiful view out of our 5th floor window in the morning. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. The indoor pool was a nice way to end the evening. Plenty of parking space. Tons of antique shops and flea markets in the area. The staff was friendly.

The towels could have been softer. There was a microwave available in the lobby, but it would have been much more convenient in the room.

We were very impressed with design features in the spacious room. The room was designed with convenience and comfort in mind.

Would like to have seen basic black tea available. There were lots of fancy teas, but all were flavored or herbal. Hint: Red Rose Tea is a great basic brand praised by many I serve at church dinners and coffee hours.

The people here always make the visit exceptional. From the gal at check in, (nice to see a familiar face), breakfast and check out, everyone here is super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic as our main reason for the visit was the casino, which is a short walk across the street.

The only deficiency was there was not any shampoo in the shower.

The fact they basically put everyone in the front of the hotel on the 1st floor,it snowed that night and you couldn’t sleep thru the clean up noise.

The room was wonderful, very clean and everything I am looking for in a room when I stay out. Front desk staff during check in where wonderful.

I arrived rather late around 10pm. Was attending a wedding reception, did not return back to the room till 3am. At 10:30am we were woken up by someone knocking on our door and entering our room... as soon as i said excuse me they left. Called front desk asked for a later check out they said we can do 11:30am and that's the best they can do. At 11am we received a call on our room phone. It was the gentlemen I had spoken to 30 mins ago asking if we wanted another night. I said I just talked to you about checking out at 11:30am. He was apologetic..... but come on guys!! When I left there was 3 cars in the parking lot you can not have been that busy. Also the walls are very thin we heard the vacuum all morning, at one point it sounded like it was n our room. As someone in the hospitality industry this hotel did not meet my needs. It could be a wonderful place but for the price and how we were woken up so many times in the morning it was not to our standards. I have been calling to try and speak with someone in regards to this experience. In hopes of a refund or a free night...anything those shows they care about there guests. But so far no one has reached out to me. Id love to here from someone in management that can help with this issue.

The pool was down and we were not informed until we checked in. The only reason we picked this hotel was for the pool as it was about 40 minutes away from where we actually wanted to be.

There was no one at the desk when I arrived, and waited a long time for someone to show up. Turns out, had I been any later, there would have been no one there, despite my noting arrival time on Booking.com.

We liked the ability to be close to the exit and on the ground floor.

There were a few things involving the bathroom. Not unclean just defects in trim paint and lack of dusting and wiping down the edging and ceiling.

Our room # is 310. The main disappointing parts we found total of 8 ladybugs on the ceiling, wall, and the bed, which is the first time we have ever met so many insects in a hotel room.

We actually killed some of them when we entered the room, and found more in next morning.

The staff member who checked us in was engaging and funny. She made us feel very welcome!

This property is nearby many good restaurants, and fast food restaurants. It is also right across the street from a casino, which is nice for those who want to test their luck. Overall great spot and great hotel/service.
