Room was very comfortable and the views great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great selection of local restaurants close by.

Lovely place. Right on the beach. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was good.

Lots of ants in the room and the bathroom does let in lots of sand flies. It would be great if there were fly screens because then you could leave the doors open to let the breeze through. Ceiling fans would be a great addition as well.

Wifi不到一个小时就需要登录一次，否则就断网，我的朋友没法随时联系到我，只能我登录wifi才能对外联系。好像我没找到冲水的水源，我被迫把脚上的沙子带进房间。

I loved the room & the bed, big balcony, tiered room, raised platform bed & step down into a little seating area w a couch made it seem more like an apartment than hotel. It was small but cozy. Bed was excellent. Clean, close to beach & very quiet. Restaurant was really good & staff was really nice, helpful & friendly!

The wifi was constantly interrupted. I was entering username & password every time I touched my phone - which I guess considering the location (middle of the ocean) might be expected?

Reception closes early, Breakfast was ok, I guess because it was low season.

We were welcomed with a complimentary welcome drink and friendly helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned each day if requested. You were also left with fresh towels regardless. It was my partners birthday and the staff offered to decorate the room with some of the local flowers which I thought was a lovely and caring response. She greatly appreciated it.

Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut.

Das Meer direkt vor dem Hotel ist voller Steine,, hohe Verletzungsgefahr. Aber ca. 500 Meter weiter bei den drei Strandbars kann man ohne Probleme ins Wasser gehen. Laut Aussage eines einheimischen der beste Strandabschnitt auf Koh mak. Schlechtes WiFi bricht immer wieder ab.

Daa ganze hotel braucht eine renovation ansonsten ist die Anlage schön und ruhig gelegen.

de locatie was ongezien prachtig en we hadden een huisje met zicht op zee, dus dat was echt heerlijk. Ook de plek waar je kunt ontbijten is fantastisch, naast de pier en het strand

de kamers/faciliteiten/infrastructuur is heel erg gedateerd en op het randje van versleten de lakens waren niet van katoen, maar een synthetisch materiaal dus dat is echt niet ideaal in zo'n warm en vochtig klimaat

L’hôtel se situe sur la route principale avec les restaurants sympathiques et proche des jolies plages. Ils proposent la location de scooter à 200bath la journée. Proposent également un transfert en voiture à 20 bath / personne entre le port et l’hotel.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons vu que les draps et la couette étaient plein de tache jaunâtre… nous avons demandé de les faire changer, mais idem, d’autre taches ! La texture des draps sont étranges, font transpirer. Il n’y a pas de serviettes pour les mains / visage. La salle de bain devrait être rénovée de A à Z ! L’eau du robinet sort de tout les côtés, les tuyauteries sont toutes rouillées, l’eau sur le sol de la douche ne s’écoule pas bien et reste sur le sol de la douche. Il n’y a pas d’étendoir dehors pour les serviettes de plage et vêtements… Le petit déjeuner et le café est sans intérêt. La WI-FI ne fonctionne pas bien et se coupe très régulièrement et la 5G n’est pas captée dans la chambre.

Trevligt ställe som ligger nära till huvudgatan med gott om restauranger och annat. Personalen är väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. Frukosten är helt ok! Vi har bott 3 gånger på detta hotell 😊

Rigtig god morgenmad. Skønt stort værelse - meget rent. Hotellet ligger ved en mindre gade, med restauranter, kiosker m.v. Der er adgang med speedbåd direkte til hotellets badebro fra Koh Kood og Koh Chang. Ellers tilbydes shuttle til billig pris. Har egen el-bil.

Desværre skylles meget affald op på nærliggende strand. Hotellet gør hvad de kan for at rydde op. Længere henne flyder det med affald på stranden - en skandale for øen.

Beautiful location with easy access to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Probably the best hot shower I’ve had on any of the islands.

The swimming pool wasn’t great. The rooms were OK but could do with modernising. The bar was closed during our stay.

Die Lage vom Resort war gut und das Personal wie in Thailand üblich sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel selber hat die besten Tage längst hinter sich die Zimmer sind sehr alt,und hellhörig das Badezimmer naja. Der Pool war nicht zu benutzen weil er ständig gekippt ist . Der Strand war vermüllt und das Frühstücksbüfett sehr eintönig,der Kaffee quasi ungenießbar.

Die Lage war super. Das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel (die Häuser) sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Möbel sind definitiv auszutauschen. Der Lack splittert von den Möbeln ab.

Großes Zimmer, tolle Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereitet Personal.

Es gibt einen Fernseher im Zimner, doch leider funktioniert das Kabel-TV nicht, außer ein Teleshopping-Sender. Strand voll mit Treibmüll, den keiner wegräumt.

Gebucht hatten wir wegen des schönen Gartens am Meer.

Der Strand schmutzig und voller Unrat, es ist genügend Personal vor Ort, kaum jemand fühlt sich berufen, den Strand zu reinigen, zu bemerken ist hier die Lage der Insel in der Bucht von Siam, der ständige Nordwind treibt den Unrat an die Stände der Inseln. Das Hotel hatte wohl schon bessere Zeiten, insgesamt macht es einen stark renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Die Strandtücher… entsalzenes Wasser in der Dusche, eigentlich sind wir schon vieles von Thailand gewöhnt. Trotz aller Kritik, die Mädchen in der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, unsere 2-3 Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt

Eigentlich nichts, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wirklich nicht erwähnenswert sind.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Leider ist das auch alles.

Schmutzig und Schimmel in der Klimaanlage welche übrigens viel zu schwach ist. In einer Woche wurde nicht einmal die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen, nach wenigen Metern im Wasser wird es steinig. Habe schon schönere Strände in Thailand erlebt, z.Bsp. Koh Chang und Koh Kood. Im Eingang befindet sich eine Müllhalde.

The bed was comfortable, the location was fab—right on the beach—and it’s close to lots of local bars and restaurants. We easily rented a golf cart from reception and the staff were super helpful.

The property is a bit dated and could use an update. We had one of the rooms towards the back building that faced the road and got a bit of noise as a result. Rooms closer to the beach were far more enclosed on the property.

Schöner Strand Bungalow mit Meerblick. Fähre, Schnorcheln usw. Konnte problemlos an der Rezeption gebucht werden. Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren am Strand/ Gras verfügbar. Lage war ganz gut, viele Restaurants und Minimarkets waren fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem war es bei den Bungalows sehr ruhig. Wasser, Handtücher gab es jeden Tag neu. Frühstück war ok, nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht schlecht.

Strand bzw. Meer leider nicht so toll, teilweise steinig. Bettwäschebezug passt bei den Temperaturen überhaupt nicht, ehr unangenehm beim schlafen.

Es la 4 vez que venimos a esta isla, El personal muy amables y simpáticos , atentos a lo que necesites, alquilan carros de golf para 4 personas en el mismo resort , para familia con niños estos es súper , La ubicación es excelente , que tengan 2 habitaciones separadas con baño privado es perfecto , hermosos atardeceres desde la playa o el muelle del hotel, las vistas desde las habitaciones al mar , jardín super cuidado y verde, El desayuno es buffet libre muy abundante, nos vamos conformes 😉🫶

Como en casi todo thailand, la limpieza profunda escasea, en regla general bien, pero no limpian los baños a fondo ,la limpieza es superficial

This was good quality resort and the best part is very central location on the busiest part of the island. Many facilities are only a short walking distance away. The hotel beach was nice too.

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte eine Seaview-Villa. Sehr abgewohnt, man hat sich damit arrangiert. Das schlimmste allerdings war die Polyester-Satin Bettwäsche. Das Ambiente in dem Hotel ist auch etwas „schmuddelig“, schon beim Eingangsbereich hat man das Gefühl, man befindet sich nicht in einer Hotelanlage.

Apartamenty wymagają odnowy, klatka schodowa i korytarze były brudne. Basen był bardzo brudny, dodano do niego ostrej chemii akurat chwilę przed naszym przyjazdem, po czym skóra najbardziej u dzieci była podrażniona i czerwona

I dont like anything about it .First night asked to get fresh sheets as there were stains on ours from who knows where.

Kulahtanut ja likainen resorttialue. Huoneet kaipaisivat päivitystä. Ei erillisiä käsipyyhkeitä… kaikki pinttyneen likaisen oloista. Suihkusta tuli vettä kehnosti. Kolme kertaa koko vesi oli katki huoneestamme! Ei mitään hyvitystä. Aamupala suppea ja kahvi huono. Ranta ei ollut myöskään kummoinen.. korallia ajautui paljon ja oli hieman hankala kulkea.

Lokalizacja super wszędzie blisko i można dojść piechotką .

Brudna pościel ,łazienka wymaga remontu szczególnie kabina prysznicowa zagrzybiala .Pokoje hotelowe położone na piętrach więc trochę ciężko było się poruszać szczególnie z bagażami ,my dostaliśmy na 3 piętrze.Dobrze że byliśmy tylko 1 noc bo na dłużej nie chciałabym się zatrzymać w tym hotelu .

Fantastic location, the staff were great, Wow and her crew were all wonderful! We stayed in beach house and loved it, can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it. The Wifi was not great, kept dropping off, but they were working on this as we left, so assuming it is all good now!

Not a deal breaker, but the beach towels were all thread bare.... could use new ones!

Good location and large rooms. Breakfast was included and great value. Staff all very smiley. Pool option seemed good for kids and rooms nicely designed. It has some slightly old air con units but staff fast to help any issues.

Porter to our rooms was a little rude and didnt help with my items even though I was obviously struggling. Bed was a little too hard.
