keadaan fizikal dlm bilik dh usang formeka bnyak dah terkopek.. pintu bilik 345 ketat susah nak buka.. kami check in pukul 3ptg.. tuala 6.30 ptg baru sampai lps call 2 kali...kena tggu 30 minit baru tuala smpai.. blh improve perkhidmatan ini.

I think the rooms could be maintained better - the entry door and lock, some lights not working, TV difficult to ON, more drinking water, the soap not great, the AC blowing directly on the bed - don't like; the curtain rails and sliding need upkeep; location was good for my needs - not a lot of F&B options in the area; I have stayed for 6weeks running - I am surprised now that the price has increased;

Cleanliness and service … No toilet mat, no tooth brush , the pool was unused n green in colour which invite alot of mosquitos very dangerous for kids and the room quality is worse than a budget hotel …the bathroom stink badly n unpleasant staff too whom don’t understand basic hospitality communication

The staff are rude. Arrogant. Racist. No lift. Poor internet connection. No Water heater. Aircond lousy. Swimming pool under construction for years. There is nothing good about this hotel. Think twice if you want to book even for 1 day.

Overall service was bad. I ordered buffet for Ramadhan. The prawn used was old and the soup too salty. It was terrible. The cafe staff name Sabri, refuse to arrange our dining table into one long row because it will be difficult for the cafe team to do cleaning. I lost my wallet. I call up the front table. Mr Faiz told me that if the lost is more than 2 days, it is considered lost. I have to force him to double check. Obviously, the staff running this hotel will endure loyal customer like me, will STOP GOING TO HOTEL SERI MALAYSIA!!!

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026What made my stay pleasant was the excellent service from the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude really made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest.
I was a bit disappointed with my stay. The room looked old and not very clean, especially the bathroom. The facilities also need better maintenance. I hope the management can improve the cleanliness and upgrade the rooms.

The toilet. The smells is terrible. Need to do something with the sewerage system. If you open the toilet door, the smells overpower inside room too. Maybe just for this room they need to do something
