Reviewed Sep 6, 2026I booked & specifically requested 2 single beds but instead I got a double bed. From the 14th floor, I went to the reception and had to ask for the change of room. It's troublesome.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Staff were very kind, courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, we had an issue with the Air Con but the staff solved it quickly. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel and I will come again.
Air didnt work on our first arrival but the staff quickly resolved the issue.

It’s an eco-friendly hotel and the breakfast at Sukkah has a wide selection of food and beverages. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are coming on business trip or for a vacation.

Reviewed May 16, 2026We stayed here due to the hotel's proximity to the airport. The hotel is surrounded by really good and interesting food options so that made the stay even better. I was really impressed that they offer a mattress topper if you find the chiropractic mattresses to firm. A call to housekeeping had the topper on in minutes! Staff were friendly and eager to help.

The hotel is green hotel, with purpose of improvement life environment. Therefore, it encourages customers avoid to use a lot of plastic items. I feel comfortable when stay here.

The air conditioning worked well and had easy-to-set personal controls. Cleaning was done every day. It could be noisy at times, and I could hear people closing doors or talking. An average breakfast was offered, but it was tasty. Plenty of food places are located next to the hotel.

The exit of the car park may raise some difficulties for customer, it need a really sharp u-turning to exit the carpark. One of the cafe is under renovation during the visit, hope to get a chance to revisit again in future.
