When in Rome a great choice if needing to be close to the station for easy access to all main sights and easy to get the train or bus to airports.

We arrived about 9:15pm, but nobody was at reception. The main door was closed so couldn’t gain access. The hotel didn’t reply to my message or answer the phone. Luckily another guest let us into the reception area which was air conditioned. But still no response from my messages to the hotel and again didn’t pick up their calls. In the end I had to go back down stairs to another hotel and they called someone who eventually turned up, to check us in. No apology nothing.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Wir waren vier Tage vor Ort und die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren renoviert, klimatisiert und sehr sauber, hatten wie in jedem Hotel normale Gebrauchsspuren. Es ist ein liebevoll geführtes einfaches Hotel. Das Frühstück war auch lecker. Es liegt im zweiten Stock. Preis-Leistung ist top. Beide Damen (Mutter und Tochter) vor Ort waren wunderbar und haben uns super Tipps für Essen, Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir werden Sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und beim nächsten Besuch wieder bei Ihnen das Zimmer buchen.
Das Hotel ist im zweiten Stock, der Aufzug vor Ort ist nach paar Treppen erreichbar und eng. Es können nur zwei Personen in nutzen.

Les petits-déjeuners sont très copieux et les locaux sont très propres. L’emplacement est idéal et très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Ce qui a fait le petit plus, c’est que la personne en charge du petit-déjeuner nous l’a préparé la veille, car nous partions tôt. C’est une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir !

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026El personal se comunicó conmigo en español, así que si sienten un poco de temor por no hablar inglés a la perfección ésta es una opción muy buena, además de ser muy amables. Al estar tan cerca de la estación Termini moverte en transporte público es una muy buena opción ya que comunica con una línea que abarca gran parte de los sitios turísticos de Roma.
El personal no está en el hotel todo el tiempo pero tienen un número de whatsapp por el que te puedes comunicar, así que se compensa.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Μου αρεσε που ηταν πολυ καθαρο το δωματιο, το καθαριζαν καθημερινα. Επισης το προαωπικο ηταν παντα χαμογελαστο και οποτε χρειαστηκαμε κατι ηταν προθυμοι να μας βοηθησουν. Νιωσαμε ασφαλεια και πολυ φιλικα στον χωρο εκει, σαν μια οικογενεια
Το μονο που δεν μου αρεσε ηταν το μεγεθος του δωματιου που ηταν μικρο και το ντουζ επισης για να κινουμαστε πιο ανετα. Η τοποθεσια λιγο μακρια απο το κεντρο...αλλα συνηθισαμε κ πηγαιναμε με τα ποδια οπου θελαμε.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Śniadanie typowe włoskie - głównie słodkie, ale bardzo dobre, pyszna kawa, dostarczane codziennie do pokoju. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko dworca skąd dostaniemy się praktycznie wszędzie, w uroczej kamienicy. Wokoło restauracje i sklepy z "normalnymi" cenami. Personel bardzo miły i super pomocny, łatwy kontakt, można zostawić bagaż w depozycie w dniu wyjazdu za drobną opłatą co bardzo nam się przydało. Pokój dość mały, ale czysty i świeży, codziennie sprzątane, z klimatyzacją. Nam trafił się z uroczym balkonem :) Bardzo wygodnie łóżko i materac.
Ulica troszkę hałaśliwa od samego rana przy otwartym oknie, ale nic w tym dziwnego, trzeba to zaakceptować wybierając pokój w takiej lokalizacji. :)

I was allowed to pay the city tax only in cash. Around are the cash-mashines only with high fees and comissions. If you come - dont use ATMs from Euronet. (Unlucky i had no other choice) And they say on website check out is at 11 but they told me its important to leave the room at 10:30 with no explanation. And they told me at 10 Am That morning 😀

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026El desayuno es bastante generoso y te lo llevan a la habitación, la ubicación es muy buena, queda todo a mano porque está muy cerca de la estación central de Roma, la habitación un poco pequeña pero suficiente para estar unos días, tenía una bonita terraza.
El edificio donde está el hotel es bastante viejo, el ascensor es muy pequeño, poca iluminación en la calle al volver por la noche, el barrio es muy turístico y no me pareció para nada inseguro.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Termini station, good air conditioning in the room, there is a very good breakfast, if necessary, you can order a transfer to the airport.

It’s important to keep things in perspective. I paid over 135 euros per night. This is a one-star hotel. For that price, you’d expect a higher standard of quality, even during Rome’s peak season. - The room was extremely small - The breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day (no hot food, just bread and pastries) - The bathroom light caused a short circuit when I first entered the room. They fixed it in the afternoon. - The elevator didn’t work on two of the four days I was there.

Reviewed May 26, 2026La ubicacion del hotel a pocas cuadras de la estacion termini y de la plaza hace que sea un lugar super para hacer conexiones con los demas lugares, con respecto a la habitacion es justa para pasar unos dias, comoda y linda vista desde el balcon.
El baño es un poco chico pero nada grave.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Room was smaller than expected, room and bathroom were clean, the Hotel was in a very noisey area and we were often woken up by noise outside, the Hotel is I think aimed at students and there was a lot of noise from upstairs rooms. The breakfast was basic, just pastries coffee and yoghurts although very tasty, but it would of been nice to have had a choice of what to eat
Lack of choice of breakfast items, outsidde noise and inside noise.
