Termini istasyonuna çok yakın. Roma otellerin kalabalık olduğu bir vakitte standart tek kişilik yer ayırttım. Vardığımda resepsiyondaki görevli rahat etmem için çift kişilik odayı bana versi. İlave ücret almadı. Yatakta gerçekten rahat uyudum. Müşteri memnuniyeti öncelik olmasından dolayı ilave puan ekledim. Çok teşekkürler.

Beh, è stato uno dei soggiorni più brevi e peggiori della mia vita...a parte la dimensione della stanza, e quello può anche passare, ma tutto lo stato della camera era trasandato. Il bagno minuscolo, nel quale purtroppo ho dovuto fare una doccia cercando di non pensare a dove mi trovavo. Inoltre e soprattutto, al mattino ci siamo risvegliati con cocciole e pizzicore in tutto il corpo...solo dopo abbiamo capito che molto probabilmente si trattava di cimici dei letti... Diciamo che per una stanza del genere, fino a pochi anni fa avremmo pagato la metà (se non di meno) di quanto effettivamente pagato. Però la sorpresa nel letto non è comunque accettabile per nessun prezzo...

Close to Termini Station

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Fenicia Rome was extremely disappointing. The biggest problem was the noise, which made it almost impossible to sleep. At around 2 a.m., loud metal doors banging in the corridor repeatedly woke us up. On another night, the sound of water running through the pipes from the floor above was so loud that it woke us between 4 and 5 a.m. The rooms were also extremely small and cramped, including the bathroom, with barely any space to move. Both rooms were in poor condition and unattractive. The window faced an inner courtyard where people hung laundry to dry, so there was no pleasant outside view. However, these issues were secondary compared with the lack of sleep. There were no drinking glasses in the room—only an empty glass holder in the bathroom. Although the hotel advertised room service, no glasses were ever provided, even after we requested them. We were also charged €70 in city tax, but when we asked for a receipt, the staff refused to provide one and told us it would be sent by email. It never arrived. Overall, the service was very poor, the rooms were uncomfortable, and the noise made the stay unacceptable. This may be a two-star hotel, but I would recommend avoiding it if you can afford to stay somewhere else.

Muy limpio, tranquilo, habitaciones espaciosas, camas muy cómodas y muy bien la localización. El personal muy amable y atento.

Good location, good for one night

Habitacion con baño privado, todo pequeño, pero es un hotel de estación, son esos accesorios que necesita un turista para pasar una noche y seguir viaje. No se si para una estadía en Roma de varios días seleccionaría este hotel.

Fueron unas pocas horas de uso, llegada, dormir y partir. Todo fue perfecto.

Really helpful host

Location was very good and safe for catching an early bus to the airport. Comfortable bed, fridge and 2 free bottles of water.

In room 307, the air conditioner was very noisy making it hard to sleep. The toilet is tight to get to around the sink and the shower hose is leaking a lot.

The location was great easy to get around and sightseeing. Rome train and bus station one block away. Rome has a lot of old building so hotel is vintage

The bed is really hard like a rock or at least for 2 single beds room. I woke up with sore back and shoulders.

Very good position and very kind staff. They upgraded my room with a bigger one available, which was nice of them. Reception always open, which is useful if you arrive late. Good price for value.

I wasn’t expecting much for a hotel near Roma Termini but I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is located within a building, so after checking in you’ll go through another locked corridor. The staff were very friendly and the facilities worked well ( cold aircon, hot shower). The chocolates and water bottles were a nice addition. The building was quiet and I couldn’t hear noise from the street. I would happily stay here again if I need a room near termini. It’s a very quick walk from the station to the hotel, 5 mins max. *note that the elevator is very small—-can fit one person and a suitcase at a time.

There are obviously better neighborhoods to stay in Rome, but if you need to stay near the station this is perfect!

A great place to stay if you want to explore Rome. Just a stone’s throw from Termini railway station. There are plenty of bars and shops in the area. The room itself was very clean and tidy.

Creepy tiny lift.

It's a very old building with a small elevator that's not suitable for carrying luggage. It's good for a very old hotel and works well. They don't have an iron, which is a big deal, but they have a fridge and they provide mineral water for you. I definitely won't go there again. You can't call it a hotel; it's an old apartment that has room for a night.

Sono molto preoccupata per non trovo dei gioielli di oro. Mi Sto informando se per caso è da me , la Marche. Adesso mi trovo in America. E i gioielli non sono arrivati tutti con me. Gli faccio sapere prestissimo.

Sotto il letto era molto sporco di polvere. Il bagno era pulito.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de metro de Roma Termini. El personal estuvo súper atento y guardaron mis maletas hasta la salida de mi vuelo.

Pienso que deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones. La ropa de cama estaba sucia y había muchísimo polvo en la habitación.

Номер соответствует всем фото и описаниям. Номер не большой но порадовала большая удобная кровать, удобные подушки. Чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Мы приехали немного раньше и нас заселили, что снова же не может не радовать) Телевизор с ютубом 🤩

It’s a very good place for a short stopover in Rome. Cheap, clean, 5 minutes walk from Termini, with polite and helpful staff.

V hoteli sme strávili 1 noc. Ubytovanie malo všetko potrebné. Izba bola menšia, no útulná, posteľ za nás pohodlná. Prítomná aj funkčná klimatizácia, čo bolo pre nás veľmi potrebné, nakoľko bolo vonku 38 stupňov. Kúpelňa čistá. Lokalita ubytovania perfektná - asi 2 minúty peši od hlavnej stanici Termini. Pán na recepcii veľmi milý a ústretový.

Ubytovanie sme potrebovali hlavne na prespatie, takže žiadne výrazné nedostatky sme nespozorovali. Jediné, čo sme si všimli, bolo malé množstvo zástrčiek. Pri nočných stolíkoch sme zástrčky nemali, takže sme si chodili nabíjať mobily do kúpelne.

As a Single person I had small room but it had a double bed which was nice . Good value for what I paid for it . The hotel was clean and very accessible to buses and trains and shops etc . Friendly staff .

No breakfast option , was woken on second night as reception very close to room . But I suppose that can't be helped as small hotel ..also shower was quite small . But despite that I would recommend this place .

Ci è piaciuto tutto sin dal primo momento! Il proprietario ci ha aspettati all’ingresso per il check-in, nonostante fossero già le 21, ci ha accompagnati in camera e spiegato tutto con grande disponibilità e gentilezza. La camera era pulitissima, confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è davvero comodissima, a due passi dalla stazione Termini, con tantissimi ristoranti, negozi e bar proprio sotto la struttura. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e un’ottima esperienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

A localização é muito boa. Fica literalmente ao lado da estação de trem. Caso você chegue de avião a Roma pode pegar a condução para Roma-Termini e você estará ao lado. É um ótimo custo benefício para quem só deseja dormir e passear o dia inteiro. Ao entorno tem vários restaurantes muito bons, inclusive um brasileiro ao final da rua. E o ar condicionado funciona muito bem! Além de ter uma estação de metrô e ônibus dentro da estação.

O hotel é apenas um andar do prédio. Na primeira impressão causa um pouco de desconforto e de insegurança. Mas há um porteiro 24 horas. Assim como a rua também da sensação de insegurança, mas no terminal bem perto há muitos policiais e o exército sempre presente.

Personale accogliente. Ambiente buono per brevi soggiorni. Gradita la presenza di frigo in camera. Ambienti non molto spaziosi (Specialmente le scale e l'ascensore) ma confortevoli. Buona anche la posizione a pochi passi da stazione FS Termini con metro e bus

Te daban botella de agua todos los dias. Las almohadas muy cómodas y dobles.

Buenas ubicación en nuestro caso , por qué madrugamos para salir de la estación Termini, a 2 minutos andando. Te dan 2 botellas de agua fría al llegar. Habitación correcta, limpia, cómoda

Amazing stay! The hotel has the best location, just two minutes from Roma Termini. There are many nice restaurants and cafés in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, after check-out we could leave our luggage for free in a laundry shop next to the hotel. Definitly would recommend this hotel for a few days stay in Roma!

テルミニ駅から歩いて3分ほど。とにかくロケーションがいい。ホテルの正面の右側に小さなスーパーマーケットがある。とても便利だった。

Sehr sauberes Hotel, Bad, Möbel, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr gepflegt, super freundlicher Empfang und sehr nettes Personal, Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen total übertroffen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr, sehr gut. Hotel ist auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen, auch wenn man mehrere Tage in Rom bleiben möchte, sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Bahnhof Roma Termini direkt in der Nähe, übrigens auch sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, da ein Supermarkt direkt am Bahnhof ist. Für uns ist das Hotel eine top Adresse, sehr gut geeignet auch für Leute mit kleinem Budget und Reisen mit Kindern. Direkt unter dem Hotel mehrere Lokale, Preis sind in der gesamten Umgebung alle gleich. P.S. kleiner Aufzug ist im Hotel vorhanden, so das man das Gepäck oder Kinderwagen in die oberen Etagen bekommt.

Очень близко к ж/д вокзалу, персонал отзывчивай-предоставил чайник и чашки по запросу и был дружелюбен, не смотря на очень поздний час заселения. Номера уставшие, но чисто и тихо. Вода в холодильнике.

Все было хорошо. Использовали отель для ночевки перед поездкой дальше. Но не српзу поняли, что для того, чтобы попасть внутрь, нужно звонить. Ответили однако сразу же, время было 2:00 ночи.

If you leave your baggage in a storage room, please make sure that someone will open the entrance door when you are back to collect it. In my case, no one opened the entrance door, so I had to wait on the street for 10 minutes. Likely, I rang to other hotel and they let me in.

La ubicación es muy buena. Vino muy bien que la habitación tuviera aire acondicionado pues estábamos en plena ola de calor. En general, buena relación calidad precio

La habitación tenía una pequeña nevera que no enfriaba. Avisamos a recepción y aunque dijeron que vendrían a mirarla (no puedo asegurar que lo hicieran pues no llegábamos hasta la noche), las botellas de agua seguían sin estar frías. La alcachofa de la ducha es antiguo y no desmontable con lo que ducharse por la noche sin querer mojarse la cabeza es prácticamente imposible.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko Termini. To nie typowy hotel tylko pół piętra przerobionego na pokoje z łazienkami. Ale bardzo ciche, schludne i czyste. Mimo, że przyjechałam po 22.00 pan z recepcji czekał na mnie przed budynkiem. Zameldowanie bez problemowe. Pokój jednoosobowy był naprawdę malutki, nie było miejsca na szafę. Jeśli przyjeżdżasz ma 1-2 noce z małym bagażem, to nie było problemem.

The Location is perfect for those who wants to stay close to the Train Station, I had an early flight the day after and the location of the hotel was just perfect for one night. The Staff were very nice and helpful they even let me do an Early check-in and the room overall was as expected. Bonus: since I was there during a heatwave, the Air Condtionar in the Room was great, very strong, and really cooling.

The walls in the room I was staying at were very thin, that means that I was hearing the guy on the other room, next to me, speaking on the phone untill 1 am. I was also quite close to the entrance so I heard every person who was entering the hotel area. In addition to this, it seems that the windows are also quite thin and not isolated very well, an alarm of a car was going off during the night and woke me up 2 times. As a result, I struggled really to get a good sleep .

El baño demasiado pequeño y no me gustó el ascensor. Es diminuto y me dio miedo quedarme encerrada por lo cual solo envié mis maletas y subi al 1er piso por escalera.

So well located near food and the train station. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Room represented good value. The air con was excellent but shut off as though on a timer. The room was quiet.

The elevator was tiny and barely had room for the bags. PowerPoints near the bed would have been helpful. The floor was in poor repair in places. The room overlooked the bins.

Very close to the airport, concierge was friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning worked well.

The shower was horrible. The TV was placed on the top of the closet, just under the ceiling, impossible to watch. The mattress was uncomfortable. Everything seemed worn out and not too clean.

Hotel in zona centralissima,camera ampia pulita letto comodo e dotata di tutti i comfort vicinissimo alla stazione Termini. A pochi passi da bar ristorante e pure da un salone di parrucchieri
