Muy escasos con los artículos de aseo, un tubito gel en el baño muy pequeño para los días que estábamos allí alojados.

För få glas och för lite porslin. Det fanns diskmaskin men bara en disktablett och inga skräppåsar. Varför snåla på sån som är billigt?

The shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. We called to let them know and they said that they had to get a part for it. They didn’t offer us to move to a different apartment. We just had to deal with it the whole time. The washing machine did not work either. Unbeknownst to us, the clip that holds the door closed was broken and would not stay shut in the washing cycle. Therefore, when we did laundry, we had a huge mess. We literally had to hold the door shut for it to finish washing. Not only did our apartment get flooded from the washing machine, but our clothes ended up on the floor as well.

Ralos dos chuveiros e lavatórios entupidos. Não cheirava muito bem. Um quarto tinha uma janela para um vão interior todo sujo e com mau aspeto. Elevador avariado. Ter que subir vários andares com malas as costas. A zona era mal frequentada.

The main bathroom had some little ants, even if it was cleaned properly. The AC in the dining room didn’t work, it was indicating F1 that means it doesn’t send out fresh air. One if the showers had a leak and a water leak happened .

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Wir hatten zwei große Apartments für je 7 Personen. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet gewesen, mit allem was man braucht. Hier und da war etwas „defekt“ z.B. Duschkopf locker oder tropft die eine Klimaanlage, aber immerhin gibt es eine. Kleinigkeiten, kein Abbruch. Alles hat ansonsten wunderbar und unkompliziert geklappt, immer sehr nette Mitarbeiter, welche direkt Fragen beantworten konnten, sowohl per Chat oder auch telefonisch. Gerne wieder!

Има някои неща, които трябва да се подновят- например, следи от цигари по дивана Не беше съвсем изчистено. В едната баня имаше косми, а в хладилника използвана салфетка. Едната стая няма прозорци. Трябва да се помисли за някакво гардеробче в голямата спалня и за лост за закачалки в гардероба в стаята без прозорци ( счупен е) Объркващо е искането им за депозит. Което в крайна сметка не искат, но до деня на настаняването имаше въпроси.

So, a few things that i didn’t like was the cleaning service which was very poor and not on a daily basis even though its an apartment and not an airbnb. The cleaner done nothing, except of providing clean towels (without taking all of the dirty ones) and took the trash, the apartment remained dirty for all the duration of my staying. The A/C werent working as they should and there was water coming out of it inside the apartment. Even though we had a kitchen the facilities of the kitchen were very poor, and the stove wasnt even working properly. Beds were barely comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Het appartement heeft airco wat erg prettig was in verband met de warmte maar ook met geluid van de straat want de ramen konden dichtblijven. De plek is heel centraal maar de omgeving daardoor wel wat drukker en levndiger. Prima appartement voor een paar dagen Barcelona, fijne uitvalsbasis. Vlak ernaast zit een parkeergarage voor €30,- per dag.
De stoelen om de eettafel zijn mooi maar doen pijn als je er langer op zit.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Die Unterkunft ist perfekt wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe unterwegs ist. Wir waren 12 Frauen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Moderne Ausstattung, die Klima Anlagen haben in jedem Raum reibungslos funktioniert, es war mehr als genug Platz. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen

Pal baast het terras staan 10 airco”s te blazen sua lekker is het daar niet, niette harden door de extra hitte van die Dingen. Het ia sowieso wat oud, gammele deur naar terras. Alles bij elkaar veel te duur. Geen Netflix en een irritante Chatbox voor contact: het duurde 18 uur voordat ik hoordr dat er geen netflic was. En dit appartement is echt heel duur dus onder de maat

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Absolutely lovely apartment in the perfect location for families. Clean and spacious. They also gave us somewhere to store our luggage on the last day and reacted promptly when I was concerned about a resident.
The only gripe was the balcony was quite scary with small children but it was easy to keep them off it and mostly my paranoia 🤣

Started with the area that is apparently well known for drugs and … ! The building is shady and the apartment is dirty ! What we did? Definitely left immediately and booked another hotel of course we lost our full payment but this can’t be real!

В остальном все не понравилось,Все грязно,пыльно,ремонт старый,диван ужасно запачканный,запах ужасный. Спали в одежде чтобы не сопрекасаться не с чем.Хотели сьехать как только вошли. Одно разочерование. Оставались только ночь и то с трудом,если была бы поездка на дольше точно бы съехали бы потому что осваться не было бы возможно.С учетом цены который заплатили(порадка 400 евро) вообще было обидно.Вообше не соответсвает фоткам и не понятно почему такая высокая оценка (на что мы и обманулись)

Kafe aparat za nespreso kapsule (kojih je bilo 6,7) je bio super. Prodavnica odma pored ulaza, radi svu noc. Internet bas dobar. Uglavnom sve kao u opisu i na slikama. Preporuka.
Fali neki ormaric za odlaganje garderobe, iako ima set ofingera na koje se mogu odlagati majice, kosulje. Posudje za kuvanje bi se moglo dopuniti. Locker za odlaganje kofera nakon check-outa postoji, ali potrebno je da se potrudite da ga na vrijeme zauzmete. Morali smo naci locker u gradu, mada se domacin ponudio da refundira troskove.
