The staff were very friendly.

The room was incredibly dated. Mold on the back of the curtains, large stains on the carpet and “brown marks” in the bathroom sink that couldn’t be removed. Not worth the price in my opinion. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best.

The vicinity to the loop walk was awesome

It needed a microwave.

Comfortable rooms/bed. Breakfast and room service food was amazing

Initially had issues with our room booking but management was quick to assist

More attention is definitely needed when cleaning rooms, corridors, walls, doors. Cleaning teams need to be supervised so that rooms & bathrooms are cleaned properly. All walls and carpets in the corridors need Cleaning. Paying hard earned dollars to stay in a crubby/dirty place is uneceptable we will not return or recommend others to stay

Love that it was central to everything. Pak n save just around the corner aswell as McDonalds,kfc etc under 5mins away.

We've stayed at the Hotel many times, in different rooms. This time we opted for a marina-view room. The room was downstairs. Upstairs Marina-view rooms have balconies - which we didn't want. We didn't use the restaurant or bar/bar meal .We'd included buffet breakfast - which was delish, and heaps of choice and a treat for my husband.

The hall carpets would really benefit from replacing - but it's a big hotel complex, so would be costly. Doesn't deter from the overall good experience.

Able to have meals at the restaurant but close enough to other eateries if you want to go out. Staff were friendly , helpful and made you feel welcomed.

Wallpaper in the entry hall was patched and lifting . The hall carpets looked like they had gone past there use by date. Suite carpets great.

Little bit of road noise but less than I expected. Spa bath did not work

The brick fist was of acceptable quality at an acceptable price for a hotel. The rooms are of a reasonable size and clean although very tired. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

It is high time more attention was paid to your Gym – a facility appreciated by an important minority of your customers. Specifically: On two occasions last week, there were no clean towels available for Gym users. It is not the first time I’ve struck this problem. This is inexcusable from a hygiene perspective. Secondly, the cross trainer is badly in need of a decent service. It creaks noisily when used. Thirdly,the treadmill closest to the door either needs a proper service or replacement. It is very noisy when used – there is clearly something wrong with it. It has been this way for a long time.

Ideal for an overnight getaway. On-site restaurant is a bonus and the spa and swimming pool give a point of difference to other motels.

Tiny shower was cramped but at least the water pressure was good. Sound proofing is not good so we were very pleased we didn't have noisy neighbors!

Interior old ,tired and smelly. Certainly not a 4 star complex. Needs up grading. Rooms clean and tidy. Restaurant food tasteless

Things are getting pretty dated , stained carperts, pool area is pretty dirty.food was great but very understaffed, waited for ages for our desert and drinks but the waitress tried her best to accomodate an almost full restaurant mostly by herself

The room was big enough and had the balcony as requested. Bed was comfortable and shower was good.

The building and room was dated. Cooridor felt like a dorm or camp. It was a cold day and the a/c was set on 18. Took ages to heat the room and the heater seemed to only have one temperature and speed. We had to stream from our devices and volume was quite low on some and had max volume.

The buffet breakfast was delicious

The shower didn’t work. Fell to pieces and they were not able to fix nor did I get a refund

I liked the way this property was open for check-in til 12am or we would not have had a bed for the night... loved it👍 And fantastic service and assistance as we were in an emergency at local hospital and staff was very welcoming to us...champions🏆🏆🏆

Location was great. Ro was comfortable

The aircon wasn’t working properly. The room was far too hot. They closed the spa far to early. They say the superior king rooms have baths - they don’t. When I complained the manager said it was the superior king rooms with balcony’s. I asked if we could use the main spa but it closed at 930pm which is far too early. Bit disappointing.

I felt it was quite big and needed some kind of nap so I could understand where I was in the building! The signs aren’t much help.. I didn’t like my pillows! All 3 were different and I didn’t like one of them..

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the breakfasts and main meals at the restaurant. Location was fantastic with only a short walk to the town basin

The building is a little dated but our room was nice. We also requested a few things like a cot when we booked the room which wasn't provided when we first arrived. It was quickly fixed by the incredible team though
