Reviewed Mar 6, 2026I booked a room for one day through the application. The next day, I booked again, but this time not through the application. The first day was okay; I received everything the hotel provided. The next day, I only received two bottles of water and two cups of coffee. I also called to report issues with the cleanliness. Regarding coffee and water, I called to request them, but the towels weren't changed. Everything was left unchanged and I didn't receive all the items the hotel had promised. I was very dissatisfied. The staff gave a very simple answer: there were no replacement towels available, and they hadn't brought in any other items. The money paid in full was wasted.

ضيق الغرف وعدم وجود مطبخ ولو صغير مع ام الحجز لقيلا حسب الوصف وايضا قلة وجود برايز كهربائية كافية في الغرف والصالة

The first room I went in was full of smoke smells and absolutely unacceptable, I had asked for a no smoking room. The secobnd roo was still a smoking room but had less smoke smell. I stayed with the windows open!

Some small stuff is not working properly like the internet, the telephone and the rug in the living room was dirty and old. The beds are not that comfortable. The way to the swimming pool is not safe and direct, you have to pass behind the kitchen!

Air-conditioning was really loud and on the bedroom wall. Extra bed wasn't there that we asked for. Not enough tea and coffee shampoo etc for stay. Only 2 towels for our stay. No room cleaning. Small things that are easy to fix mostly. Lamp in main bed room would be nice. Not enough plug sockets
