The standard has gone down and the entire place is outdated. The dining room that once appealing is now a canteen. Certain staff needs basic training

Its just too old. Aircon all not cold at all.

I stayed in this hotel for 2wks and the only problem was the wifi but the rest was fine, like really just beside the mall, food shopping clinic and restaurants and even grocers , overall.. i will consider this place but pls gix the wifi

Overall good hotel for the price.

No Aircon thermostat. Even at low fan speed the room was freezing, hence low environmental rating. Room is older and needs upgrading. Electricity in room tripped a number of times and had to be reset at the circuit board.

It’s goods . Rooms and bed linens must give better treatments for bed bugs

Proximity to transportation options. Food and shopping options nearby.

Check-in was smooth. However room conditions was poor, pillows and towels were old. Bed had stains. If you like cheap and last minute options, this fits the bill.

Overall ok

The room smells very bad. I even raised my voice to 1 guy who shamelessly smoking in front of the lift. The towel has some stain and the toilet is dirty.

Should change the "gayung" and fixed a proper water bidet.

Place was central to shopping and food places. Rooms were spacious and clean. However i left my jacket in the room when i checked out but was returning in 5 days. When i checked in again, they said they couldnt find my jacket. The room was checked by housekeeping after i checked out, no one else had access BUT NO JACKET... i find this very dissapointing which made the stay not so happy

Its central to shopping as the hotel is surrounded by shopping centre and easy access to food places. The fittings were a little dated but overall a very pleasant and convenient

Hotel staff is rude. Check in took a long time. No one monitoring the email booking vide Expedia. The hotel staff at the reception refused to allow 30 minutes check out extension by giving flimsy reason. Not customer centric. They have no idea about customer retention.

Staff was quite friendly

They had improved the Internet Access Speed & Stability - Very Good. However they are not consistent with the Internet Pass; - check in 2 days, always give 1 day internet access pass. - always have to request for another day access. - incase you forget, need to go counter to request the next day.

The property is big and huge it’s very nice to stay in but the toilets are outdated they don’t have bidet For Muslim users I hope that they can improve on this but the rest are all excellent thank you very much I had a Pleasant stay at the premise

I liked the ease of eating options in the mall connected to it. The gym was in really terrible condition.

Everything was great, the hotel is ideally located with shopping centres on either side.

Finally they improved their WiFi signals. Much better reception and faster download speeds

CONVENIENT

The overall cost for value was excellent. The staff were excellent and went out of there way to help. The room was dirty hadn’t been dusted and there were black hairs in the bed & in the floor.

Nothing unique about it. Staff are ok. The 1st day - no hot water, only during late evening it was restored. Cleanliness so so...we found a small cockcroach on the wall trying to get away next to the bed when we came back after our dinner. Location is good.

Nice place because seround with restaurants.. the Aircond is not cool at all n the shower water is so hot because the nod is spoil.. can’t control it

Very Nice and what I had expected. Very quiet and comfortable.

I feel the staff is not quite service oriented. Upon check in, a Malay reception staff could not speak English. Her Chinese colleague had to intervene. There was no bellhop to take my bags up to my room or even simply to point me towards where the lifts are. The cleaning staff on my floor kept to himself and doesn't greet the guests. He didn't respond when I smiled at him (I can't speak his language).

The service and cleanliness of this hotel must improve. The bed sheet has not been changed and dirty.

Check-in for a 3 day 2 night stay. On check in, gave me a 1 day WiFi access and a 1 day door card access. On renew the next day, they give me a 3 days WiFi access.

Location - in between 2 shopping malls. Easy to find food. Quite a jammed area that one of 'grab' drivers cancelled my booking. Room aircond not efficient. I think it's the Manager who moved us to a different room. Really appreciate the move to a cooler room. Most days need to remind the reception to have room cleaned. Even that, the mugs were not cleaned. Toilet floor was sticky. Not sure if I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Maybe for a good price it would be alright.

Though this hotel is linked to a shopping mall but there is not much thing to shop from this mall.

The hotel rooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded. Housekeeping needs to improve. Hotel receptionist need to learn how to handle guest. Lacking in basic manners.

All is very comfort to my bussiness work here. Easy to travel anywhere very near with public transport.

I understand that some cultures still allow others to smoke around anyone they see fit. even in designated non smoking area's. This Hotel was unable to provide a smoke free option ( Room) what a disgrace Mould and cockroaches roamed free

Nice,clean spacious room,but the toilet has no water spray. Hotel only provide "gayung" . And,the bath tub can be changed to shower stall instead.

Booked last minute. Check-in was quick, but staff are lacked of smile. Hotel has aged, even the bedding is yellowish. After booking then I realized my room is without breakfast. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall, but there nothing interesting at the mall. Hotel has swimming pool, but child pool is so small. Overall, it was just average.

We have stayed in Summit Hotel around 3 years back and were looking forward to a similar experience. The hotel is run down now. electric wires are exposed, Airconditioning does not cool, toilets fittings are old and do not function well. There was not much of choice for vegetarians in the breakfast. The vegetables were only half cooked. Was a complete disappointment. May not stay there again. Hotel staff were good enough to change room when we felt that the water was choked and the aircon was not cooling. But that did not help as the Aircon in the other room was not cooling either and the washbasin water outlet was completely open. Then we thought it was not worth changing again. It was better to just stay as it was just 2 days. Also, there are no hand towels given. you have to survive with the bath towels only. Also, WiFi is limited to two per room. So when myself and my wife used our phones, I could not use my laptop.

It was better than expected. Contrary to some reviews, the room was very clean and service was excellent. Location can’t be better with 2 shopping malls next to the hotel. Will definitely return.

Have always stayed in this hotel for its location and the convenience access to nearby Pyramid Shopping Mall. But hotel room condition is highly due for renovation. Tap is loose; Toilet bowl flushing is bad. When we check into our non-smoking room, there was a strong stench of cigarette smoking smell. Internet access is restricted to 2 devices per room and not transferable while other hotels have no such restrictions.
