Beautifully designed room, lots of space, probably 4 times bigger than most hotels in Paris for this price range. Exceptional breakfast and very helpful hotel staff. Great customer service. The location could not be better- right in the middle of everything and the train station is two minutes away.

Loved the rooms and quiet location. But so close to Grand Place etc. Foyer/lounge etc also great. Did not eat breakfast here because we wanted to explore. Only quibble is that staff were not great at tourism info for us on a couple of matters.

As noted, staff could have been more helpful re tourism/travel info requests.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was really awesome. It was close to the historic part of town and a lot of cafes and restaurants. The room was big and the bathroom had been redone and was quite nice. The room also had a little balcony off the back, which we enjoyed.

The room was more run down than in the pictures. It was also a bit dark and smelled a little musty. The air conditioner worked well and took care of the smell when it was on.

Great location close to the city sights and central train station. It was very quiet at night and put that together with the spacious and comfortable room meant always having a good night’s sleep!

It was perfect! Centrally located, friendly staff, comfortable bed and charming in every way. I wish we could have stayed for longer!

A terrific location and o nice but a 3 or 3/1/2 star, not 4 star hotel. An odd warren of hallways/buildings with steps w/ small ramps for luggage, which you have to haul yourself because there's only 1 person at receptionist. Staff efficiently helpful when asked but not exactly welcoming.

See above. Plus we had to drag heavy luggage up 8 or so steps to our room, which had a view of other building walls, not the advertised garden view. When we asked, we were told our room was larger so the view was sacrificed. We were not given the choice.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para conocer la ciudad caminando. El apartamento es muy cómodo y amplio con todas las comodidades. Lo único que podría decir como sugerencia es que hay espacio de mejora en los colchones.

This is a really lovely hotel a stones throw from the grand place. Booked a standard room, which was really very large with a separate sitting area… really good value for money.

I would t bother with breakfast again, it was a bit tired and overpriced in my view

The floors make noises. The elevator doesn’t reach every floor. It’s a challenge to lift luggage up or down the stairs.

Beliggenhet ved togstasjon og gamleby var meget god, i tillegg fikk vi et stille, stort og fredelig rom. Fellesområdene i hotellet var sjarmerende og stilig.

Bad og wc er delvis av litt eldre standard, og det knirker endel i gamle tregulv.

Die Herzlichkeit des Personals war nicht vorhanden (abgesehen vom houskeeping), das Frühstück im Hotel war nicht gut.

I have to mention that this was my first time in Belgium and that the first impression I had from the hotel staff was very welcoming, professional and efficient which I appreciated, especially having worked many years in this field. 1.The location is quite convenient as the Gare Central / Central Train station is 2 minutes away. 2. Zaventem Airport is also not too far, between 20 and 30 minutes by car depending of the traffic conditions. If you travel by Uber, the closest and easiest drop-off and pick-up point was right next the street corner on the right side when getting out of the hotel, right in front of the Warwick Hotel. This is due to the location and street configuration. 3. The hotel is close to almost everything especially if walking for about maximum 30 minutes represents an acceptable radius for you. I find it perfect, especially since the city is quite lovely. You will find almost anything you need within this radius, amazing restaurants, souvenir shops, local shops, big brands or smaller boutiques, parcs, historical landmarks, attractions, events, markets, banks, ATMs, public transportation, and so on. 4. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming, professional, helpful, efficient, from the reception to the housekeeping and I have no doubt all the staff I never even had the opportunity to see. 5. The Navez Suite was absolutely gorgeous, unique and authentic, spacious and clean. The amenities were nice, I especially appreciated having the products from Rituals in the bathroom. The bed was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable.

First of all, the inconveniences listed below are minor and I considere them good to know in advance though they are not the direct responsability of the hotel staff nor management, they are simply the byproduct of the location and the historical nature of the building itself. 1. At night, the location can sometimes get loud and sketchy / dangerous outside right in front of the hotel (between 2-3 am and 5am) with groups of drunk ypung people shouting and sometimes fighting right in the street, which woke me up on many occasions due to the noise. 2. Homeless people live on the little square with the small church right in front of the hotel. Although they might be drunk, those in front of the hotel are truly respectful and harmless, even if they came to speak to me and even if they couldn't articulate a single intelligible word, they were truly harmless and respectful. Still I would advise to always keep a gentle but vigilante eye on your surroundings but mostly due to the proximity of the Gare Central / Central Train station, the homeless people there can be far more pushy and sketchy but not the ones in front of the hotel. Still, stay vigilant and cautious around the Gare Central. Also, the north side of Bruxelles (near the Atomium), the Anderlecht area and the Gare du Nord area are the most dangerous / sketchy ones. I would recommend to avoid going there and staying in the hotel area which is absolutely lovely. The Sablon area, Ixelles area, Etterbeek area are absolutely beautiful, people are so nice and it's all quite close to the hotel. 3. Due to the historical nature of the building, the windows let quite a bit of the noise in as well as the cold at night so I would really recommend shutting the curtains at night. 4.

特に大きく気になる点はありませんでしたが、最新の設備やモダンなホテルを好む方には、少しクラシックに感じるかもしれません。

It was an absolute haven in the heat and crowds of Brussels.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. We stayed at the Junior suite, and the room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect, literally a two minute walk from the city center and the train station. Plenty of food choices all around and always very lively.

The Junior suite is on the top of floor and on a hot day (we had two days of 35+ degrees celsius) the heat really comes through the roof and the two ACs are not really able to keep up with the heat. They are not located in ideal spots of the room either. One of them stopped working for a bit on one of the hot days and it made things quite difficult. Bear in mind the temperature setting cannot be set below 22 degrees, otherwise they malfunction, which is what happened to us. You can't do showers either (otherwise you'll have a wet floor around you) and the mini freezer doesn't cool very well.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. Room was large and attractive. With sofa, desk and area for clothing. Provided robes, slippers and hair conditioner - a rarity in hotels these days! We were really glad we chose it. Just a couple of mins walk to the grand place or Brussels central or the museums. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Brussels.

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and there was no make up mirror - but I’m being really picky. It was a fab hotel.

A very centrally located hotel, pleasant staff, clean rooms. This was a nice experience.

The 'modern' part of the hotel is 25 years old and it shows. The room had an early 90s charm but it definitely was also a bit dated. The bathroom could use an update also.

What a surprise when we arrived to find the hotel exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room with lots of extras. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Individual night lights for late reading. The bath products were really nice. Fresh infused water available as well as the most delicious chocolate caramels. Coffee provided in the room. Besides all the extras, the necessities were superb! The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were perfect! Add to all this -- the location was excellent! Short walk from the train, short walk to the Grand Place and most of the top 10 things to do in Brussels. The staff was proactive with asking about our departure method and offering helpful hints regarding the train repair delays.

No complaints. It was just as it appeared in the listing...only better!

The hotel is perfect for rail travel being so close to the Central Station. It’s also right in the centre close to the Grand Place, shops, bars, restaurants and major attractions. Our room was big, pleasant and comfortable.

konum çok iyi odalar temiz sadece tahtalardan dolayı çok gıcırtı oluyor. Belki önemli değil ama oda temizlendiğinde bir iki biten ürün yerine koyulabilir mesela çay,şampuan falan tesisi çok cömert bulmadım :) Genel olarak hijyenik konumu çok iyi olan bir tesis.

Nothing, this was our second visit

This hotel is a small, luxury hotel just a few minutes walk from the Grand Place. Actually three adjoining buildings each with their own atmospheres, the owners have done a wonderful job at integrating into one, very nice experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful -- they booked an airport taxi for us and gave good tips for sightseeing in our neighborhood (all in fluent English). Our bathroom was very nice with two sinks and a luxury shower.

For the price we paid, I was slightly disappointed that our room was smaller than I had hoped. The two of us just had one roller suitcase each, and we had little room to maneuver once our luggage was opened.

There a Smell in the bathroom constantly Miss battery from remote rang reception no answer, I didn’t bother that much as we were tired And the coming of someone in the garden out the room was annoying from the smell point. And for the price was disappointed that breakfast was at an other cost.

De mooie historische interieur van het hele hotel beviel erg goed. Daarnaast was het personeel heel aardig, en sproken ze Nederlands (niet alleen Engels en Frans).

In de avond duurde het wat lang om terug binnen te komen in het hotel (na sluitingstijd) nadat andere mensen hadden gebeld om ook binnen te komen.
