Hôtel insalubre, équipements totalement vétustes. La salle de bain était catastrophique.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber und schön hergerichtet. Extrem preiswert ich würde sofort wieder kommen.

Nice and helpful staff! Very clean hotel and room. The location is perfect, less than 5min walk to city center, restaurants, nightlife and less than 10min walk to the bus station, beach and other attractions.

My main problem with the room was the overpowering smell of stale smoke. I did not realise that the booking had said non smoking, but that room had been smoked in Regularly for some time as the smell was ingrained and strong. Otherwise, apart from a microscopic shower, the room was fine. Cleanliness good, and staff really nice, friendly and helpful

1993 senesinden beri Kos adasına her yaz tatile gittim ve ben hayatımda kaldığım hiç bir otelde bu Paradise Otel'de yaşadığım rezaleti yaşamadım.Otele ilk geldiğimde oteli Bodrum'lu Türklerin işlettiğini duyduğumda şaşırdım, ilk defa Yunanistan'da Türkiye'li Turklerin işlettiği bir yerde kalcaktım. Son gece adının daha sonra Serkan veya Serdar olduğunu öğrendiğim gece görevlisi şahışla, yine orada çalışan ne iş yaptığını bilmediğim adam maalesef korkunç bir tutum sergilediler. Son gece otele adada yaşayan kuzenimle geldim buzdolabında kalan içecek ve yiyecekleri ona vermek için, ertesi sabah dönüşüm vardı zira. Geldiğimizde resepsiyondaki adam "bi dakka bi dakka, o çıkamaz yalnız sizinle" diye arkamdan seslendi. Ben de gayet saf "neden?" diye sordum, çıkamaz siz yalnız kalıyorsunuz dedi bana. Ben de "çift kişilik para ödedim, istersem kalabilir de" dedim “olsun çıkamaz o senle, ne vereceksen in burada ver" gibi bir şey söyledi. Uslup, içerik korkunç.."o zaman ben de giderim diyerek yukarı çıktım, bavulumu topladım ve aşağı indim. Basbas bağırmaya başladı 'tutun bunu kaçıyor, odaya zarar verdi, polis çağırıyorum, tutun” diye histeri krizi geçiriyor. Gece olmuş saat 3 elimde bavul kuzenimle dolu olduğundan dolayı yer bulamadığım, ama hep kaldığım sevdiğim Afendoulis oteline sığındım, bana kendi yataklarında yatırdılar sağ olsunlar. Sonuç gittiğim yabancı ülkede yurdumun insanı, işletmesi yine magdur etmekten geri kalmadı.Böyle insanların yapacağı şey değil turizm,hizmet..

Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger rigtig velplaceret, der er hurtig gåafstand til alt. Dog var altanen MEGET lille, der er generelt dårligt isoleret, aircondition lugtede underligt og man måtte ikke få gæster på besøg. Generelt var vi tilfredse med hotellet, man får det som man betaler for.

Deniz hanım ve çalışanlar çok yardımcıydılar. Otel merkeze ve otobüs duraklarına yakındı.

Sehr sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Einrichtung ist den Sternen entsprechend auf das nötigste beschränkt.

Odalar kötü .. deniz hanım ilgilendi çok hoş ve şık bir kadın..

Location was excellent, basic room but just what was needed. Extremely comfortable bed. Would have liked facility to make tea/coffee in my room. A variety of fruits at breakfast would also be good, only melon available.

Otel merkezi konumda, aile odası geniş, temiz ve konforlu ama araya bakan pencerede perde olmaması biraz rahatsız ediciydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Çalışanların Türk oluşu dışarıda yeme içme konusunda bize avantaj sağladı.

Hotel was fine. Staff and owner friendly, nice and clean and comfy bed. Short stro to the harbour side.

Very close to the port. You can walk from the port to this hotel in five minutes. This hotel is in the city center. The breakfast was good and satisfactory.

Een zeer fijn verblijf gehad. Een schone kamer. Elke dag schone handdoeken/lakens. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Had bij aankomst problemen met de airco, binnen 10 minuten gemaakt. De kamers zijn wat verouderd maar dat vond ik niet erg, als het maar schoon is. Alles op loopafstand. Gewoon TOP!!

El hotel es bastante céntrico y el servicio amable. Ahora mismo no sé si el anuncio garantiza servicio de lavandería en el hotel o no. No lo tiene, pero qué le vamos a hacer.

Отель отлично расположен - недалеко от порта и набережной, а так же от автобусной остановки. Полотенца меняли ежедневно, а вот по поводу уборки номера - убирали только мусор. В целом отель неплохой, остановиться на пару-тройку дней можно.

De hoofdreden om dit hotel te kiezen is de ideale ligging: alles is op loopafstand bereikbaar.

Fijn hotel, wel een kleine kamer en een gedateerde badkamer met hier en daar een defectje. Super personeel, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was erg schoon! Omdat het hotel vol geboekt was was het wel erg luidruchtig.

Otelin yeri mükemmel..çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü.. Özellikle Deniz hanımın kibarlığı güleryüzü ve ada ile ilgili bilgilendirmesi mükemmeldi..Kos’a güdince artık başka otelde kalmam..

Apparently hotel full but room given was on the roof with door opening onto drying laundry! Double bed OK but an extra single in room so no room to move - nearly lost a toe getting up during the night. Pressure low and shower tap dry so no shower on getting up, fixed after breakfast but not ideal. No TV and wifi router behind curtain, connected through a hole in the wall! Staff friendly and helpful but you need more than just a clean bed when running a hotel these days.

Hotellet har en veldig fin plassering, 10min gange til stranden og 2min gange til båt havnene og mange restauranter. Selve rommet var greit, men sengene knirket mer enn du kan forestille deg. Det var kun en stikkkontakt utenom den som kjøleskapet var koblet til. Dette var litt trøblete i og med at vi var to som bodde på rommet. Det var heller ingen fast tid hvor rommet ble rengjort. Noe som gjorde at vi flere ganger kom tilbake på hotellet etter å ha vært ute i over 5 timer, uten at det hadde blitt rengjort. Med rengjort mener jeg å få nye håndklær. Lakenet ble ikke byttet på under oppholdet. Personalet var hyggelige, men ikke alle snakket så bra engelsk. Plasseringen er det som gjør hotellet bra.

Het hotel is voor de prijs die je er voor betaald redelijk tot goed. Het ligt in de directe omgeving van de haven met leuke restaurants. Wel is het behoorlijk gehorig

We only had one night at the Paradise Hotel, but I would definitely return. It is situated in a great neighbourhood, an easy walk to the Old Town, restaurants, and the castle. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. They organized a taxi to the airport for us and assisted us with our heavy luggage. My only complaint is that the solar hot water didn't start until 7:30 am!

The hotel has a good lacation close to the centre and Harbour. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is Nice and the beds are- astonishing enough- soft! We like the Paradise Hotel and like to stay at IT some more time.

Fiyata gore likasyonu cok iyi ve gercekten de tertemiz bir otel

Sentralt, koslig og stille hotel. Rimelig pris på hotellrom. Sto på nettet at det kostet 60 euro for aircondition, men dette var gratis. Det er et pluss. De som jobbet her var hyggelige og hjalp oss med bestilling av taxi. Veldig gunstig sted å bo for oss som er studenter.

I am writing in English for everyone. At list the room was clean. However we never had hot water and the wifi was very slow and practically useless. The stuff were mostly speaking only Turkish and there English was poor. The reservation was not known to the stuff till the last minute and we had to cross check multiple times. we have also been informed orally that the breakfast was not included and we had to pay 6 euro extra per person, this only was changed when we did our check out and all of a sadden they serialized the breakfast was included after all. For us the most important thing is to fill at home, unfortunately at this hotel we felt like foreigners in our one country. i will not recommend this hotel to someone else.

Hotellet var bra överlag, dock var personalen väldigt otrevlig. Vi hade bokat med frukost, men tydligen ingick inte frukosten vilket vi fick stå och bråka om en stund. Slutade med att vi inte fick någon frukost och ville inte betala 6 euro per person för detta pga det dåliga bemötandet. Mannen som jobbade på natten var dock trevlig.

great staff, nice owner, clean rooms, great WiFi, great location especially for backpackers and other independent travelers as it's near to everything.

Ali and Kiki were lovely. They were very helpful and welcoming. Directed us to all the best restaurants in Kos and organised car hire for us at a good price with a local company. The aircon remote was an additional 6 euros which seemed a bit much and the breakfast was fairly basic but lovely. Great location as well, close to the shops and 15 minute walk to the ferry port.

Lovely hotel located just a few minutes walk from Kos town. The hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for our short stay. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast, just bread and cheese.

Hotel was reasonable for price. Ok if just looking for a cheap bed to sleep. Hotel staff was very friendly.

This is a simple family hotel yet an extremely nice place to stay. The hotel location is grate, right in the center of Kos town. Reception is open 24hr and is managed by two nice girls who will be more then happy to help you with you stay. Rooms are basic and clean. Breakfast was included in our price ( 20 eru), its was a buffet of brad, cheese slices, pastrami, jam and coffee. A nice place to start and finish you day. Stayed as a couple.

The hotel is nice, clean safe, and close to all amenities. Staff are excellent. Internet in the lobby is grsat, and I note a new sattelite TV system going in shortly. Ok, I could note the lack of pool and garden and many things, but I did not pay for that. I paid for a 2-star, and got very good 2-star comfort and service.
