部屋がカビ臭く､初日は耐えられずファブリーズプレミアを購入して､全床に使用しましたが､多少改善したものの､外出から戻ると臭さは残っており､大変残念でした｡

There was a bad smell + mold in the AC of my first room. I asked for a room change and the staff was very accommodating. I came in after hours but the email said that I could enter late with a code. There was no code in the email and had to wait for someone to open the front door.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Localização em Kawazaki, próximo (900) a uma estação (Kawazaki Central) com bastante oferta de trens. Relativamente próximo do aeroporto de Haneda. Facilidade para entrar (código digitado na porta). Boas opções de mercadinhos (Seven Eleven e similares) nas redondezas e dois grandes shoppings na estação, como é usual no Japão. Preço baixo, mas que não vale o que oferece.
Não ter funcionários no local após as 18h (pode-se solicitar a permanência de um no dia do check-in até à meia-noite). Exaustão forçada de ar estremamente barulhenta, banheiro todo em policarbonato e minúsculo, carpete gastos e mau-cheirosos, cheiro de cigarro impregnado dando a impressão de que a estadia é dentro de um cinzeiro. Quartos feios. Travesseiros de uma má-qualidade inacreditável.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026You can pretty much find anything you need between the hotel and the nearest station (Kawasaki Station). Tons of good restaurants, supermarkets, big malls, and nearby convenience stores/drug stores.
Since it's near the hospital, you can hear ambulance sirens quite often. It's also near nightlife establishments. I wouldn've consider it annoying. Just have to keep in mind,

朝食サービス等が無かったこと 注意喚起用紙にごみ処理方法が記載してありゴミ捨て場まで行くってこと？みたいなちょっと分かりにくく 分別には協力したがやるべきかどうか迷った。 消臭スプレー等が設置してあると尚良かったです。

Reviewed Jan 12, 202615 minute walk from Kawasaki Train Station is great, with lots of food options en route. Room was to be expected for a long stay option and most aspects were adequate, such as TV with at least one English channel, cooking facilities, and lighting.
Initial smell of cigarette upon entry, but was to be expected from a room that wasn't designated smoke-free. It passes quick enough. Linen change weekly wasn't as bad as advertised, but still awkward.

I don't like that our window view is a tall building, but we were out the whole day anyways, so it dies not affect my trip anyways

I am deaf, I didn’t like when I arrive late hotel to check in and no staff at the front desk. They have information paper on the window but I couldn’t take phone call so I went Lawson shop opposite hotel to ask staff there to make phone call for me. They all are lovely people.

La simplicité de l'équipement et le compromis sur le rapport exploitation de l'espace/surface disponible. La douche est puissante. Le tout est là pour être minimaliste mais efficace. L'argument esthétique ou visuel est ici moins prioritaire.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Me gustó la ubicación del lugar, ya que está cerca del centro de Kawasaki y tenés la posibilidad de tomar muchos transportes. Hablando del hotel, es un buen lugar para pasar la noche, es cómodo y limpio. Realmente cumple con las expectativas calidad precio
Quizá que el personal no maneje muy bien el inglés, ya que al principio no me entendieron cuando tuve que aclarar que no pagué la reserva con la tarjeta y que quería pagarlo en efectivo en el momento. Tuve que esperar a que se dieran cuenta desde su sistema después de entrar a mi habitación para que quieran aceptar mi pago en efectivo. Pero más allá de eso el personal por más que no entienda mucho inglés se esfuerza por entenderte y dar un buen servicio. También tengo que aclarar que para evitarme este problema del pago intenté comunicarme con el hotel antes de mi check-in con un día de anticipación pero este nunca me respondió el mensaje por este medio.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2025対応は男性のかたのみでしたが、いつも挨拶がありよかったです。ゴミを捨てるのがちょっと大変で、いっぱいになっていて捨てにくいことがちょっと残念でしたが、いつも玄関先での窓や台拭き掃除をしていて綺麗でした。近くにスーパーがあるのが一番助かりました。

Reviewed Dec 4, 2024The location of this place was amazing as it had lots of shopping and restaurants around. The train station was like 10-15min walk which was nice. The room itself was bigger than I expected but the shower and bed were a tight squeeze. My partner and I are both 5’10” 200lbs each and barely fit on the bed. We had to take turns sleeping on our sides. The shower if I was an inch taller would’ve hit the ceiling for sure but didn’t bother me much. Overall the place was clean, great area and close to transportation! Would definitely stay again.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2024Very good budget friendly hotel. A 15 minute walk from Kawasaki station. Front desk staff very kind and helpful. No cleaning without request fee which I had no issue with. I would say again, I just suggest using a Laundromat to wash clothes.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024Very nice view from the top floor fire exits on the side. The room had more than enough space for one person with 2 big suitcases. The bathroom was nice and clean.
The light's dimming feature didn't work very well. The room smelled obviously like cigarettes, but I believe it could have been cleaned better to help with the smell. The fan on the wall wasn't on and I couldn't figure out how to turn it on.
