Water slide is fantastic

I wish the meat served for breakfast had some non-pork options

Room size and cleanliness

Remote not working and front desk too busy to assist. On hold for extended times

Breakfast fee/or free breakfast was not clear. I paid extra but didn't need to show that.

The breakfast was okay, the location was good.

Could of had a couple of chairs for sitting. The chair we had the springs where shot in the cushion. Couldn't really sit in it comfortably.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, decent breakfast that met our needs, decent size room and shuttle to and from airport.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but satisfactory.

I love the location, close to most establishments

The pool should ideally be closed to other hotel guests while an instructor is conducting swimming lessons. Since the pool is quite small, it is difficult for guests to comfortably enjoy swimming when lessons are taking place in half of the pool. At the very least, the hotel should inform guests in advance when swimming lessons are scheduled so that we can plan accordingly and make other arrangements.

One star. Not clean when we arrived, and not informed before we arrived that they would only clean every other day. When they did clean they didn’t vacuum and didn’t replace a missing toilet paper roll. Not enough staff, poor breakfast. We won’t stay here again.

-Their bath towels are shedding fibres, leaving lint on skin and clothing. It’s annoying. -Would not accommodate late check-out

Loved how comfortable my king bed was, the ac was amazing and worked well! The location was great! Had a lot of stores in and around.

My door didn’t close properly and the swimming pool was very, very warm in temperature.

We were offered one of the newly renovated rooms and it was amazing. The projector was very nice. Food was great. We ended up extending another night!

The location of this hotel is very convenient for the airport. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Great staff. Lovely and clean rooms. Very comfortable clean beds. This is the second time staying here. It’s now my fave hotel. Bonus to know, free shuttle to and from the airport. Did I mention FREE!! Mini fridge, microwave, soft fluffy bathrobes to wear in room. Breakfast is great. All a person would need to start the day. Not sure about diet restrictions. You would have to ask. Thank you.

The friendly helpful staff! They were helpful and willing to accommodate us. Plus we got a ride to the airport That was one of the reasons why we stayed there Not so much for the pool as we didn't have time But nice to know you have a pool 😉

I had to change plans due to weather So stayed an extra day Booking.com gave me a good rate of $125.96 I thought I'd get about the same rate directly with you guys But pay the total of $195.51

Comfortable stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were quite a few noisy kids during our stay, but that’s not really something the hotel can control. Overall, a good experience.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always experienced nothing but 5 /5 star treatments each time. This stay was nothing short of amazing. Upon check in the desk clerk informed me, that I was upgraded to the Suite Retreat. The room consisted of a king sized bed, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace and full kitchen. It even included bath robes. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked perfectly and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. Thank you Home Inn & Suites for making my stay in Regina an absolute pleasure. Highly Recommended!!!

There was a mechanical noise either beside or under our room that kept us up all night. We could not sleep! We told staff about it multiple times and multiple staff members came in our room to hear the noise, but there was no effort made to try to stop the noise or help in any way. The noise was so bad that we never fell asleep until about 6:00am from shear exhaustion, then slept through our alarm and missed my kids sporting event. The worst stay ever in a hotel!!! And the room was run down and gross looking and the tub did not look like it had ever been properly cleaned. Because we used a third party booking system, it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get any compensation for our horrible stay and have still had nothing done about it. We paid almost $500 for 2 nights in a dirty run down room with noises that made it impossible to sleep, then switched to a room the next day that reeked like perfume. Not even close to worth the money! Worst experience ever!

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We are always welcomed like family. Manager Bianca Dutton and staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't have the breakfast because I had to catch the early flight (5:45 am ). The last time I was there staying I had the breakfast it was very good. The location is very good to get to the airport.

Breakfast was amazing. Friendly accommodating staff We left our vehicle plugged in for the week and on our return we stayed at the hotel. Great service better rate than airport parking.

I couldn't have breakfast because we left the hotel very early. There was no breakfast served at the time we left. Our flight was at 6:00. We only had a coffee.

We were disappointed that they didn't offer breakfast the night before, knowing we were leaving for the airport very early. Other hotels offer breakfast the day before your trip.

I love the ease of the airport shuttle. The pool and hot tub was great. The robes are lovely. So comfy!

Both nights I stayed I was charged for 2 rooms even though I only booked 1. The 2nd time my card was charged already hours before I got here.

The a/c unit in our room was very noisy whwn it kicked in.. to the point we unplugged it cause it kept waking us up
