The pool was nice and room was clean.

The room was small and the breakfast gave 2/4 people who ate a stomach issue that ruined our plans for the day. Only the 2 who ate the eggs were sick.

PROS: the hotel was clean, location is superb, walking distance from stores, all the staff are very friendly CONS: i hope they have bigger size body lotion. 2 out of 6 pillows in our room (508) was bumpy - i think they put them in the washer, please take them out of the rotation. the toiletry holders on the shower needs cleaning - there are brown films on the nooks and crannies.

Was not aware the pool would be closed and we chose this hotel for that reason. Our room was smelly. Carpets felt gross. Toilet clogged the night we arrived after 1 use. Night staff had no idea where a plunger was. Staff dropped off the plunger around 9am after my husband had to go down and ask for someone to fix the toilet. He still had to unplug it himself as they did not even attempt to. Cleaning staff were banging on adjacent room 209 i think on the walls before 830am...very rude way to wake up. Breakfast was very disappointing and lacked options. Your breakfast lady was pushy, never said good morning or excuse me..just pushed past myself and others and my 3yo toddler. Disgusting. If you are going to do work on your pool update the website!!!! I would have picked a different hotel.

The pool was clean and clear. The breakfast was well stocked, except for the bananas.lol. The room was nice and clean.

You can hear the people above you room walking around, for a light sleeper that could cause a problem.

I don't like that. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and that the door was also peeling on the inside of the bathroom. I think you should put a fan in the bathroom to keep it from f******upì

I didn’t like the parking space. I almost had not gotten a space to park for my van- almost full. Just got lucky to get one.

We have stayed at this facility in the past found it very good house keeping has gone down hill , elevator was very dirty , room was dusty and hair in the tub and sink .

Stayed just now in June, serious decline in public areas. Marijuana smoking , cigarette smokers crowding the entrance. The staff are nice people, and of course say sorry. But this situation is out of hand in Winnipeg. To the point most hotels have security guards at the door. So managers need step up, otherwise if you let the weed smoking to continue, it merely attracts unregistered guests. I won’t be back

Everything is great!

Fire alarm going off at 12am and having to evacuate in the middle of the night when I had to wake up early and travel a long distance.

It was clean and location was good for this particular trip. It had been a couple of years since my last visit and I was happy to see they have started doing some upgrades to the rooms. Not all but there are some renovated rooms.

I have to say the only thing this trip was my bed wasn’t very comfortable- but I’m sure eventually they will have all the beds upgraded.

We liked the King Suite with hallway and door to both bedroom, and living room with sofa bed. Shuttle at 3 am was a blessing. Pool with waterslide provided evening fun.

Bring your own play pen for your kids. The one provided was absolutely filthy. The hardware on the drawers falling apart, paint literally peeling off surfaces. Not the clean and well kept hotel we have visited in the past.

It said sleeps 5 I entered my kids ages and it allowed us to book a double queen sleeping 5. My teens are bigger than I am. So my daughter who is 17 had to sleep on a chair and two stools pushed together. So that was very frustrating. There were no cots or air mattresses. Or any other room’s available.

Having to go to main floor for ice. The towels in the room were old & not even white. Took forever to get hot water in the shower, waste of a lot of water, very low water pressure, again using extra water

I had to book a hotel for my father and I before a 5 am flight out of Regina, SK the next morning. My father has mobility issues and they were very accommodating at the hotel to put us on the main level close to the front entrance so he didn't have to walk far. The room was very clean, had all the necessary toiletries, coffee maker, mini fridge etc. The hotel is just down the street from the airport so it was a short drive to there and very convenient.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was close to where we were going. The staff was great

The cost. Honestly staying in a hotel is getting ridiculous. I will consider driving the 1.5 hours home after a show next time.

This days inn is 100x better than the one on the east end. Friendly staff and very clean. Convenient. Comfy beds. Tv was pretty big. The only downside was it was pretty dry in the room. You could hear the static sometimes.

The shower curtain was dirty visible mold and brown stains . There was no soap to wash your hands . The bathroom floor was sticky and had not been washed properly . There were stains down the wall by the bed were someone had spilled a drink . The elevator was very stinky and the walls and floors were very dirty .

Room was dirty, crackers crushed up on floor and hair on the bed. Housekeeping is not good at their job. Found a toque next to the couch so not even sure if the room was cleaned. For almost $200 a night not worth it at all. Front desk was very nice, breakfast lady was miserable she must not like her job. I will definitely never stay there again. Another down for the hotel is they have swimming lessons going on in the pool which is just odd especially throughout thee entire day so you feel uncomfortable bringing your kids to have fun swimming. Will NEVER stay here again.

Regular beds were fine. Room was very clean. Staff were kind and knowledgeable.

The sofa bed in the suite was a disaster. I quote my 7 year old "it was like sleeping on the road". Do not choose the suites a complete waste of money.

i didnt like that at checkin i had found out that we were elegable for % off our room for a medical stay. The property check in clerk said we couldnt get it because we had already paid for stay tru booking .com.
