Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Lo que mas nos gustó fue la situación del hotel y el personal todos muy amables, la habitación era espaciosa, la cama era cómoda y el desayuno estaba bien.
El agua de la ducha o salía muy caliente o fría y no había presión, salía poca agua. Se oía constantemente ruido como de bajante o de cisternas, estábamos en la planta 1 y las habitaciones mal insonorizada.

La falta de verduras frescas reduce la puntuación en un 15% aproximadamente. Aamiainen oli tyypillinen hotelliaamiainen. Kaipasin kuitenkin tuoreita vihanneksia: salaattia, tomaattia, kurkkua jne. Niitä ei ollut pöydässä. Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli varsin hyvä. Tuoreiden vihannesten puute laskee pistemäärää noin 15 %. The breakfast was typical for a hotel. However, I missed having fresh vegetables—lettuce, tomato, cucumber, etc.—as they weren't on the table. Overall, it was quite good. The lack of fresh vegetables lowers the score by approximately 15%.

Wifi instable. Persiennes cassées (donc impossible de faire le noir complet dans la chambre). Encadrement de la porte plus large que la porte donc laisse passer le jour et le bruit du couloir. Ces problèmes ont été mentionnés au personnel pour être réparés.

Anulamos la primera noche de nuestra estancia por motivos laborales imprevistos (reserva hecha con casi un año de antelación y siendo clientes de años anteriores), y a pesar de avisar al hotel tanto vía booking como telefónicamente en 2 ocasiones, se limitaron a indicarnos que imposible no cargarnos el precio de la primera noche. Entendemos que cada empresa tenga su política encaminada al máximo beneficio evitando abusos que puedan producirse por personas incumplidoras, pero cuando se avisa de la existencia de una razón de peso y máxime siendo clientes del hotel, no nos parece de recibo el trato dispensado. El personal de recepción (Noelia y Pedro), que fueron nuestros interlocutores, fueron personas educadas y empáticas, no es contra ellos este comentario. Agradeceríamos alguna respuesta por los responsables del hotel

Durante il check in ci sono state date tutte le informazioni per raggiungere l'hotel con la propria auto senza rischi di prendere multe vista la posizione della struttura e la necessità di attraversare zone a traffico limitato per raggiungerla.

Sie gab uns sehr gute Empfehlung bezüglich Parkplatz und Restaurants. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber hat trotzdem einen sehr authentischen Charm. Wir waren sofort in unser Zimmer verliebt.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026This hotel was such a disappointment. A very nice historical building in a great location, yet the charm is all it’s left. If I were to point out the positive aspects: location, size of the room and price; however we would have preferred a higher price and have a 4-star stay.
In no way is this a 4-star hotel. Except for the nice location and the charm of the building, it lacks all the facilities and comfort of a hotel in this category. The bathroom was really old and neglected, low pressure of the water and not properly cleaned. The staff at the reception was available, yet instead of the tourist map they gave us an A4 paper with part of the town’s map, which was photocopied. So unprofessional. At the end of our stay, they didn’t even bother to ask us if we found it pleasant, probably they are used to hearing bad reviews…such a pity because this is a great building with a lot of potential.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La posizione vicina al Puente Nuevo comoda per raggiungere il centro città a piedi in pochissimi minuti. La reception era disponibile 24 ore al giorno. Ci è stato dato un upgrade gratuito della camera. Per chi arriva in auto è possibile, previa comunicazione della targa alla struttura, una sosta breve per carico e scarico bagagli anche se l'hotel è in una zona a traffico limitato. Parcheggi: disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento a 200 metri dalla struttura oppure un parcheggio gratuito a circa 400 metri con un discreto dislivello.
Anche considerando che ci si trova in un edificio storico: - Le porte dell'armadio non si chiudevano bene. - Comodini, prese e interruttori della luce lontani dal letto. I teli doccia erano piccoli.

Dock dyr och tråkig frukost €17/person. Man fick boka tid och det var viktigt att hålla tiderna för frukostmatsalen är liten. Det var helt ok för oss, vi bokade 1a tiden, kl 8.00. Litet urval och en varma frukosten var inte klar förrän 08.30… och vi gick ingen information om att det kom senare…. Vi hade ätit klart då. Definitivt inte värt pengarna.

Très mauvaise expérience. Personnel froid, peu compréhensif et sens du service décevant. Chambre mal isolée on entend l32 bruits de l extérieur et aussi celui des canalisations.. Suite à un problème sur Booking, deux réservations avaient été créées, dont une déjà payée. Malgré nos mails pour signaler l’erreur, l’hôtel a exigé le paiement des deux chambres et a refusé l’accès à celle déjà payée. Après près de 3 heures de discussions inutiles, Booking a dû intervenir pour régler le problème. Une situation qui donne clairement une impression d’arnaque et qui aurait pu être évitée avec un minimum de professionnalisme. Le bâtiment est correct, mais la gestion et l’accueil sont très décevants rend l'expérience client mauvaise Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel

La limpieza. Nuestra habitación estaba llena de telarañas, con arañas pequeñas, una de ellas me la encontré dentro de mi maleta. Había mucho polvo en toda la habitación y en el baño, en uno de los lavabos, había pasta de dientes seca sin limpiar. También estaba el depósito de agua de la cafetera lleno de cal y los vasos no estaban bien fregados.

De hygiëne was matig, er hing een geur van wierook in de kamer. D airco was oud, vies en lawaaierig. De volgende dag had ik een flinke sinusitis, ik weet niet zeker of het door de airco kwam.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Es muy bonito y tiene mucho encanto. Su ubicación es muy buena para desplazarte andando por el casco antiguo. El personal es muy simpático y solicito.
El parking. Si quieres algo medianamente cerca, es muy caro. Hay parking público gratuito pero está muy lejos y todo cuesta arriba para llegar luego al hotel. Estábamos en una habitación muy pequeñita, aunque tenía su encanto era poco cómoda, en especial la presión del agua de la ducha. Muy escaso el caudal.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ronda! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk from the famous New Bridge and the breathtaking views of the Tajo Gorge. It was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful old town and everything Ronda has to offer. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options and everything we needed to start the day. The staff were also incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location really is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel — being so close to the New Bridge made it very easy to explore Ronda on foot. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location in Ronda!

Aucune fausse note. A recommander chaleureusement.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Das Hotel hat einen ganz besonders Charmanten Stil. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und haben uns tolle Hinweise gegeben.
So toll das Hotel insgesamt eingerichtet war, so leer und kühl waren die Zimmer eingerichtet. Würde sich der Flair des restlichen Gebäudes auf die Zimmer übertragen wäre die Bewertung noch besser!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026J'ai changé de chambre pour pouvoir voyager avec une personne supplémentaire, mais j'ai cru avoir supprimé ma première location. Puis la personne supplémentaire n'est pas venue pour des raisons familiales, et j'ai du donc payer deux chambres, celle à 100 euros que j'avais d'abord réservée ET celle à 180 euros que j'avais réservée par la suite lorsque la personne supplémentaire s'est ajoutée. Je comprends très bien que l'hôtel refuse de rembourser car il aurait pu refuser une chambre à quelqu'un qui l'aurait réclamée. Mais ce n'était pas le cas, et l'hôtel m'a proposé d'annuler la réservation, a écrit devant moi à booking et c'est votre application qui a refusé le remboursement, ce que je trouve excessif.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026La atención del personal fue excelente. De gran ayuda para localizar un parking y recomendar sitios donde comer o tapear. Está a 3 minutos del Puente Nuevo, super bien localizado. La habitación/ baño muy limpia y la relación calidad/precio perfecta. Un hotel muy recomendable!!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026O atendimento foi realmente muito bom. Estava em Ronda comemorando meu aniversário e ao entregarem o quarto não gostei muito pois não era o que tinha visto nas fotos do Booking, entretanto me mudaram de quarto prontamente. No dia do meu aniversário (22/07) ganhei do restaurante (Gastrobar, bem perto do hotel e SUPER RECOMENDO) uma garrafa de vinho da região e ao chegar no notel abriram a garrafa e me ofereceram uma taça para aproveitar aina mais o momento. A localizaçã é outro ponto a parte. Fica muito próximo de atrações maravilhosas de Ronda o que me permitia fazer tudo a pé. A região é tranquila e era possível percorrer encantada pelas ruelas ou até mesmo no centro histórico mesmo tarde da noite.
Na verdade não é que não gostei, pois entendo que se tratando de um edifício histórico algumas melhorias e conforto nem sempre são permitidos, mas o quarto que eu fiquei não tinha ar condicionado e fui em pleno verão andaluz... Mal terminava o banho (frio é claro) , já dava vontade de tomar outro...
