Loved, loved, loooooved the room and the view. Could not go wrong at all. Beautiful facilities all the way from entrance to check-in desk to the bed and back. :) Simply well-cared for and beautiful building and exceptional staff. They really took care of me from the moment I set foot inside. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, beautiful linen and a gorgeous bathroom. Perfect for a romantic setting or weekend. The view from the room made not want to leave the room at all while in Ronda. But alas, I had to eat and enjoy the city. The staff were great with tips on what to eat, where to visit, what to see. So attentive to everything. Loved it. I even returned a couple of days later, just to say hello and enjoy the view from the restaurant terrace.

Não tem esquema para o café da manhã. Pedimos o café (bufet - 22 euros/ pessoa) e falaram que “infelizmente” não tinha no momento. Só serviam “a lá carte” , com poucas opções e tínhamos que marcar horário. Muito ruim

This hotel is beautiful. The views are spectacular and the staff were fabulous. You are looking out onto the most amazing view. ..It feels like an old spanish villa. Exactly what I imagined

A truly wonderful place, from the location (we could admire the bridge right from our window) to the cleanliness, and not just in the room. Ms. Lidia always had a smile on her face; she took great care of us and helped with everything we needed. Honestly, we felt even better than at home. The owner, Ms. Carolina, gave us her phone number and was prompt whenever we needed anything. I have traveled extensively, but here I felt more at home than anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit fascinating Ronda. Thank you for everything!

The service is unbelievable, the host Lidia, was very nice and helpful. Location is incredible! The views were breathtaking! By far one of the best sights I have ever seen in my life. Also the hotel is very private. Balcony, entrance, look out points, etc. It was incredible. Thw town is incredible as well. Old town and the new town. All beautiful.

Nothing. I could spend a month in this town

We are absolutely thrilled with this place and will definitely be back! First of all, the apartment itself is stunning - spotlessly clean, beautiful, and decorated with amazing taste. Also, the bed is extremely comfortable, which was a huge plus for us. But what really blew us away was the hospitality. It was my wife’s birthday, and I had a special request for 35 flowers to be arranged in the hotel. The property arranged everything perfectly and didn't even charge me extra for the service! On top of that, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne! Truly a great place with wonderful hosts. Highly recommended!

The hot water was not hot and the pressure was low in our room which had a large tub which would have take 30 minutes to fill.

Unfortunately we didn't have hot water in our room in the morning so unable to shower properly. Reported to staff and they were very apologetic.

The location in the older part of Ronda and central. Very clean. Awesome friendly staff. Beautiful views of the bridge and the mountains. Very private, quaint and charming property. Availability of parking near by at a reduced rate.

Just FYI, Although mentioned in the room description, room 3 (king with spa bath) had toilet (and rest of the bathroom) upstairs which we didn’t like for the night. Also this room 3 didn’t had a view in the bridge, it has a side ways view on the mountain and valley. With The lookout bathroom Upstairs the view on the bridge was also blocked (by roof of the next door rooms)

We were given an upgrade to an amazing view room for one night. Room was awesome. Location very central. Restaurants all around

Parking was a five minute walk away but you can unload at the hotel. Very strong sewerage smell from first room. Was an expensive stay without breakfast included but views to die for

Location was fantastic, I enjoyed being a bit removed from the centre. Views were spectacular.

What's not to like. A beautiful palace on the hilltop overlooking the "new bridge" and el Centro. We had the pleasure of staying in the "Junior Suite ". Nothing junior about this fabulous 3 section room with private patio. The bathroom is larger than many typical hotel rooms in Spain. Wonderful personalized service and a delicious breakfast available to begin your day. The place to stay in Rhonda. Scott, USA,Michigan

Gigantische Aussicht auf die Schlucht und die Puente Nuevo. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Viele Restaurants und Bodegas in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell unica junior suite della strutta, con un prezzo indicativo di 250 euro a notte senza colazione, media stagione. Arredamento inadeguato per un 4 stelle, sia nella camera sia nell' area esterna. Il balcone aveva due sedie di ferro e un solo tavolino di plastica, a fronte di un ampia area facilmente sfruttabile. Totale mancanza di una scrivania con sedia o di un divanetto, quindi nessuna possibilità di appoggio per qualsiasi genere di attività. Mancanza di portasciugamani in bagno, quindi non sapevamo dove appoggiare la biancheria. Il lavandino scomodissimo da utilizzare per la presenza, forse di natura strutturale, di un gradino esattamente sotto lo stesso. L illuminazione (luci) della stanza non sufficiente nelle ore serali. Camera sporca, con ragnatele e phon appiccicoso perché mai pulito. Letto con i piedi rotti, per la pericolosità lo abbiamo segnalato all arrivo: la proprietaria ci ha poi detto di averlo riparato, e non era vero. Abbiamo dovuto ripeterlo alzando i toni per farcelo sostituire e il letto che ci hanno dato era più piccolo del matrimoniale originario. In tutto questo, naturalmente la proprietaria ci ha preso in giro. È saltata la corrente lasciando tutti gli ospiti senza acqua e senza luce per un intera mattina: le tapparelle elettriche erano quindi bloccate, impedendone l apertura e l ingresso della luce. La struttura si è rivelata priva di generatore o di possibili soluzioni in caso di emergenze come quella riportata. Al momento del check out, la proprietaria non si è nemmeno fatta vedere. Visto gli importanti disagi occorsi, era indispensabile una maggiore attenzione al cliente e la valutazione di qualche sconto o promozione.

There is nothing we did not like. It is Ronda, an ancient town. So be prepared to know the size of your car because streets are TIGHT!

The location was fantastic. The staff super helpful and they made the necessary car reservation. We had a smaller in bedroom but the few over the valley and puente nova made it seem much bigger.

Shower stall needed something to keep the floor from getting too wet. But this par for most European baths.

Hurmaava pieni hotelli huikaisevin maisemin historiallisen Ronda keskustassa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta valmisti miellyttävän aamiaisen. Huone kaunis ja patterilla saatiin lämpimäksi. Sijainti autolle hieman haasteellinen, mutta laukut voi pudottaa ovelle. pysäköintihalli kilometrin päässä.

Nothing, the hotel cancelled my booking with only 2 hours notice by email with no explanation. As I was travelling I didn't see the email until arrival to find the plsce locked up. Why?

Beautiful view. And the accomodations were unique, clean, and had a historical element to them which we found fabulous. The staff was kind, anticipated our needs, and were generously helpful.

Magnificent view and nice room. Friendly and professional staff.

We had a heating diesel generator room under our room, so we had bad smell penetrating inside and it was not possible to open the window. So we cancelled our reservation and moved to other structure. Thanks to the staff that agreed on cancelling this reservation.

The woman who checked us in was very grumpy. I think she was a family member and did not want to work that day. The staff the next morning were very nice.

El agua caliente no funcionaba. El hotel y las habitaciones huelen a humedad y a cerrado No tienen personal que atienda nada más que la recepción y solo hasta las 22:00 el resto de problemas que puedan surgir tienes que llamar a los dueños a su teléfono personal para que te lo resuelvan, ella muy educada el bastante desagradable al trato. Era una fecha especial y estropearon la sorpresa delante de mi pareja…
