Restaurant et petit déjeuner : jus d'orange en supplément avec un goût de vieilles oranges. Piscine vétuste meme si les photos sont flatteuses : carrelage qui se décolle ! Cafard dans la salle de bain !

It’s convenient, close to the airport

Very disappointing experience. I booked the accommodation through Booking.com for my parents, with payment to be made upon arrival, so I expected the reservation to be honoured. When my parents arrived to check in, they had to wait for around one hour, only to be told that the room was being cancelled. This was extremely frustrating, especially after I had already made the booking online and my parents were left waiting for so long. The whole situation was poorly handled and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my parents. A confirmed booking should be respected, and if there is an issue, guests should be informed and assisted promptly. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected.

The location was ok. Staff was helpful upgraded the room and organised a transfer to the airport the next day (see what i didn't like below)

Booked a room for 3 (2 kids but 14 and 17) got a room for 2 (was displayed as a deluxe suite extra for 3 person) said breakfast included but had to pay for one of us. Was said free transfer but only at certain hours at the end, had to take a taxi (I booked extra to have this option) Room was not really clean and a cockroach was found in the bedding (dead for a while)

The hotel was not really helpful and misunderstood in providing the shuttle to the airport as promised, causing inconvenience with flight schedule. They just replied autoreply when we asked for the shuttle yet it should be one of the services they are good at. So dissapointed.

El hotel se llama “AirPort” pero está a 30 mn en coche del aeropuerto sin tráfico. La habitación bien. Un poco sucia. El baño muy viejo y algunos componentes oxidados.

Sans commentaire, Les portes des chambres sont très abîmées ne ferment pas complètement laissant place aux cafards. Ambiance atypique avec des restes de plats dans les couloirs. Les lits sont cependant assez confortable malgres des draps et oreillers tachés. N'avons pas pu utiliser notre douche l'eau sortais très difficilement du pommeau encrassé.

Good location for the airport, but not the city

Why do you have to remember? It wasn’t very expensive but the rooms did smell and needed to be aired. They weren’t dirty. They were just musty.!

Parfait pour une nuit après un vol . La piscine fait du bien et est bien entretenue. Nous avons pu bénéficier de la navette gratuite, attention elle n'est disponible qu'à certaines heures. Sinon il faut prendre un Grab. Un warung de fruits de mer très bien juste a côté

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay much more enjoyable. Their excellent customer service was definitely the highlight of my experience.

The hotel itself is very old and in poor condition. The facilities could use significant updates and better maintenance, as the property shows its age in many areas. Another downside is that the hotel is located quite far from the airport, which can be inconvenient if you’re arriving late or have an early flight. That said, considering the price of around $20–$25 per night, I think it’s a fair to expect what you get. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay and don’t mind the older accommodations or the distance from the airport, it can still be a reasonable option.

Extremely worst hotel. Highly bad smell in room. Very rude staff and unprofessional approach.we booked double bed and non-smoker room but given 2 single bed and highly cigarette smoke room which exhausting for us. Paid extra amount for air-port pick up. But, not arranged by hotel. We spend additional money to reach to hotel by our own. When, asked for refund of extra money given to them for pick-up, the staff was very rude and ignored us even not giving answers.... Do not recommend this worst hotel......

Dishonesty in dealings and failure to provide the services they promised at the hotel.

We are a family with two children who arrived in Jakarta late at night. For convenience, we booked two rooms for two nights near the airport to rest after a long flight. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was appalling and did not match the photos; the rooms were dirty. In the middle of the night, we heard people shouting. Towards dawn, there was a loud noise caused by rats scurrying and gnawing at the plywood wall behind the headboard. They ran around for quite some time, leaving me terrified and unable to sleep. When I tried calling the front desk from the room, the phone was dead, indicating the cord had been chewed through by the rats. I reported this to the front desk and tried to cancel the booking for the second night, but was told it couldn't be cancelled because I had booked via this app rather than directly with them. I tried submitting this complaint through the app but received no response. We also skipped breakfast; aside from the fact that extra payment was required for the children (even though we had booked two rooms), we simply did not want to eat at a hotel where rats were clearly running around. I want this issue resolved and do not want the trauma of sleeping in a hotel room with rats to continue.

The room was thoughtfully equipped with an electric kettle, along with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The complimentary airport transfer, both from the airport to the hotel and back, was very convenient and made my trip completely stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. Please continue providing this excellent level of hospitality—it truly makes a difference. I would be delighted to stay here again on my next visit.

we didnt get airport shutlle, instead, we got 2 fried roce in restaurant. Food in the reataurant wasnt tasty.Also the smell in the room was too strong and the windows are not able to be opened, so we could not get rid of the smell

Mostly all. I thought i will be “basic” that i still can accept for 1 nighy stay. But it’s not good. The bathroom is dirty. There are some stain in the bedsheets

Assez proche de l'aéroport et accueil 24/24 mais convient pour une nuit de transite. Prix raisonnable.

L'hôtel et la chambre ne correspond pas totalement aux photos. Les draps étais taché, une lumière clignotais et le rouleau de papier toilettes étais presque vide. Egalement une odeur "toxique" dans le couloirs de la chambre.

The staff is very responsible. We have some miscommunication before that makes me not getting a shuttle service i booked before. But the staff actually didnt just forget about it but hold accountable and try to solve it. They are very respectful and responsible. And the food is good.

Someone didnt do their job by not Processing my shuttle request in time so by the time i need it , i am not able to use the service.

The staff were very friendly and always smiling, which made us feel welcome. The food was tasty and there was plenty to choose from. Our kids loved the swimming pool – it's great for children and we spent a lot of time there. Overall, a very nice place to stay and we'd happily come back again. 😊

So cool place for one night stay. Very close to airport. Enjoyed time there. And on the reception the guy Anugrah offered me room with higher level services for free. Thanks for good time!

Staff are quite polite

The room is very under maintained and smelly. The entire room is filled with smell of smoke. Bathroom was old and didn’t provide shampoo.

The water from bathing got stagnant in the bathroom. The water from Aircond also leaking. The room also small, but expected because i only book for single room

Enorm veel lawaai, onvriendelijk personeel (behalve in het restaurant), er zou een shuttle zijn naar het vliegveld maar dat was beperkt op onmogelijke vaste tijden! De kamers waren klein en weinig comfortabel, echt niet langer dan een nacht.

Estuve esperando una hora y media el supuesto Transfer al hotel, cuando me canse busque otro hotel y me fui. Ni siquiera llegué a ir teniendo al hotel teniendo encuenta el Transfer pensé , como sera el hotel. A las 3 h me mandan un mensaje de wasap que donde estaba. Este es el típico caso de '' el dinero del pobre va dos veces a la tienda''. Por poco dinero busca algo mejor Yakarta es barato, no te metas en esto es sufrir por cuatro perras. Es mi opinion
