Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The staff were all helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. I had a quiet room, so I could rest well 😁. The airport shuttle was helpful. Room slightly dated, but not an issue for me. Road outside was busier than I expected, but not a problem for me as I didn't hear the traffic noise.
Busy road made transfer from airport slower than I expected. If you have an early flight book the shuttle in advance as it does seem to fill up fast!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026All staff are very nice. The driver, despite his mistake of leaving me early, is still a very nice and polite guy.
Specifically booked (and confirmed by the personnel behind the official WhatsApp chat) for a shuttle pickup at 20.30. I showed up early (20.25), yet the driver still left me. When I called the driver, he said he had other guests to pick up, and he wasn't aware of my 20.30 pickup request. He picked me up 1 hour later. Also, the hotel is not exactly near the airport - maybe near the runway, yes, but definitely not near the terminal. The shuttle ride takes about 30 minutes, and when I checked out at 10.30 the next day, the next shuttle was at 12.00. A taxi ride from the hotel to the airport can cost around IDR 110k. The linens in the room all need to be renewed, while they might be clean, they didn't look clean at all. Luckily, I brought my own towel and something to layer the bed with.
