Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The staff is very helpful and kind. I liked the position near the center of Madrid, and I loved the wooden floor in the stairwell of the building and the vintage elevator / railings. The rooms are at the last (fifth) floor, and there is air conditioning. The room and the bathroom are clean.
The bathroom is small and minimalistic, but it gets you going with the basic stuff, before you go explore the city.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Good location, close to the metro and convenient for visiting Madrid. The room was spacious, had air conditioning and a nice view.
The room door could not be locked from the moment we checked in. We reported the problem immediately, but it was only resolved on the second day of our stay. As a result, we spent almost the entire stay concerned about the security of our room and belongings. One staff member showed little concern about the issue and did not provide a clear solution or apology. There was also only one usable power outlet in the room.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Hotelin konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yürüdük ve sokakta her isteğinizi karşılayacak dükkanlar vardı. Opera metrosuna 1 dk messafedeydi.
