Es un hotel moderno y original. Cómodo y a un precio asequible. El personal super amable. Un poco lejos del centro histórico pero nada que no solucione un taxi o Grab.

The location is superb and the room is spacious. Love the rooftop bar as well.

The elevators for guests are not secured by the room card. So anyone can use the lift, a bit concerning for us.

The location in the heart of menteng is good. The rooms whilst small were adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is a nightclub with a DJ that starts at 9 until after 12 this is on the 5 th floor. We had a room for the first night on the 4 th floor - sleeping was impossible! Staff were very understanding and moved us to the 3rd floor for the rest of our stay and we couldn’t hear the noise. Always check the floor when checking in!

Lage. Super nettes Personal. Man fühlt sich unfassbar wohl. Kamen hier nach einem Langstreckenflug an und es war sofort gemütlich.

When booking, I specifically requested to be put in a quiet room, to which they answered yes. Only to be put in a room directly under the rooftop bar, which is open till 2am. This also means it is unfathomably loud, to the point where it is impossible to sleep. I don't know how you managed to do that despite my request. Also, the front desk staff at night have a hard time understanding English. On the last day, I requested to have toilet paper brought to my room. I waited 20 minutes and nothing. So I called again, and still nothing. I eventually went up to the housekeeping staff and received it from them in person. Really, how abysmal is the service in this place? I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will be sharing this with all my friends who will be visiting Jakarta. Goodbye and good riddance.

Location

Despite our repeated requests for a quiet room facing a decent view we were placed in a room right under the bar and club with loud music late till dawn. We couldnt rest well but too tired to complain again.

Overall stay was good. Receptionist Adel was extremely helpful with my request to change room. Highly recommend.

There was a cold juice dispenser at the reception that you could help yourself all day. The beds were very comfortable and a great shower. The breakfast was the absolute best. Stored luggage after check out at noon. Nice comfortable area to sit on the second floor after check out since my flight wasn't until later in the day.

The train was a little distance away but I knew that.

It's like coming home to me. The rooms are great, the breakfast awesome and the location is fantastic! The atmosphere, you feel warm and welcomed as the staff are very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta during my business trip. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The bed was cozy, and all the facilities were well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. There were plenty of options to suit different tastes, and everything was fresh and well prepared. A special thanks to Adel and Kevin for their warm hospitality. They were very friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, close to many business and shopping areas. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Personnel très attentionné et agréable. Chambre propre, salle de bain avec les effets de toilette.

La proximité avec un établissement bruyant (musique) jusque tard dans la nuit ne permet pas une nuit paisible.

Roof top bar was nice and breakfast buffet had lots of variety of food, especially local food which was very tasty.

I stayed in a room on Mezzanine floor. There is zero sound-proofing, I heard every single noise even other hotel guests entering their rooms. The room seemed a bit dirty and outdated.

Good location, central Jakarta with bunch of shopping malls, restaurant and bars/entertainment outlet around. There some cool cafes and street food stalls around the area as well. The staff Adel & Vanka were very helpful and nice as well.

I never regret staying at Artotel Thamrin! Best location, super friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast buffet is nice added with fresh and flavored coffee. Special mention for Bang Arsad ! It's a place of choice whenever I visit Jakarta, best value one!

When I stayed there, there are some weekend party above our room and the sound was loud around 12-02.00 (maybe) morning. I suggest the hotel provides Earplugs. It is common on another hotels

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Even with small things like getting a kettle in our room to printing out a document to weighing suitcases.

Minor request but be great if there was a plunge pool and gym.

Loud base to music being played after and between musucian and in morning. We were on mezzanine floor. Base too dominant and the thunk thunk tempo went on and on.

I also stayed on a weekend, and as someone else mentioned there is a bar nearby that plays loud music. Some people might not enjoy that. My window was facing West, with the bar down below, so it is a matter of luck. During week days, no loud music ! Still I would come back any time, it is a very nice place !

Because i was staying at 6th floor the bar music was too loud during the nights. Also, the dish plates were dirty. There were no plugs near the bed.
