Las camas eran muy comodas, el personal muy amable. El desayuno es sencillo pero correcto.

Posizione ottima. Spazi comuni molto belli e ben curati. Colazione ottima scelta per essere un tre stelle, c’era anche una cuoca che cuoceva le uova a tua scelta

We hebben gezocht op slaapmogelijkheid voor vijf personen. Dit hotel kwam naar boven met twee kamers. In 1 van de kamers stond een dubbelbed waar 1 volwassene en 2 kinderen moesten slapen. Ik vind het een fout dat dit naar boven komt terwijl het niet geschikt is voor 3 mensen. Toen we dit aangaven kregen we te horen dat we een extra bed konden bijkopen. Hier ging ik niet mee akkoord want ik had al betaald voor 5 personen. Na overleg met de manager is er toch een extra bed neergezet zonder bijbetaling.

朝ごはんでは、インスタントラーメンを作ってくれることが良かった！こどもは喜んでいました。

・禁煙ルームを頼んだはずだが、喫煙フロアに案内された。（途中で部屋を変えてもらった） ・隣の部屋の客の声が、丸聞こえ。（部屋がつながっていた） ・部屋が汚い。（ほこりだらけ）鏡が錆だらけ。 ・Wi-Fiが弱すぎる。電圧も弱すぎる。 ・シャワーが見たことないくらい古い。排水、流れない。逆流。タオルが汚れていた。（変えてもらった） ・空気清浄器らしきものを忘れてあって、途中で回収にきた。 ・星が4つついていたのが、信じられない。星2つレベル。

La posizione è il personale

La pulizia in generale. Le lenzuola macchiate, i cuscini ingialliti (da sostituire) e macchiati che puzzavano di sudore. Le asciugamani dovevano essere di dolore bianco ed invece erano di colore panna ( non igenizzanti e non sbiancati come le lenzuola e i copri cuscini). Mancanza di asciugamani per il viso. Mancanza di colazione per chi è allergico o intollerante al latte. Nella sala colazione dove vi era le marmellate era pieno di formiche e dove c’era la macchina per il caffè/the c’erano le blatte (scarafaggi). La struttura ha bisogno rigorosamente di una disinfestazione e di essere igenizzanta.

On y a passé une seule nuit pour partir vers yoghyakarta. Bref heureusement on y était pour une nuit et il était surtout placé pas loin de la gare pour prendre le train le lendemain. Mais c’est le seul point positif que j’y trouve. la literie était correct.

Les chambres sentaient l’humidité.

We booked two rooms. Both rooms had staining on the bedding. One of the rooms smelt heavily of tobacco and damp, gave me instant headache. Asked to change the room but they had nothing available

Mostly....especially the room. Window facing another window from the same hotel room. No view at all. Wasn't recommended for upgrade. I would have glad pay little bit more for an upgrade. Room Wasn't switch friendly,as I'm from Singapore and we so used to 3 pin sockets. Declared as 4 stars hotel but far fetch...more to 3 if not , stars.Breakfast Wasn't even a 4 stars standard. Room furnishings were like in its early 90s style...brittle and off-coloured. So...Im sorry but Im telling the truth.

Gemakkelijke upgrade naar grotere kamer.

Hun betaalautomaat aanvaard geen MasterCard. Familie Kakerlaken die leefde naast koffieautomaat in restaurant. De dag na melding zijn ze verwijderd. De 1ste kamer die we hadden (superieure) was 21m2. Dat is te klein

Staf were very friendly and respectful. They helped with even finding good rate currency exchanger. Rooms were clean. They put even toot paste and tooth brush, that was impressive. I would stay there again if i visit Jakarta in future

Excellent hotel! Highly recommended. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The beds and linens were spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was very clean, with strong hot water at all times. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is outstanding—close to restaurants, the city center, the main street, and all essential services. Everything was convenient and within easy reach. Enjoyed my stay at Oria Hotel Jakarta. The pastries were particularly nice—fresh and tasty. Friendly service and a comfortable stay overall.

However, the room was not cleaned on time, which was disappointing. Hope the housekeeping service can be improved.

I like the relaxing part of the hotel which it has it mini bar, and also the food was well served. 👌

Not much to dislike there but, its worth staying for few days or more.

Endonezya'nın tüm hizmet sektöründe olduğu gibi personel güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydı. Ama tesis çok kötüydü.

Oda oldukça küçüktü, temizlik hiç normal değildi. İnternet odada düzgün çekmiyordu. Sabah erkenden ayrıldım bu yüzden. Başka bir otele geçtim.

Staff are kind and efficient. Room is big and comfortable, although there is no luxurious atmosphere. The location is great. Generally, my evaluation of this hotel is high.

This time, there were two big problems. One is very slow WIFI. I am not sure the cause, but TV system is basically for internet programs and live TV is rather difficult to find. Thus, many guests are watching internet programs on TV, leading to heavy burden to whole WIFI system. If it is the case, the whole WIFI system must be upgraded. Another big problem was the seepage of water in the bathroom. When I used a water system, water appeared at the surface of the floor. At first, I thought some water flowed from the bathtub, but actually not.

Het ontbijt was riant, met keuze uit warme gerechten zoals natuurlijk nasi goreng, eieren op diverse manieren klaargemaakt, nasi putih, vaak iets van vis, fruit, melk, corn flakes, koffie, sapjes, kroepoek, mie goreng, cap cay, etc.

De kamer die wij hadden geboekt keek uit tegen een blinde muur op 3 m afstand of zo. Maar geen probleem.

Receptie was modern en proper Kamer was verschrikkelijk, naast het feit dat het erg verouderd is, was het oprecht vies.. heel veel niet gekuiste plekken. Kamer rook echt muf, schimmelgeur sterk aanwezig. zelfs het douchegordijn zag geel en mocht echt wel vervangen worden.

De locatie is centrum.

Geen thee en koffie in de kamer maar wel kopjes ,en Geen koelkast.

Relax hotel om reis in indonesie te beginnen. Ontbijt wat uitgebreid.

Personeel kon amper Engels waardoor ze geen tips konden geven over de stad. Tegens weinig uitleg, wc was vies.

Hotellin sijainti on ensiluokkainen. Yleisilme on siisti. Rception otti asiakkan lämpivästi vastaan. Koko henkilökunta hotellissa ja palvelu oli tosi ystävällistä ja huomioonottavaa. Kaikki toiveet tuli huomioiduiksi. Huone oli hyvin tilava. Kerroksen henkilökunta saattoi kysyä erikseen onko huoneessa kaikki tarvittava. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen, sekä huolehdittiin täydennyksestä ripeästi. Mr. Malik kävi pöydässä juttelemassa ja toivotti tervetulleeksi, sekä toi kahvin pöytään. Hän osoitti hyvää ammattitaitoa asiakkaan kohtaamisessa. Koko aamupalan henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtis. Kiitokset koko hotellin ensiluokkaiselle ja ammattitaitoiselle henkilökunnalle.

Vessa- ja suihkutilassa varustus on jo vähän kulunutta. Mutta kaikki osat kuitenkin toimivat. Huone oli siisti. Mutta kiinnittäisin enemmän huomiota siihen että tasojen, hyllyjen ja laatikoston pinnat olisivat pölystä ja muista pienista roskista puhtaat.

Very nice hotel, very well located (Jakarta is a huge city so location depends on your interests). The room was comfortable. The breakfast very good. There is also a cafeteria which is worth to mention. Price is very good too. Distance from Airport is between 45 minutes and 1 hour by taxi. Around there is a lot of business. Particularly a very close by street famous for street food.

The location is great, near the Sdilman Street and Salina department store, various business buildings, etc., within walking distance. The room is big and total impression is "Simple and sturdy".

The TV system did not work. As I was very busy in this time and had no time to contact the reception on this issue.

Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel en debut de soirée. On m'a propoer un upgrade alors que je n'avait rien demandé . J'ai accepté une suite avec le mini bar gratuit. J'en revenais pas, Dans la suite il ferait chaud et une odeur de moisissure ou je ne sais pas d'où vient l'odeur. Un technicien est monter dans la suite pour fixer l'air condionner . Manque de rafraîchissements et d'entretien cet hôtel. C'est dommage!
