Die Lage direkt im Zentrum und das Schwimmbad. Sehr große Zimmer, sehr gut ausgestattet.

Es gab kein Frühstück. Beim Handling des Fernsehers haben wir Hilfe benötigt.

El hotel es bello, las habitaciones espectaculares y mejor ubicación no se puede pedir en SMA.

El año pasado visitamos el hotel y nos encanto, por lo que en esta visita, decidimos nuevamente hospedarnos acá. Para nuestra sorpresa, el personal dejó muchos que desear, hasta llegar al punto que para el pago no entendemos que le hicieron a la terminal y nos pedían cancelar en efectivo. No estuvimos de acuerdo con esto y nos indicaron que pagáramos a la mañana siguiente, para sorpresa ese día la terminal si trabajo. Antes contaban con más detalles para el huésped, como colocar cajitas con chocolates, pero ya eso se perdió también.

La ubicación es inmejorable. El equipo fue sumamente amable y flexible con nuestras peticiones.

El baño de nuestra habitación tenia un domo muy grande y no tiene ventilación suficiente por lo que se encerraba mucho el calor. Durante las horas más calurosas es realmente sofocante.

Nos encantó el lugar. Quizá la sugerencia que podría proponer es que el restaurant abra mas temprano y brinde desayunos, pues quisimos desayuna y aún no estaba abierto.

La señal de Wi Fi es muy baja hasta la habitación. Podría mejorarse.

It was unbelievably loud at night. I could not believe such a nice hotel would allow it. I could not sleep at all with the pounding music.

There was no breakfast…it would have been nice!

When asked for restaurant recommendations, 1, Cumpanio, was good for breakfast but the dinner recommendations were awful. They didn’t recommend their hotel restaurant, which was odd, as we ate there one night, lovely atmosphere and the food was very good.

The hotel is beautiful and two blocks from the main square. The rooms are very large and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food looks scrumptious although we dined elsewhere on a limited time schedule. The staff was extremely helpful.

I wish they served breakfast. I would have liked an elevator as I am recovering from hip surgery. There was a step up to the bathroom which was a bit of trouble for me. But this is no impediment for someone who is not having trouble walking.

This is our second trip to San Miguel and the location of this property cannot be better. It is located in the center of town and easy to walk everywhere! Staff was fantastic although we are lucky to know a little Spanish. Communication a little tricky but totally doable. I highly recommend this property!

I wish they served breakfast. The dining area is lovely and would have loved to enjoy mornings there.

The restaurant staff and food was wonderful! The staff were professional, service at the restaurant was outstanding during the day. The location is perfect!

I booked two junior suites and the door lock on one of them did not lock at all. The worst part was the female hotel desk manager who told us “it’s okay okay that the doors don’t lock”. I had to demonstrate to the staff how easy it is to hop over the balcony wall and walk into the unlocked doors! She finally offered us a room where the doors locked but it wasn’t a junior suite…yet she refused to adjust the price of the room to the regular room rate! Her photo with the display of room descriptions and rates are included in this review. Furthermore, we had to explain to to repeatedly that my female friend staying in the room is a single person so safety is more important the a balcony so we will take the regular safe room just please don’t charge us for a junior suite rate. We had fluent Spanish speakers with us there so there was no language barrier! She refused to adjust the charge. And my friend is still working with her credit card company to make the adjustment after 5 weeks! Also do not be fooled by the bed descriptions of the junior suites. They are not queen beds. They are between a twin and a full.

因为酒店位置在步行区对自驾的来说，拿放行李不太方便，需要员工推车把行李送到路口装卸，有时候路口会因为施工封闭，很折腾

el hotel está muy pero muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son super amplias y muy bien mantenidas, lo que a mí no me gustó es que las almohadas son altísimas y duras (para mi gusto) y no tenían otras más suaves, aunque si me ofrecieron una almohada chiquita (tipo de cuna) que salvó mi cuello. Que no ofrezca desayuno creo que es un plus, porque te obliga a salir a recorrer y hacerlo en lugares divinos. En la habitación hay una cafetera y agua y está muy bien! sin dudas volveria

Las almohadas son muy duras y altas para mi gusto.

This place is crawling with thieves(the help). I would stay away. I felt a weird vibe while eating at the bar and when I got back to the room my money and passport were stolen. The management said security cameras saw nothing. Yeah, right.

People were very helpful. When I had an issue, it was taken care of quickly. The rooms were clean. A/C worked fine. Many restaurants nearby. Lunch and dinner were served at a restaurant which was part of the hotel. Charges cannot be made to the room from the meals. I definitely will stay there again.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are spacious but beds were not comfy. There’s also no mini fridge in the room. No bottle opener. Staff kept interrupting in the afternoon by knocking on the door for no reason. The door kept flapping back and forth with the wind despite being the closed.

The location cannot be more perfect. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are all facing a terrace that overlooks the main church. The rooms are great, perfectly clean, spacious (each one with their sofas), bathroom perfect.

Bar tender Edgar is very accommodating and knowledgeable about drinks.

This was the third time staying at this hotel on the past 5 years and things have changed drastically and not for the better. They no longer offer breakfast, rooms are outdated and pool was dirty. Also the driver that took my car to park stole my sunglasses. I will not be staying here again!

Hotel is in great location, but the hotel requires major service, the bathroom floor is weak and there are areas that you can’t step because the wood floor is rooted, TV remotes don’t work, the bathroom faucet is falling apart, and the shower drain does not flow, it floods inches.. No internet service except in the lobby but not in the room.

Location close to the main square. Large room, comfortable bed, large bathroom.

Not hot water for morning shower, we showered in cold water, the heater did not work, the mornings were very cold. After four days we could not figure out how to work the TV, no instructions. No coffee table.
